Every Hindu has to answer where they stand on current politics being played out in their name. Silence is no more an option but an answer that you're with the fascist monstrous state since that's the default assumption being made by administration. Feelings of Hindus are hurt when there is an advertisement by a brand showing marriage between a Hindu and Muslim, feelings of Hindus are hurt if someone targets Asaram Bapu or Swami Nityananda who are all convicted criminals, feelings of Hindus get hurt when people in traditional dress are shown without bindis, the list is long. But who are these Hindus? Are you one of them? If not, how can they claim your feelings are hurt? And why are you maintaining this silence that's indicative of your approval? Remember when Shah Rukh Khan is expected to condemn and clarify he does not support Taliban bombing something in Afghanistan? Now Afghanistan doesn't exist in India and nor is Taliban elected by Shah Rukh. But this RSS-BJP govt is elected by you, the thugs on the street are doing it in your name. If tomorrow they were rioting and burning houses in your area, they'll spare your houses. That's what they did in Gujarat and that's what they did in recent Delhi riots. You are part of it and responsible for this mayhem. I'm part of this too. Despite speaking forever against this politics of hate, I'm part of it because I was born a Hindu and this is happening in my name too by virtue of my religion. I have relatives that spew hate and forward bigoted texts on WhatsApp and social media. This is all on us. The more we speak the better. At least eventually we will tell them they don't have the numbers. But given reelection of Adityanath and Modi, I doubt that myself. The Hindus exist only as a reaction to Muslims. They practice and do what would displease Muslims. And they do more and more that which irritates Muslims. They want to play Hanuman Chalisa on loudspeakers because Muslims play Azaan from loudspeakers. They want to wear saffron shawls and gamchas because Muslims wear Hijab and skullcap. Bhagvadgita says God is everywhere but Hindus search their gods and are sure that their gods only exist inside Muslim mosques. It's bizarre religion that only exists as other of Islam. What is its identity by itself? Each God has a hundred temples to himself/herself. Where does the original Ganesha exist or Ram? Is Ram in Ayodhya then what are hundred other temples scattered in every city? What is shiva lingam? Is anything that's an inverted U a shiva linga? Or only those inverted U's that exist inside mosques? What is Hinduism and what kind of a Hindu are you? Are you the kind in whose name Muslims get lynched on street because they allegedly have beef in their refrigerator? The beef that in lab is found out to be simple mutton! Are Hindus in Goa and Kerala and North east who eat beef not Hindus? Does that mean those who wrote Vedas and mentioned themselves eating beef not Hindus? Then why do you say Vedas are Hindu texts? Maybe those are Islamic texts since Muslims eat beef just like writers of Vedas did, what do you say? Isn't that the kind of logic you read on WhatsApp and jump on to hating a whole community?

The School of Nursing at Shri Venkateshwara University/Institute hosted the Annual Sports Meet Ranbhoomi 2024 with full fanfare and enthusiasm.
Over 1200 players from different houses (Red house, Green House, Yellow House & Blue House) will take part in over 2 dozen sporting events during the sport fest.
The annual sport meet Ranbhoomi 2024 will last for 5 days till Saturday & the University management will felicitate the winners with a trophy, Medal & certificates.
The Group Chairman, Dr Sudhir Giri, Chief Advisor Dr VPS Arora, & the Pro Chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi inaugurated the event by lighting the torch & releasing balloons in the air.
The Vice Chancellor Dr Anil Kumar Shukla & the Nursing Dean Dr Ana Erik Brown joined them to inaugurate Ranbhoomi 2024.
The sporting event will include cricket, Kabaddi, shot-put, javelin, kho-kho, tug of war, hockey, 100/200 m, 5 km, hurdle, relay race, volley ball & over 2 dozen sporting competitions during the 5 days.
The Group Chairman, Dr Sudhir Giri, reiterated whenever we take part in any competition, either we win or learn something, we never lose.
By taking part, we learn where things went wrong. Hence, the youth should actively take part in different competitions to develop competitive spirit.
The Pro Chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi asserted because of revolutionary schemes like Fit India & Khelo India, Indian players are performing well at international events.
In the opening day of Ranbhoomi, 2024 individuals took part in Kabaddi, Javelin, Shot put, 100 meters race, and twelve other events, advancing to the second round.
Those present included the CEO Mr. Ajay Shrivastava, Pro VC Dr Rakesh Yadav, Registrar Dr Piyush Pandey, Joint Registrar Dr Rajesh Singh, & the Meerut Campus Director Dr Pratap Singh.

