Unpopular opinion(?): The "terrible bore" line is better coming from Munkustrap and Alonzo and I will die on this hill

#you are more than free to disagree with this #further unpopular opinion: the line...doesn't really make sense coming from mistoffelees #i feel like it was given to him because he doesn't participate in the dance sequence but like...neither does munkustrap #and honestly munkustrap has more of a reason to try and shut down his tom foolery #so like...AT MINIMUM it should be just him #alonzo is just an extension of munkustrap's situation with the added bonus of being generally flippant towards him #and will take that chance to 'ugh this shit again' literally whenever he can because he's a drama queen #but like misto joining in or being the only one? no sense to me #idk i read a post that robin reblogged earlier indicating that tuggoffelees was often based on that one line #and i was like yeah...yeah that's a good point #edit: but even like *beyond* tuggoffeles because not everything has to do with that - it still doesn't make sense why misto #who has no other involvement in the number besides occasionally catching a ball #would just hop in say that and hop back out again #extemporize back chat #this is just an extension of the post i made a few weeks ago shh i know #me attempting to explain my train of thought is just the yarn board
