It's me again with another question, because I'm loving reading what you guys put. Now backstory to this, a while back, Lilith did a little four panel comic about an AFK Arena dating sim. I know it was a joke but I stumbled on it again and it had me thinking.

What would an AFK Arena dating sim be like?

You could have so much fun with this. There could be difficulty levels for different characters, different requirements to date them, and even characters that need to be unlocked via secret means. Let me give an example:

Earl Leofric.

We know he is a Hypogean, but to everyone else in Esperia (beside a chosen few) they think he is a Lightbearer. The requirement to date him could possibly be to discover that he is a Hypogean and not a Lightbearer.

Another character: Anasta (Brutus's big buff beautiful mentor)

To date her, you have to not only find her but also earn her trust. You could journey through, maybe have a few battles, and more.

This is just a few ideas but think how much fun this would be! With all the characters, the lore, and just everything! You could make a character, select your sexual/romantic interests or if you don't want to romance, you could choose none. You could even help certain characters get together!

Now since you've all read my rant, thank you by the way, who would you date in a potential AFK Arena dating sim?

I have a few that range from "okay I see why." All the way to "Why do you want to date them? Go to therapy."

Here's a few I would date:

Desira- I like her design and have a weakness for pretty mermaids

Kalene- Once again, pretty lady.

Solise (not awakened)- I like her lore and her design. We could live in a little cottage with a large garden and a library and history would call us "roommates" and "The best of friends" When in reality, we would write notes that say, "My love for you is like a garden, forever growing, lush and beautiful. For you are my sunshine and rain and the very taste of you is sweeter than any nectar~"

Anoki- I love this big bull man with tragic anime backstory.

Anasta- Y'all, when she first came out, I was head over heels. Look at her, she's buff. She is drop dead gorgeous! I want her to pick me up in her arms and carry me away.

Skreg- I think he is cute. I would love to go on adventures and pet the Iron-Jaw.

Antandra- She reminds me of the stories of the Amazons/Valkeries. awwOf these women who were tough and strong and I want to date her.

Flora- I know Celestials get a lot of hate but compared to others, I've always liked Flora. She reminds me of spring and Persephone believe it or not.

And honestly I would date almost all the Hypogeans disregarding a few. Those being, Zolrath/Mezoth/Mehira.

I continue to nervously pour out my seventh sweat while watching my fighters fight: My 140's take out the 148's on the first go, I'm just stunned

As for my favorite trio and my team in general:

Eluard continues to shake on Tidus (once he didn't have time to put a protective field on him, as he died in the first seconds, and Brutus had to save Eluard alone again); Tidus and Brutus - everything is clear with them; Shemira's gone on vacation, so she's being replaced by Nevanthi with her self-legendary power; and Angelo… it's just Angelo. He's hanging out, he's fine, he's on his wavelength as usual, he's just getting high on both life and the occasional suicide

Okay now my three favorite blorbos are off to harness the horses

So, at the end of the day, I was finally able to pump "Awake" (yes, he was sleeping the whole time) Brutus and Eluard The situation is now clearer: Eluard can now defend himself. HOWEVER! Knowing how much Tidus likes to sacrifice himself, Eluard conjures up a SHIELD for him

Brutus can handle everything anyway, it's okay, but Tidus just stupidly gets in the way and Eluard is like: "STOP"

A little local meme: I often notice how other nps are very eager to bite Eluard on his ass, and every time my big beastly uncles save him from all sorts of evil, at the cost of their own lives

and the whole situation turns into such a headcanon: Eluard has somehow tamed (????) Tidus and Brutus and it looks like "the same master getting himself into trouble that his pets get him out of."

In short, he now has a big cat and a werewolf of memes 👍👍👍