Shri Venkateshwara University/Institute organized Spardha 2023 a 3 days annual sports meet at its campus.
Over 800 participants took part in over a dozen events and gave an exceptional performance.
They took part in 100/200 meters race, obstacle race, tug of war, javelin throw, kho-kho, kabaddi, badminton & other sporting events.
The Group Chairman Dr Sudhir Giri, Pro Chancellor Dr Rajiv Tyagi, CEO Mr Ajay Shrivastava, VC Dr Rakesh Yadav & the Nursing Dean Dr Ana Brown inaugurated the meet by lighting the sports torch.
The Venkateshwara School of Nursing Green House became the overall champion by winning 25 medals in various sporting events.
Madhur Singh & Kanika of the School of Nursing won the Star of the event badge. Whereas Talim Khan won the Man of the series honour.
Dr Rajiv Tyagi & Dr Rakesh Yadav felicitated the winners with medals, certificates & trophies.
The Group Chairman Dr Sudhir Giri complimented the participants & stressed that such events prepare players for the national & international competitions.

La Cour suprême doit prononcer mercredi son ordonnance sur la demande de libération sous caution du fils du ministre de l'Union Ajay Kumar Mishra, Ashish Mishra, accusé dans l'affaire des violences de Lakhimpur Kheri en 2021.
Conformément à la liste des causes du 25 janvier téléchargée sur le site Web du tribunal supérieur, un banc de juges Surya Kant et JK Maheshwari prononcera l'ordonnance.
Le banc avait le 19 janvier réservé son ordonnance sur la candidature de Mishra.
Le 3 octobre 2021, huit personnes ont été tuées à Tikunia, dans le district de Lakhimpur Kheri, où des violences avaient éclaté lorsque des agriculteurs protestaient contre la visite du vice-ministre en chef de l'Uttar Pradesh, Keshav Prasad Maurya, dans la région.
Selon le FIR de la police de l'Uttar Pradesh, quatre agriculteurs ont été fauchés par un SUV dans lequel Ashish Mishra était assis.
Suite à l'incident, le conducteur du SUV et deux employés du BJP auraient été lynchés par des agriculteurs en colère. Un journaliste est également mort dans les violences.
Le banc de Lucknow de la Haute Cour d'Allahabad avait rejeté le 26 juillet de l'année dernière la demande de libération sous caution d'Ashish Mishra.
Il a contesté l'ordonnance de la Haute Cour devant la Cour suprême.
Lors de l'audience du 19 janvier, la haute cour avait observé qu'un accusé ne devait pas être incarcéré pour une durée indéterminée à moins qu'il ne soit prouvé coupable d'une infraction.
Tout en réservant son ordonnance sur le moyen, la formation avait dit qu'il s'agissait d'une mise en balance des droits des parties.
S'opposant à la demande de libération sous caution, l'avocat général supplémentaire pour l'Uttar Pradesh Garima Prashad avait déclaré qu'il s'agissait d'un crime grave et odieux et que l'octroi d'une caution enverrait un mauvais signal à la société.
L'avocat principal Dushyant Dave, comparaissant pour ceux qui s'opposent au plaidoyer de libération sous caution, avait déclaré que l'élargissement de Mishra sous caution enverrait un message terrible à la société.
L'avocat principal Mukul Rohatgi, représentant Ashish Mishra, s'était fermement opposé à la soumission de Dave et a déclaré que son client était en détention depuis plus d'un an et que le déroulement du procès prendrait sept à huit ans pour le terminer. Le 6 décembre de l'année dernière, le tribunal de première instance avait porté des accusations contre Ashish Mishra et 12 autres personnes pour les infractions présumées de meurtre, de complot criminel et d'autres lois pénales dans le cas du décès des quatre agriculteurs qui manifestaient à Lakhimpur Kheri, ouvrant la voie à la début du procès.
Au total, 13 accusés, dont Ashish Mishra, ont été inculpés en vertu des articles 147 et 148 du Code pénal indien (IPC) liés à des émeutes, 149 (rassemblement illégal), 302 (meurtre), 307 (tentative de meurtre), 326 (provoquant volontairement blessure grave par des armes ou des moyens dangereux), 427 (méfait) et 120B (peine pour complot criminel), et l'article 177 de la loi sur les véhicules à moteur.

