Hi! I was gone for a while but I'm back again. My brother got me Animal Crossing: New Leaf and gave me his old 2DS. I love the game, even though I've only been playing a couple days; however, I don't have any friends or anything and that's the only way to get more fruit and stuff. so I’ve been playing acnl for like two weeks now. it’s been super fun and I even figured out a trick to catching bugs on trees. but the thing that stands out to me the most. is that everyone is SO GODDAMN NICE. I’ve only interacted with two real people. one let me take whatever fruit I wanted from their town and then donated 50k bells to my bridge. the other one I just met on Club Tortimer and they GAVE ME A MILLION BELLS???? JUST OUT OF NOWHERE??? THEY DIDN’T EVEN WANT ANYTHING IN RETURN??? whoever said video games cause violence never experienced a total stranger wearing a halo and Hawaiian shirt run in circles, accidentally scare a moth you were trying to catch, and then giving you a million bells for no clear reason.

also if anyone wants to be friends my town kind of sucks right now but I have pears, peaches, bananas, lychee, and durian and weirdly good luck with rare bugs. like I’ve already caught three or four bird wings and just caught a golden stag and I haven’t been playing more than two weeks. my friend code is 2251-9734-0905. you can dm me your code if you don’t want it floating around the internet.

you should at least be vaguely familiar with my em. every single au and whatever hetalia character i feel like grabbing for that day goes in there. interesting little tidbit that somehow hasn't come up so far is that in more human AUs of mine he's part irish! ~20% of icelandic males and 60% of females actually have irish/keltic ancestry!!! ireland being his mom hc is going WILD in me. he's also very magic because that headcanon singlehandedly started the ice obsession in me. how well in tune he is with it and how exactly it looks like depends on the au . i also make him closer friends with swe and fin because i can👍

part 2: mikael's world

a fusion of 2 groups put into one world, connected by one flimsy tie. it's mostly analogous to real life but no homophobia👍

Group A: Pentagon

Mikael started out as a swedish micronation oc but we don't talk about that. he has a chicken called omelette because of inside jokes during... my wattpad era... shudders. i project onto him a lot and lots of his design is just wish fullfillment. while i love my ocs suffering and angst, because i put so much of myself in him, ultimately, his story is one of healing. major point of difference between us though is that his parents abandoned him and mine... didn't.do.that. 💀👍

Claire and Piper both actually started out as minecraft skins i made for fun!! and then i made them kith:3

Cecily and Kit were added becaue i felt like something was missing to complete the friendgroup!

so.. confession: i haven't actually played d&d yet! but my friends love it a lot, i love a couple ttrpg podcasts so.. yeah i have a couple concepts!

The Leighlar Pilayden, or blueberry bitchfuck as i like to call him, Half Elf sorcerer who was abandoned as a babg and raised in a cult which, in a world with multiple deities, somehow ended up believing in the *one* that doesn't exist! he's a sorcerer but they all think his powers a blessing from their god

Recently re-named Ailbhe used to be Avery and is a genderless, fully white skinned(as in colour not the skin colour we associate with the word. imagine porcelaine!) and neon yellow haired fallen angel/ex-demi-god!! not much lore but... lots of potential!!

Firenze is... idk he just happened in one history lesson in 2018 and now he's here. bunny boy with lots of responsibilities around the palace!!!

•Registering a Friend code•

On ACNL you can both visit someone else’s town and they can visit yours. But before you visit someone else’s town and vice versa, each of you need to add the other’s “friend code” on to your “Friend list”. You can’t visit each other’s town until you do this, and any time you want to visit a different persons town you must register that persons friend code. Before I explain further about visiting towns, let me show you how to access your friend list.

To access your friends list, you must go to your DS home page. This is the page that opens up when you switch on your DS. On the touch screen at the top, you will see different icons. The orange square icon with a face is your friend list. Here you can also find your own friend code that other people can add to their friends list

How to register a friend’s friend code

Before you invite someone to your town or you visit theirs you will need to register their friend code, as they will also need to register your on their friend list. Registering a code is very easy. If they don’t know their own friend code then show them this guide.

Visiting/inviting to a town is done through two ways: local or internet. Local just means connecting DS to DS with someone who is physically next to you. Internet means you can connect long distance, with anyone in the world. This is the option most people use.

To register a friend’s friend code, watch my video below. Once you have clicked on your friend list you will see on your touch screen “settings” and “register friend”. Click “register friend”, choose “internet” and then type in the other persons friend code (not your own).

If you have entered it correctly and your DS is connected to WIFI, it will register them to your friend list. And now you can invite them or visit this town! If you ever want to visit a different person’s town then you will have to repeat this process and add their friend code to your list. Like I said, it’s just like adding new people to a contact list on your phone.

changes i would make to acnh

1) able to bulk buy nook miles tickets. for every pack of 10 miles you buy, get one ticket free

2) when on an island with nook miles in the inventory, able to give wilbur a ticket and be sent to a different island. this eliminates the constant back and forth from home -> airport -> island. plus it skips orvilles long dialogue (what would dodos do💪🏼🔥)

3) able to speak to villagers without putting item on hand away. i literally dont know why this is a thing just keep it in your hands especially since villagers will comment on said item of you have it out???

4) able to make inclines on cliffs that are NOT a straight line. listen i want to make an incline but can't because one corner of the cliff is curved a little and it's so baffling because the incline should either a) ignore that and be built anyways, or b) force the cliff to become a straight line so you can build an incline

5) able to deny DIY recipes you already know. you still have the option to accept it if you want to give it to a friend or such but you shouldn't be FORCED to. i always just sell them because i. already know them. LOL

6) this is just for me personally but i think you should be allowed to change your name at least once if not for free whenever. make it cost a bunch of bells or tickets idc i'll pay i just wanna change my name PLEASE

7) golden tools should not break. like dude you go through all this effort to get them and they're able to break on you?? i get it's bc acnh is doing the whole DIY thing but it's just counterintuitive. i dont even go for golden tools anymore i make normal ones cause it's easier LOL

8) you should be able to start a new island and get bells from the value of the previous island. acnl was right for doing this i dont know why they took this feature away

9) villagers who leave your island should remember you!!!! if you see them on an island they should be like "wow i didnt expect to see you again!!!" do you know how sad i was when i re-got kabuki and he didnt rememebr me:( i get why this isnt a thing but i wish it was

10) you shouldn't need nintendo online for qr codes. i've resulted to just looking up outfits on google and recreating them by hand. fuck you Nintendo eat shit and die
