Even if you think AI search could be good, it won’t be good
Tumblr media
TONIGHT (May 15), I'm in NORTH HOLLYWOOD for a screening of STEPHANIE KELTON'S FINDING THE MONEY; FRIDAY (May 17), I'm at the INTERNET ARCHIVE in SAN FRANCISCO to keynote the 10th anniversary of the AUTHORS ALLIANCE.
Tumblr media
The big news in search this week is that Google is continuing its transition to "AI search" – instead of typing in search terms and getting links to websites, you'll ask Google a question and an AI will compose an answer based on things it finds on the web:
https://blog.google/products/search/generative-ai-google-search-may-2024/
Google bills this as "let Google do the googling for you." Rather than searching the web yourself, you'll delegate this task to Google. Hidden in this pitch is a tacit admission that Google is no longer a convenient or reliable way to retrieve information, drowning as it is in AI-generated spam, poorly labeled ads, and SEO garbage:
https://pluralistic.net/2024/05/03/keyword-swarming/#site-reputation-abuse
Googling used to be easy: type in a query, get back a screen of highly relevant results. Today, clicking the top links will take you to sites that paid for placement at the top of the screen (rather than the sites that best match your query). Clicking further down will get you scams, AI slop, or bulk-produced SEO nonsense.
AI-powered search promises to fix this, not by making Google search results better, but by having a bot sort through the search results and discard the nonsense that Google will continue to serve up, and summarize the high quality results.
Now, there are plenty of obvious objections to this plan. For starters, why wouldn't Google just make its search results better? Rather than building a LLM for the sole purpose of sorting through the garbage Google is either paid or tricked into serving up, why not just stop serving up garbage? We know that's possible, because other search engines serve really good results by paying for access to Google's back-end and then filtering the results:
https://pluralistic.net/2024/04/04/teach-me-how-to-shruggie/#kagi
Another obvious objection: why would anyone write the web if the only purpose for doing so is to feed a bot that will summarize what you've written without sending anyone to your webpage? Whether you're a commercial publisher hoping to make money from advertising or subscriptions, or – like me – an open access publisher hoping to change people's minds, why would you invite Google to summarize your work without ever showing it to internet users? Nevermind how unfair that is, think about how implausible it is: if this is the way Google will work in the future, why wouldn't every publisher just block Google's crawler?
A third obvious objection: AI is bad. Not morally bad (though maybe morally bad, too!), but technically bad. It "hallucinates" nonsense answers, including dangerous nonsense. It's a supremely confident liar that can get you killed:
https://www.theguardian.com/technology/2023/sep/01/mushroom-pickers-urged-to-avoid-foraging-books-on-amazon-that-appear-to-be-written-by-ai
The promises of AI are grossly oversold, including the promises Google makes, like its claim that its AI had discovered millions of useful new materials. In reality, the number of useful new materials Deepmind had discovered was zero:
https://pluralistic.net/2024/04/23/maximal-plausibility/#reverse-centaurs
This is true of all of AI's most impressive demos. Often, "AI" turns out to be low-waged human workers in a distant call-center pretending to be robots:
https://pluralistic.net/2024/01/31/neural-interface-beta-tester/#tailfins
Sometimes, the AI robot dancing on stage turns out to literally be just a person in a robot suit pretending to be a robot:
https://pluralistic.net/2024/01/29/pay-no-attention/#to-the-little-man-behind-the-curtain
The AI video demos that represent "an existential threat to Hollywood filmmaking" turn out to be so cumbersome as to be practically useless (and vastly inferior to existing production techniques):
https://www.wheresyoured.at/expectations-versus-reality/
But let's take Google at its word. Let's stipulate that:
a) It can't fix search, only add a slop-filtering AI layer on top of it; and
b) The rest of the world will continue to let Google index its pages even if they derive no benefit from doing so; and
c) Google will shortly fix its AI, and all the lies about AI capabilities will be revealed to be premature truths that are finally realized.
AI search is still a bad idea. Because beyond all the obvious reasons that AI search is a terrible idea, there's a subtle – and incurable – defect in this plan: AI search – even excellent AI search – makes it far too easy for Google to cheat us, and Google can't stop cheating us.
