finally posting my swap au! ill post more but i have a lot of doodles so they're getting their own post

Simon Petrikov the human is a part-time hero to the local monster kingdom and any in need! He enjoys adventure, learning about history, and finding ancient artifacts. He fights with a crossbow and has a very good aim! and he lives with his older sibling Gunter

Gunter is Simons older sibling, their parents used to live in the ice kingdom before moving away. now they live with simon in their treehouse. they have a short temper and like to break stuff. they have the special power to make green clones of themself

The Ice Prince is the ruler of the frozen land of the ice kingdom! he doesn't limit his kidnappings to just princesses and everyone's in danger of being "saved" and taken to his kingdom. He once was a boy named Finn Mertins before the ice crown took hold. he seems to really want a little brother to play with

ill be going into this au a bit more later but i'd love to answer questions about this au if u have any!

Betty use a blood axe cause axe r cool, kinda wanna make Simon into a tuxedo cat but since Cake is a cat already ill go with wolf

Bonus Jake and Finn i do not like the t-shirt here like i feel like a jacket would fit Jake more but im trynna not to divert much from Finn design with the t-shirt

I decided not to change her love for music. After all, Marceline had fallen in love with music because of her mother, and Simon only strengthened her passion. I'd like to think that not finding Simon's support in her early years, she still held on thanks to the memories of the songs her mom used to hum to her.

So, I decided to make her the princess of the nightosphere and an idol. In the end, it keeps the core of her character intact, but reveals it in a different circumstance and in a completely different way.

Fucking FINALLY this is done, I have been working on this thing for upwards of 15 hours.

I've been working on an adventure time swap au in which Simon puts the crown on Betty's head instead of his own for a month or so now, and this is for that, a snapshot of Betty's first bout of madness. Some aspects of the au itself are inspired by a post by @via-the-cryptid (though the main thing I borrowed from them was the idea of Simon being frozen for a thousand years instead of being pulled into the future, the rest is me lol)

Tumblr killed the quality and the resolution looks like ass from where Im looking at it right now so hopefully it looks better after I hit the post button. Please I swear to god if it doesn't I am going to riot.

snow queen Betty au where she puts on the crown instead of Simon, but instead of chasing her beloved away and having him jump through to the future a thousand years later, she freezes him in a spire of ice.

she doesn’t remember freezing him. Betty thinks that Simon ran away because he finally realised that she was too gung-ho, too reckless, too much. she never considers that maybe, he’s still here.

somewhere over the course of the mushroom war and onwards, Betty becomes the Snow Queen and the Snow Queen only retains one single purpose: rather than the Ice King’s goal of finding a princess to love him, the Snow Queen is looking for her Prince, and this time, she knows he’s out there somewhere. she doesn’t want a prince, she wants her Prince. she’s broken into countless castles, searched all across the land, kidnapped countless people to interrogate, but the answer always comes up the same: no Prince anywhere to be found.

he isn’t dead, and she knows he isn’t. the Snow Queen would know if something happened to her Prince. right?

and somewhere in a deep cave, hidden amongst the ruins of what used to be a human city, sunk deep beneath the earth after its fall, a spire of ice is waiting, with a single man still standing inside.
