#nat rants #when you're giving life what you can give #and do a great job interacting with students and teaching whkch is your main job #but because you're late to the be an hour early setups or are in moods around coworkers #before turning on the positivity for the kids #im barely making fully successful on my evals #like i know getting back in therapy may help but people act like it's so easy to find a compatible therapist #and honestly i don't want to talk about all my shit with another white woman therapist no matter how #in the know on shit they are it just isnt the same and meds help some but im sorry i cant be positive and functional #all days of the week when i learn more and more daily about the tragedy that is living in this capitalist hellscape world #i just dont understand how im supposed to respond to that other than #yeah i GET IT im not over here enjoying that i feel like a barely functioning human most of the time either #and my supervisors are so understanding but have know idea how chronic depression and adhd and other shit work #and i dont have the fucking energy to mask every day at work #like i barely get what i get done done and have energy to procure food and do basicness of hygiene to not #ugh #feel so fuckin helpless #and escapism is great to a point but fuck the real world just sucks even worse