Remember: enshittification isn't the result of worse people running tech companies today than in the years when tech services were good and useful. Rather, enshittification is rooted in the collapse of constraints that used to prevent those same people from making their services worse in service to increasing their profit margins:
https://pluralistic.net/2024/03/26/glitchbread/#electronic-shelf-tags
These companies always had the capacity to siphon value away from business customers (like publishers) and end-users (like searchers). That comes with the territory: digital businesses can alter their "business logic" from instant to instant, and for each user, allowing them to change payouts, prices and ranking. I call this "twiddling": turning the knobs on the system's back-end to make sure the house always wins:
https://pluralistic.net/2023/02/19/twiddler/
What changed wasn't the character of the leaders of these businesses, nor their capacity to cheat us. What changed was the consequences for cheating. When the tech companies merged to monopoly, they ceased to fear losing your business to a competitor.
Google's 90% search market share was attained by bribing everyone who operates a service or platform where you might encounter a search box to connect that box to Google. Spending tens of billions of dollars every year to make sure no one ever encounters a non-Google search is a cheaper way to retain your business than making sure Google is the very best search engine:
https://pluralistic.net/2024/02/21/im-feeling-unlucky/#not-up-to-the-task
Competition was once a threat to Google; for years, its mantra was "competition is a click away." Today, competition is all but nonexistent.
Then the surveillance business consolidated into a small number of firms. Two companies dominate the commercial surveillance industry: Google and Meta, and they collude to rig the market:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jedi_Blue
That consolidation inevitably leads to regulatory capture: shorn of competitive pressure, the companies that dominate the sector can converge on a single message to policymakers and use their monopoly profits to turn that message into policy:
https://pluralistic.net/2022/06/05/regulatory-capture/
This is why Google doesn't have to worry about privacy laws. They've successfully prevented the passage of a US federal consumer privacy law. The last time the US passed a federal consumer privacy law was in 1988. It's a law that bans video store clerks from telling the newspapers which VHS cassettes you rented:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Video_Privacy_Protection_Act
In Europe, Google's vast profits lets it fly an Irish flag of convenience, thus taking advantage of Ireland's tolerance for tax evasion and violations of European privacy law:
https://pluralistic.net/2023/05/15/finnegans-snooze/#dirty-old-town
Google doesn't fear competition, it doesn't fear regulation, and it also doesn't fear rival technologies. Google and its fellow Big Tech cartel members have expanded IP law to allow it to prevent third parties from reverse-engineer, hacking, or scraping its services. Google doesn't have to worry about ad-blocking, tracker blocking, or scrapers that filter out Google's lucrative, low-quality results:
https://locusmag.com/2020/09/cory-doctorow-ip/
Google doesn't fear competition, it doesn't fear regulation, it doesn't fear rival technology and it doesn't fear its workers. Google's workforce once enjoyed enormous sway over the company's direction, thanks to their scarcity and market power. But Google has outgrown its dependence on its workers, and lays them off in vast numbers, even as it increases its profits and pisses away tens of billions on stock buybacks:
https://pluralistic.net/2023/11/25/moral-injury/#enshittification
Google is fearless. It doesn't fear losing your business, or being punished by regulators, or being mired in guerrilla warfare with rival engineers. It certainly doesn't fear its workers.
Making search worse is good for Google. Reducing search quality increases the number of queries, and thus ads, that each user must make to find their answers:
https://pluralistic.net/2024/04/24/naming-names/#prabhakar-raghavan
If Google can make things worse for searchers without losing their business, it can make more money for itself. Without the discipline of markets, regulators, tech or workers, it has no impediment to transferring value from searchers and publishers to itself.
Which brings me back to AI search. When Google substitutes its own summaries for links to pages, it creates innumerable opportunities to charge publishers for preferential placement in those summaries.
This is true of any algorithmic feed: while such feeds are important – even vital – for making sense of huge amounts of information, they can also be used to play a high-speed shell-game that makes suckers out of the rest of us:
https://pluralistic.net/2024/05/11/for-you/#the-algorithm-tm
When you trust someone to summarize the truth for you, you become terribly vulnerable to their self-serving lies. In an ideal world, these intermediaries would be "fiduciaries," with a solemn (and legally binding) duty to put your interests ahead of their own:
https://pluralistic.net/2024/05/07/treacherous-computing/#rewilding-the-internet
But Google is clear that its first duty is to its shareholders: not to publishers, not to searchers, not to "partners" or employees.
