Have you ever felt uncomfortable, or even guilty or ashamed of receiving something good out of the blue? Or maybe you feel that you need to work hard to deserve abundance? These are example of collective templates and patterns that we've been conditioned to follow all our lives. But, embracing the extremes of "giving is better than receiving" mentality or the "hustle or die" culture can create energetic blocks that prevent us effortlessly receiving the abundance we deserve. It's time to break free from these templates and practice being comfortable BOTH giving AND receiving without looking at it as a transactional matter. We are abundant by nature and as long as we keep in alignment with the frequency of abundance, we will ALWAYS be provided for.

If we truly embody the frequency of abundance, we know that what we give returns to us (and then some).

There is no need to cling, or to hoard this frequency, or to stockpile for a ‘rainy day’.The energy of money is a beautiful Goddess, she wants to go to be around you and you simply have to let her into your life as she is a free spirit who does not want to be held captive or hoarded.

But of course - it’s all easier said than done. To be the embodiment of abundance, we need to let go of layers of conditioning from our ancestry and society, ingrained in the very fabric of our beings.

That work requires commitment but the reward is worth it.

I was hitting a brick wall in my life. No matter how hard I pushed, grinded or hustled in my business, I felt like I was going round in circles. Even when I experienced success, it was followed by an even bigger setback.

This led to increasing levels of frustration, and exhaustion.

And then that frequency of discouragement permeated everything.

Ultimately, it led to one of my businesses failing with huge liabilities and my entire investment portfolio followed like a house of cards.

And because at that time my whole identity revolved around my net worth and image, it hurt.

But then, through that total crisis and burning of my old identity, my Galactic Guides were with me. As they taught me how to download their light technology, every area of my life has undergone a profound and rapid transformation: from finances and business, to relationships, to vitality, alignment, peace and wellbeing.

Money is currently the most convenient and efficient way of exchanging value, yet many spiritually minded people sometimes seem to be allergic to it - whether on a conscious or subconscious level. And then suffer from lack of it, and frustration.

Unless you are comfortable and happy making your living elsewhere, not charging might mean that you have to work doing something that is not your highest alignment rather than working on your energetic toolkit that has the power to change the world.

But I want to go a step further. Why should talented healers, coaches, energetic practitioners be making only “just enough to pay their bills” or “put the food on the table”? Why couldn’t beautiful, soul-aligned people have an absolute abundance of resources and the life of their dreams?

Until we realize that energy is as real as matter and that abundance is our birthright we will be stuck in this three dimensional matrix, doing soul-destroying work for businesses and institutions that are not anchoring the highest frequencies on this planet.

I can’t stress enough how important it is to heal the very core of the original wounding and how severe are energetic consequences of just “breaking free”.

If you just suddenly change a pattern of ingrained behaviour without the accompanying inner and energetic work, you may experience a period of time where your intelligent energy field is trying to grab your attention.

First it will start speaking to your consciousness through dreams or thoughts. Then it will start communications with you through relationships with other people: it could be an abrupt breakdown of a friendship or losing an important client or a heated argument out of nowhere. If you are not sensitive enough to listen, the matter starts speaking with all sorts of mishaps and niggles, things breaking, or even more serious accidents happening. Then finally the field tries to grab your attention through health-related issues.

Instead of breaking the cycle and rebelling against it, simply acknowledge your programming. For example, if it is generational, acknowledge your ancestors’ trauma and loss, and pay respect to programmes that were keeping them safe for generations. Speak to your intelligent and energetic field and to your subconscious mind and inform it that you understand the programme but yet you are deciding to adopt a new way of acting. Wave goodbye to the old ways. And then go ahead and choose a different way.
