I really hope he stays dead lol. I feel like he was only introduced the way he was because of ajk and now he’s left hopefully all the ways he’s tainted the flash will also go.

on more good news ? gugeheim has been fired or demoted or whatever and now he is no longer a showrunner in arrow its like... second hand good news cause he already did all the damage he could do there but im still happy he got fired

I mean he’s not fired. he’s still executive consultant or whatever. but yeah, at least he got demoted. I’m not feeling too good about the new showrunner tho because from what I hear she wrote 2x14 which was the episode where oliver and sara were making hearteyes at the lance family table and that awful hallway scene where ollie was being ableist af and also felicity feeling threatened by sara because god forbid we have the female characters be friends on this show

Do you know what episode of TF they are filming right & when they go on winter break? Also, I heard GG hasn’t been on set very much the last few weeks, do you know if this is true?

They are filming 4.12 at the moment. I don’t know exactly when they’ll go on break, but in the next two weeks for sure.

As for Grant, he’s had more days off than normal and he’s been sporting facial hair since Fan Expo three weeks ago. So either he hasn’t filmed *at all*, or Barry’s got facial hair right now.

Do you have any theories about why IW was carrying her vows in her pocket during the final episode of the x over & why the camera zoomed in on it in such a deliberate way? Do you think that will be revisited again?

I subscribe to Matt’s theory that the vows will be reproduced when Dawn shows up and needs to prove her identity.

I’m seeing a lot of the media/journalists call out how horrible Felicity’s interruption was and I’m loving it. Plus I’ve never see us so united in this way lol. I hope the producers know we’re angry

From the looks of things on how the other shows are run, it doesn’t seem like Iris is respected by the people who run them. I felt like her character was completely disrespected and basically told to stand in a corner especially on Arrow. They were using her/Barry’s Star Labs. Now I don’t even know if I want her to crossover anymore. And ironically, I’m surprised she was treated so well on Supergirl. That’s their only episode I will repeatedly watch now despite the wedding interruption.

I want her to crossover so Candice can get paid, and that’s it. I agree with you on the rest.

After the way Iris was treated after the we are the flash debacle I can never look at fanboys the same way again. It’s why i kind of side eye the way especially Fel is being talked about by some in our fandom. Especially since the focus is so much on what fel did and hardly at all Ollie. We know more than anyone what it’s like to, so it makes me cringe to see people turn it on another character/couple. + I can never align with fanboys, they’ll turn on Iris just as fast

This is true. Oliver proposed at someone else’s rehearsal dinner, and started the whole plot. He is just as much to blame, and fanboys are misogynistic snakes. It might make you laugh when they say something about a woman you don’t like, but wait until they say the same thing about one you do.

Not necessarily. as we have no idea what Berlanti has done for the characters or show. I certainly hope things will change for the better, though. And in the sense that the writers won’t feel harassed and bullied, so they can put out better episodes, yes things will be better.

Given how WA was praised, then used/abused during the crossover, you don’t think it’s due to Todd H might be a pushover do you? I like the guy, but I’m having a hard time believing he may not have had the opportunity to make better executive decisions with the other folks.

I have a soft spot for Todd, but he certainly seems to lack a decisive voice versus the other EPs. Maybe that comes from being 2nd to AJK in his room? We’ll see how things change.

Now that AJK is gone do you know who will be taking over for him? If you do know, will this person be pro IW/WA? I’m always fearful when someone new comes in that we will see a return to 2A.

Berlanti is taking over EP duties alongside Todd for now. I have no idea if they’ll find a permanent replacement or give Todd a promotion after that. I think we can safely say both of them are pro-WA, but not pro-Iris enough to have given her what we think she deserved these last four years lol.