AI search makes cheating so easy, and Google cheats so much. Indeed, the defects in AI give Google a readymade excuse for any apparent self-dealing: "we didn't tell you a lie because someone paid us to (for example, to recommend a product, or a hotel room, or a political point of view). Sure, they did pay us, but that was just an AI 'hallucination.'"
The existence of well-known AI hallucinations creates a zone of plausible deniability for even more enshittification of Google search. As Madeleine Clare Elish writes, AI serves as a "moral crumple zone":
https://estsjournal.org/index.php/ests/article/view/260
That's why, even if you're willing to believe that Google could make a great AI-based search, we can nevertheless be certain that they won't.

coming soon: parrotsense
I’m currently working on developing my own resource for parrot owners (that would hopefully expand to other pet birds), covering information on best care practices, diet, species information, and conservation for wild parrots. I became really interested in this project after noticing the lack of parrot websites that aren’t just SEO-primed AI generated garbage, extremely outdated, pro-breeder, or otherwise problematic for an average person skimming for information.
I’m not setting out to make a ton of money with this site - the only affiliate links will be to trusted websites I use myself and recommend like MySafeBirdStore - no links to crappy Amazon toys that will break immediately!
I’ll be posting updates on the site - I hope it’s a helpful resource for anybody interested in birds once it’s up and running :) I’ll probably begin the website with just a few posts, but I really hope that in the future, I am able to fairly pay other writers to contribute to the site as well - I’ll post updates on that here if this happens!
Stay tuned for an official announcement when the site is up and running!

The Beginner's Guide to Affiliate Marketing: How to Start Earning Online
In today's digital age, there are numerous opportunities for individuals to generate income online. Affiliate marketing stands out as one of the most accessible and potentially lucrative avenues for beginners to explore. Whether you're looking to supplement your current income or transition to a full-time online career, affiliate marketing offers a low barrier to entry and the potential for significant earnings. In this comprehensive guide, we'll delve into what affiliate marketing is, how it works, and actionable steps for beginners to get started and thrive in this dynamic industry.
Tumblr media
Understanding Affiliate Marketing
Affiliate marketing is a performance-based marketing strategy where individuals (affiliates) earn commissions by promoting products or services of other companies (merchants). Affiliates earn a commission for every sale, lead, or action generated through their promotional efforts. It's essentially a partnership between the affiliate, the merchant, and the consumer.
How Affiliate Marketing Works
Joining an Affiliate Program: Affiliates typically join affiliate programs offered by merchants or affiliate networks. These programs provide affiliates with unique tracking links used to monitor their promotional activities and track their commissions.
Choosing Products or Services to Promote: Affiliates select products or services that align with their niche, interests, or target audience. It's crucial to promote products that you genuinely believe in to maintain credibility with your audience.
Promoting Products: Affiliates promote products through various channels such as blogs, websites, social media, email marketing, and YouTube channels. The key is to create valuable content that educates, entertains, or solves problems for your audience while subtly incorporating affiliate links.
Earning Commissions: When a consumer clicks on an affiliate link and makes a purchase or completes a desired action (such as signing up for a newsletter), the affiliate earns a commission. Commissions can vary widely depending on the affiliate program and the type of product or service being promoted.
Getting Started with Affiliate Marketing
Choose Your Niche: Select a niche or industry that you are passionate about or have expertise in. Your niche could be anything from fitness and health to technology or personal finance.
Research Affiliate Programs: Look for affiliate programs within your chosen niche. You can find them by searching on affiliate networks like Amazon Associates, ShareASale, ClickBank, and CJ Affiliate, or by directly contacting companies whose products or services you'd like to promote.
Build Your Platform: Establish a platform to promote affiliate products. This could be a blog, website, YouTube channel, podcast, or social media profiles. Focus on creating high-quality content that resonates with your target audience and drives traffic to your affiliate links.
Create Valuable Content: Content is king in affiliate marketing. Create content that provides value to your audience, whether it's in the form of product reviews, tutorials, how-to guides, or informative articles. Be transparent about your affiliate relationships and disclose any sponsored content.
