having thoughts about hestia finding out about what macavity did to serafina and her siblings when she's just a child, and finding out that she lived because her mother sacrificed her life to keep her hiding place a secret, and she's got the same powers as the tom who killed her mother and siblings and who nearly killed her father and uncle and aunts.
all of this when she's a child, she was just trying to play a game with her cousin and best friends, and she accidentally overhears the adults talking, and now her entire world's been changed.

What are your headcanons for those notorious couple of cats, Jerrie and Teazer? Do you see them as siblings, or mates? Did they both work for Macavity? If so, why did they leave, and how did the tribe come to accept them?
They both are baby and I love them with all my heart.
I see them definitely as siblings. They’re basically identical, so they’re twins in my opinion.
again, this will probably be a long one like my one for Demeter, which it also references, so I hope you enjoy this!
- Macavity found them when they were kittens. Their mother was a pedigree show cat, but her owners hadn’t wanted kittens, so they threw them out as soon as they were old enough to be on their own.
This makes the twins indebted to Macavity, which is the whole reason they stick around.
- They’re the errand cats for Macavity and the spies. All the little tasks are left to Jerrie and Teazer. They’re the least respected of his henchcats, so all the menial stuff and dirty work get thrown on them. It’s all they know, though, so Jerrie and Teazer don’t really mind.
The one thing they hate is when they make a mistake or can’t get something for Macavity. Then he takes care of them himself, and that usually ends up with the twins separated where they can’t protect each other.
Six months after they were brought to Macavity, they start to catch glimpses of a red queen and a gold queen, but they didn’t know who they were.
- When they don’t have to run errands for Macavity, their favorite place to steal from is, of course, Victoria Grove. The family moved out not long after getting rid of Jerrie and Teazer, but they don’t care. They still resent rich humans, so they take what they want.
- They met Bustopher first. Macavity had an errand for them near the club, so they went. It was to steal food for the other henchcats, so they snuck into the kitchen.
They were caught by Bustopher, who took one look at the thin, near-starving calico kittens and immediately sat down with them and fed them.
The twins were hesitant around him but slowly warmed up. They didn’t tell Bustopher about Macavity, but they told him about being abandoned and being scapegoats and errand cats.
Bustopher casually mentions a house a few blocks away from Victoria Grove that had no security, knowing that it was Tugger and Misto’s home and that his nephew would be able to make the twins feel comfortable and safe.
- Jerrie and Teazer decided to try and steal from that house, and Misto found them in their girl’s bedroom. Tugger shut the window and trapped the duo in there, terrifying them of course.
Tugger wasn’t expecting for the little calicos to be so scared of him until they started calling him “Boss”, and the tom to place himself in front of the queen and beg to take her punishment.
As soon as he realized they were talking about his brother, Tugger was ready to go after Macavity himself. Misto held him back.
That night, Tugger and MIsto demanded the two stay with them, and they were fed and taken care of.
Jerrie and Teazer told the two toms everything, and the next morning, they went with Tugger and Misto to the Junkyard, where they were introduced to the tribe and told their story to Munkustrap and Deuteronomy.
- Munkustrap is wary, but after receiving reassurance from Misto, Tugger, and Bustopher, Jerrie and Teazer are accepted into the tribe, and basically immediately adopted by Jenny and Skimble.
For one thing, Jenny sees two kittens who didn’t have a mother, so of course, she’s going to smother and love them
But also, Jenny sees her girls. Her girls who disappeared with Macavity. She sees two cats who are victims of abuse, anger, and hate, and all she wants to do is make them feel loved, safe, and happy.
Jerrie and Teazer aren’t used to the sudden affection, but they quickly warm up to Skimble and Jenny.
What really makes the tribe truly accept the twins is:
The fact that they tell Munkustrap, Alonzo, and Tugger all about Macavity’s plans after they arrive, so the tribe is prepared the next few times Macavity attacks, which pisses the Hidden Paw off to no end
Most importantly, what happened during the harsh winter after they arrive. Food was scarce, but Jerrie and Teazer knew all the spots for hunting and food from their time with Macavity. They take Tugger, Alonzo, and Plato with them, and they get enough food for the tribe to help them survive the winter.
- When Macavity kidnaps Misto, the twins are the ones to lead Munkustrap and Tugger to his lair, and they’re the ones to help break him out.
- Yes, Jerrie and Teazer still steal and sneak about, but the tribe has just learned to deal with it. Munkustrap tolerates it with a sigh and a shake of his head, but he secretly adores the twins and sees them as younger siblings, and so does Tugger, who never got to be a big brother.
After Demeter and Bombalurina return, Tugger is protective over the twins and still suspicious towards the sisters until Munkustrap and Demeter finally talk to each other.
- Teazer and Victoria become best friends basically overnight, and Jerrie is BFFs with Plato, and he’s the one that gives Plato the nudge to act on his feelings for Victoria.
- Most importantly, Jerrie and Teazer are happy, and the tribe keeps them safe from Macavity.