Yogi Adityanath (originally Ajay Singh Bisht), an Indian Hindu monk & politician born on June 5, 1972, and has been the 21st & present Chief Minister in Uttar Pradesh since March 19, 2017.
Following the victory of the BJP there in the 2017 State Assembly elections, in even though he was a prominent candidate, he was named the Chief Minister of UP on March 26, 2017.
He once more won the state assembly elections in 2022, becoming Uttar Pradesh's chief minister for a second time and making history by becoming the first chief minister who return to power after serving a complete five years in office. From 1998 to 2017, when he withdrew from becoming the Chief Minister, he served five consecutive terms as a member of the Lok Sabha from the Uttar Pradesh district of Gorakhpur.
In addition, since Mahant Avaidyanath, his religious "father," passed away in September 2014, Adityanath has served as the mahant of Gorakhnath Math, the Hindu institution in Gorakhpur. In addition, he founded the Hindu nationalist group Hindu Yuva Vahini. He portrays himself as a right-wing populist and a Hindutva nationalist.
Boyhood and Education
Yogi Adityanath was born on June 5, 1972, as Ajay Mohan Singh Bisht in the Rajput family of Panchur, Pauri Garhwal, Uttar Pradesh. Anand Singh Bisht, his deceased father, was a forest ranger. With four brothers & three sisters, he has been the second child born into the family. In Uttarakhand, there at Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, he earned his bachelor's degree in mathematics.
Around the 1990s, he relocated to join the drive for the Ayodhya Ram temple. At the same time, Mahant Avaidyanath, the leader of the Gorakhnath Math, accepted him as a disciple. The push for such Ayodhya Ram temple was being led at the time by Mahant Avaidyanath. After receiving his initiation, Adityanath settled in Gorakhpur but frequently traveled to his home village, opening a school there in 1998.
When Avaidyanath passed away on September 12, 2014, Adityanath was elevated to the position of Mahant, or high priest, inside the Gorakhnath Math. Two days later, amid customary Nath sect rites, he was appointed Peethadhishwar of the Math.
Debut in politics
Yogi Adityanath is a member of the Hindutva political lineage in Uttar Pradesh, which dates back to Mahant Digvijay Nath, and oversaw the erection of idols inside the Babri Masjid of Ayodhya on December 22, 1949. Both Digvijay Nath & their successor Avaidyanath were members of the Hindu Mahasabha & had been chosen to represent their respective parties in the Parliament. The two schools of Hindu nationalism converged in the 1980s when the BJP, as well as the Sangh Parivar, joined this same Ayodhya movement. In 1991, Avaidyanath joined the BJP, but he still exercised considerable independence. Adityanath was chosen to lead India's Lower House of Parliament four years after Avaidyanath was named his successor.
In his first electoral victory, Adityanath founded Hindu Yuva Vahini, a youth organization that became well-known for its work in eastern Uttar Pradesh that played a crucial role in his rapid ascent. Adityanath as well as the BJP leadership have frequently clashed over the distribution of election tickets. Adityanath has been a prominent campaigner for the BJP, therefore the party has prevented the tensions from rising.
He made the connections between Indian Leftist parties and Nepali Maoists a central campaign theme in 2006 and urged Madhesi leaders to resist Maoism in Nepal. His convoy was allegedly ambushed in 2008 as it traveled to Azamgarh for one rally against terrorism.
One person was killed in the incident, as well as at least six other people were hurt.
Adityanath and other BJP officials gathered in January 2007 to mourn the loss of a guy who had been slain as a result of religious violence. The police later detained him and his followers and imprisoned them in Gorkhapur jail on allegations of upsetting the peace and disobeying prohibitory orders. Following his detention, there was more rioting, during which many coaches of the Mumbai-Gorakhpur Godan Express got allegedly set afire by rioting Hindu Yuva Vahini members. The district judge and the neighborhood's chief of police were transferred & replaced the day following the arrest.
Personal opinions
On January 3, 2016, a day following the purported terrorist strike by Pakistani militants on an Indian air force facility in Pathankot, Adityanath compares Pakistan to Satan.
Adityanath asked India to implement similar tactics to combat terrorism. He had praised then-US President Donald Trump's move to enact a restriction on citizens from seven countries with a majority of Muslims entering the US.

Shri Venkateshwara University/VGI felicitated 25 girl students & female educationists for doing exceptional work in different fields on the occasion of the National Girl child day.
SVU honored them with a memento & prize as part of the Beti Bachao beti padhao campaign.
The Group Chairman Dr Sudhir Giri, Pro Chancellor Dr Rajiv Tyagi, CEO Ajay Shrivastava, and the VC Dr Rakesh Yadav inaugurated the Mother power felicitation ceremony by lighting a lamp & offering flowers to Goddess Saraswati.
The Group Chairman, Dr Sudhir Giri, in his address reiterated the girls are outclassing boys in education, sports, literature, medical services, nursing & nation service & are being reckoned all over the world.
But the irony is that in a nation where girls are revered as Goddess Durga, we are having the highest female infanticide in Asia.
This is the collective responsibility of every citizen to awaken people about this evil practice and cease it completely.
The Pro chancellor, Dr Rajiv Tyagi, stated that the Venkateshwara Group is proud of felicitating the mother's power.
Further, he pledged the students & staff for the Beti Bachao beti padhao campaign & exhorted them to contribute towards women's empowerment.
The CEO Mr Ajay Shrivastava, VC Dr Rakesh Yadav, Joint Registrar Dr Rajesh Singh & Dr Ana Brown also addressed the event marking the National Girl child day.