Drive Traffic to Your Links: Utilize various marketing channels to drive traffic to your affiliate links. This could include SEO (Search Engine Optimization), social media marketing, email marketing, paid advertising, and guest blogging.
Track Your Performance: Monitor your affiliate marketing efforts using analytics tools provided by affiliate networks or third-party platforms. Track key metrics such as clicks, conversions, and earnings to assess the effectiveness of your campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Best Practices for Success
Build Trust with Your Audience: Focus on building trust and credibility with your audience by providing honest and unbiased recommendations. Avoid promoting products solely for the sake of earning commissions.
Stay Consistent and Persistent: Affiliate marketing success doesn't happen overnight. Stay consistent with your efforts and be patient. Keep refining your strategies and adapting to changes in the market.
Diversify Your Income Streams: Don't rely solely on one affiliate program or source of income. Diversify your affiliate partnerships and explore different revenue streams to mitigate risks and maximize earnings.
Stay Updated and Educated: The affiliate marketing landscape is constantly evolving. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and changes in algorithms to stay ahead of the competition.
Conclusion
Affiliate marketing offers an accessible and scalable way for beginners to earn passive income online. By choosing the right niche, selecting quality affiliate programs, creating valuable content, and implementing effective marketing strategies, beginners can establish a successful affiliate marketing business. Remember that patience, persistence, and a commitment to providing value to your audience are key to long-term success in affiliate marketing. So, roll up your sleeves, dive in, and start your affiliate marketing journey today!

With the ever-growing presence of the internet and social media, businesses are now able to reach their target audiences in more personalized and effective ways than ever before.
What is Digital Marketing?
Digital marketing encompasses all marketing efforts that use an electronic device or the internet. Businesses leverage digital channels such as search engines, social media, email, and other websites to connect with current and prospective customers.
The Core Components of Digital Marketing:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): SEO is the process of optimizing your website to rank higher in search engine results pages (SERPs), increasing organic (non-paid) traffic to your site.
Content Marketing: Content marketing involves creating and distributing valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract and retain a clearly defined audience, ultimately driving profitable customer action.
Social Media Marketing: Social media marketing involves creating and sharing content on social media platforms to achieve your marketing and branding goals.
Email Marketing: Email marketing is the process of sending targeted emails to a group of subscribers to promote your products or services.
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: PPC advertising is a model of internet marketing in which advertisers pay a fee each time one of their ads is clicked. It's a way of buying visits to your site, rather than attempting to earn those visits organically.
Digital Analytics: Digital analytics is the collection, measurement, analysis, and reporting of internet data for the purpose of understanding and optimizing digital marketing efforts.
The Role of Data in Digital Marketing:
Data plays a crucial role in digital marketing, as it allows businesses to better understand their target audience and tailor their marketing strategies accordingly. By analyzing data such as website traffic, social media engagement, and email open rates, businesses can gain valuable insights into customer behavior and preferences.
Emerging Trends in Digital Marketing:
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning: AI and machine learning are revolutionizing digital marketing by enabling businesses to analyze vast amounts of data and personalize their marketing efforts on a large scale.
Voice Search Optimization: With the rise of voice-activated devices like Amazon Alexa and Google Home, optimizing content for voice search has become increasingly important for businesses.
Video Marketing: Video content continues to gain popularity, with platforms like YouTube and TikTok driving engagement and brand awareness.
Influencer Marketing: Collaborating with influencers can help businesses reach new audiences and build credibility within their industry.
Best Practices for Digital Marketing Success:

Monitor and Measure Results: Regularly monitor and measure the performance of your digital marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement and ensure you're meeting your goals.
Stay Consistent: Consistency is key to building brand awareness and maintaining customer loyalty. Ensure your messaging, branding, and content are consistent across all digital channels.

By embracing the latest trends and technologies, businesses can stay ahead of the curve and drive success in today's digital landscape.

Responsive Web Design: Best Practices for Optimal User Experience and SEO
In today’s digital age, where the majority of internet users access websites through various devices, responsive web design has become paramount. It’s not just about making a website look good; it’s about ensuring seamless functionality and accessibility across all screen sizes and devices. Responsive web design (RWD) is a critical approach that allows websites to adapt to different devices and screen sizes, providing an optimal viewing and interaction experience.
Importance of Responsive Web Design:
Responsive web design is essential for several reasons. Firstly, it improves user experience by ensuring that visitors can easily navigate and interact with the website regardless of the device they’re using. This leads to higher engagement, lower bounce rates, and increased conversion rates. Secondly, with the proliferation of mobile devices, responsive design is crucial for reaching a wider audience. Google also prioritizes mobile-friendly websites in its search results, making responsive design a key factor for SEO success.
Key Principles to Follow:
Fluid Grids: Instead of fixed-width layouts, use fluid grids that can adapt to different screen sizes.
Flexible Images and Media: Ensure that images and media elements can resize proportionally to fit various devices.
Media Queries: Utilize CSS media queries to apply different styles based on screen characteristics such as width, height, and resolution.
Mobile-First Approach: Start designing for mobile devices first, then progressively enhance the layout for larger screens.
Performance Optimization: Optimize website performance by minimizing HTTP requests, reducing file sizes, and leveraging caching techniques.
Tips for Optimization:
Prioritize Content: Display essential content prominently and prioritize functionality for mobile users.
Optimize Touch Targets: Make buttons and links large enough to be easily tapped on touchscreen devices.
Viewport Meta Tag: Use the viewport meta tag to control how the webpage is displayed on different devices.
Testing Across Devices: Regularly test the website across various devices and browsers to ensure consistent performance and appearance.
Progressive Enhancement: Implement features in layers, starting with basic functionality and progressively enhancing it for more capable devices.
Impact on User Experience:
Responsive web design directly impacts user experience by providing a seamless and consistent experience across devices. Users no longer have to pinch and zoom or struggle with tiny buttons on their smartphones. Instead, they can effortlessly navigate through the website, leading to higher satisfaction and engagement. A positive user experience ultimately translates into increased conversions and customer loyalty.
SEO and Responsive Design:
Responsive web design plays a significant role in SEO. Google, the leading search engine, recommends responsive design as the best practice for mobile optimization. Responsive websites have a single URL and HTML code, making it easier for search engines to crawl, index, and rank content. Additionally, responsive design eliminates the need for separate mobile websites, preventing issues such as duplicate content and diluted link equity.
Real-Life Examples:
Apple: Apple’s website seamlessly adapts to different screen sizes, providing an optimal browsing experience on both desktops and mobile devices.
Amazon: Amazon’s responsive design ensures that users can easily shop and navigate through its vast catalog on any device, contributing to its success as a leading e-commerce platform.
HubSpot: HubSpot’s website is a prime example of a responsive design that prioritizes content and functionality, catering to users across various devices.
Conclusion:
In conclusion, responsive web design is not just a trend; it’s a necessity in today’s digital landscape. By adhering to best practices and optimizing for user experience, websites can effectively reach and engage audiences across desktops, smartphones, and tablets. As Google continues to prioritize mobile-friendly websites, investing in responsive design is crucial for maintaining visibility and driving organic traffic. Embrace responsive design to stay ahead in the competitive online ecosystem.

"Top 5 Digital Marketing Trends Every Business Owner Should Know"
In the fast-paced world of digital marketing, staying updated with the latest trends is crucial for business owners who want to remain competitive and grow their businesses. As consumer behavior evolves and new technologies emerge, it's important to adapt your marketing strategies accordingly. Here are the top five digital marketing trends every business owner should be aware of, as discussed on Digitechexplorer.com.
1. The Rise of Video Content
Video content has become a dominant force in digital marketing. Platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram Reels are incredibly popular, and consumers are increasingly favoring video over other types of content. Video is engaging, easy to consume, and can convey complex information quickly.
For business owners, this means investing in high-quality video production is essential. Consider creating a variety of video content, such as product demos, how-to guides, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes looks at your business. Live streaming is another powerful tool, allowing real-time interaction with your audience and fostering a sense of community.
2. Voice Search Optimization
With the increasing use of voice-activated devices like Amazon Echo, Google Home, and Siri, optimizing for voice search is becoming more important. Voice search queries are typically longer and more conversational than text searches, which means your SEO strategy needs to adapt.
To optimize for voice search, focus on long-tail keywords and natural language phrases that people are likely to use in spoken queries. Also, ensure that your website is mobile-friendly and that your content answers specific questions directly and concisely. This can improve your chances of appearing in voice search results, particularly for local searches.
3. Personalization and Customer Experience
Personalization is key to standing out in a crowded market. Consumers expect tailored experiences that cater to their individual preferences and needs. This involves more than just using the customer's name in emails; it requires leveraging data to provide relevant content, product recommendations, and offers.
Invest in tools and platforms that help you gather and analyze customer data to deliver personalized experiences. Segment your audience based on their behavior, preferences, and purchase history to create targeted marketing campaigns. A personalized approach not only improves customer satisfaction but also increases conversion rates and customer loyalty.
4. The Power of Social Commerce
Social media platforms are evolving into powerful e-commerce channels. Social commerce allows users to purchase products directly through social media posts and ads without leaving the platform. This seamless shopping experience is becoming increasingly popular, especially among younger consumers.
Business owners should take advantage of social commerce features on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. Utilize shoppable posts, integrate product catalogs, and make it easy for customers to buy directly from your social media profiles. Engaging with your audience through social media and providing excellent customer service can further boost your social commerce efforts.
5. Privacy and Data Security
With growing concerns about data privacy and the implementation of regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), protecting customer data is more important than ever. Consumers are becoming more aware of how their data is being used and are demanding greater transparency and control.
To build trust with your audience, ensure your business complies with data protection laws and follows best practices for data security. Be transparent about your data collection and usage policies, and give customers control over their personal information. Prioritizing privacy and data security not only helps you avoid legal issues but also enhances your reputation and customer trust.
Conclusion
Staying ahead of digital marketing trends is essential for business owners who want to grow their businesses and stay competitive. By embracing video content, optimizing for voice search, personalizing customer experiences, leveraging social commerce, and prioritizing data privacy, you can create effective marketing strategies that resonate with your audience.
These trends reflect fundamental shifts in how consumers interact with brands online. By continuously adapting to these changes, you can ensure your business remains relevant and successful in the ever-evolving digital landscape. Extracting review data from major e-commerce platforms like Amazon, BestBuy, Lululemon, and Chewy.com provides valuable insights into product performance, customer satisfaction, and market trends. In this comprehensive guide, we'll explore how to scrape e-commerce review data from these platforms using Python-based web scraping techniques.
Understanding the Importance of E-Commerce Review Data
E-commerce review data is a goldmine of information for businesses and researchers. Extracting and analyzing reviews from major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, BestBuy, Lululemon, and Chewy.com can provide numerous benefits. Here’s why e-commerce review data is so crucial:
Consumer Insights
Customer reviews offer firsthand accounts of product experiences. By scraping Amazon product review data, businesses can understand what customers like or dislike about a product. This feedback helps in improving product features and addressing consumer pain points.
Product Improvement
Analyzing reviews enables companies to identify common issues and areas for enhancement. For instance, extracting Lululemon product review data can reveal recurring complaints or suggestions, guiding product development teams in making necessary adjustments to enhance customer satisfaction.
Market Trends
E-commerce review data scraping helps identify market trends. By aggregating reviews from multiple platforms, businesses can detect shifts in consumer preferences, emerging trends, and popular products. This information is vital for staying ahead in a competitive market.
Price Comparison and Competitor Analysis
Reviews often include information about product quality and value for money, which can be used for price comparison and competitor analysis. By scraping BestBuy product review data and Chewy.com product review data, businesses can benchmark their products against competitors, understand market positioning, and adjust their pricing strategies accordingly.
Enhanced Marketing Strategies
Amazon product review data collection can provide insights into customers' language and keywords. This information can be used to optimize product listings, improve SEO, and tailor marketing messages to resonate with the target audience.
Customer Loyalty and Trust
Engaging with reviews, especially negative ones, and acting on customer feedback builds trust and loyalty. Companies that value customer opinions are more likely to foster long-term relationships with their customers.
Informed Decision-Making
E-commerce review data scraping provides a wealth of information that supports data-driven decision-making. Whether for launching a new product, entering a new market, or improving existing offerings, insights from reviews can guide strategic business decisions.
Extracting and analyzing e-commerce review data from platforms like Amazon, BestBuy, Lululemon, and Chewy.com is essential for gaining consumer insights, improving products, understanding market trends, and making informed business decisions.
