What feeds and hydrates me is imagining the TWST characters in the opening 13. Don't worry about the hiatus!!! Im still answer asks and couldn't resist drawing this in my free time this Au carrying my soul, dragging me to hell...how warm. Thank you for the ask!

The Sam Sis in The Bleach Au!

Aya

One day Sam appeared with her in front of Idia and said: my sister can be useful to you, please take care of her. As always, Sam disappeared without explanation, so Aya works in Squad 12 as a low-ranking Shinigami. She does not resist curiosity, experiments, research. In parallel, like Squad 2 is from her family, she also has that quality of stealth. In general Aya is pleasant and talkative, she says things that others do not understand at 100%. But there's something in her eyes... that scares the entire squad. A slight smile, attentive eyes. Something thinks, something plans, something is going the way she wants. Did Aya get the information she wants? Could it be that you are a laboratory rat?. Idia asked Sam many times how Aya suddenly appeared one day. There are no answers, except a white kimono. Aya's Zanpakuto is a red-handled katana. When the Shikai releases there is a nauseating smell. Everything turns red, black and white. It's as if everything hurts much more, as if someone touched the naked flesh, devoid of skin. Shadows have no skin, no meat, no matter.The shadows have nothing inside... but you...

Sandra

Nothing is known about Sandra right now. She seems to be somewhere else, taking care of other things. COFCOF 0 squad COFCOF- In the past, she was a captain like her brother of squad 2. Curiously, those shinigamis who were in charge of her cannot believe that she was so soft having such a... strong appearance and presence. Sandra also left the head of her family to her brother. No one saw Sandra's Bankai, but her Zanpakuto is related to snakes and poison.

Luna

Luna is part of the Onmitsukidō and was in "Detention Unit" of Squad 2. Among her missions was to take care of "The Nest of Maggots" (The Prison). Since released her shikai, she is in the "Punishment Force": where they search, pursue and eliminate any being that seems suspicious. Actually, Luna hates being in Squad 2... she hates the uniform. "Sam! I hate this uniform! It doesn't let others see a beauty like me!" She leads a double life. On the one hand she is that soft, calm and pretty girl. Luna is the captain's sister, who takes care of her family and has fun flirting with men. On the other she is the commander of the "Punishment Force". Luna's Zanpakuto is related to the Shadow Dogs. With them she can search and track any person or target. Likewise, she can attack and defend herself through them. Hardly lift a finger or fight, her helpful wild beasts will take care of everything.

Marisa

Marisa spends her time traveling to the human world... and sometimes, hardly... she does her shinigami job. She also performs missions in Squad 2 serving as a messenger. She is extremely good at Shumpo and Shunko, in addition to possessing excellent hand-to-hand fighting and acrobatic skills. Sandra taught Marisa, and Marisa taught Sam. In this, Marisa did not hesitate to teach him everything she knows. "A waste of talent and effort" other Shinigami call her. She simply trains because she finds it fun. Her Zanpakuto was never seen in Shikai, she only fights in hand-to-hand combat.

I wish Hisana was a more important character who and would be brought back, because Rukia has had little to no opinions on her since finding out she was her sister. Like never. Even some line alluding to her true feelings regarding Hisana would be kinda cool, but you could argue that maybe she feels a tad bit negative towards her but doesn’t want to confess it since she doesn’t wanna ruin her relationship with Byakuya, and I completely agree that Rukia probably does hold some anger towards her sister for abandoning her in a place that caused her significant trauma, then again she probably feels a bit grateful since she ended up meeting Renji, someone who later goes on to become her husband and father of her child. These conflicting emotions could be perfectly represented, but since Hisana was never a fighter nor a member of the gotei 13 the likely hood of her being detrimental to the story (unless there’s an arc based around Rukia’s family - which probably won’t happen since she doesn’t have any biological family other than Hisana and now ichika) is possibly zero.

Like there’s so many questions regarding Hisana, but we will probably never know since Kubo has kinda shown his disinterest in her story considering her story ended at being Byakuyas wife, and dying with him next to her, and having been a starving mother figure to her sister in the past to the point where she couldn’t take the suffering and was probably convinced Rukia would die regardless due to her poor care taking (and a plethora of other traumas and insecurities she got from Rukon). She got a somewhat “happy ending” since her physical suffering (excluding her illness) had stopped and she found love, but her guilt kept her stranded till her death. I just think it’s cruel irony a year after her death Rukia was found, and she was just out of the grasp.

Anyways thanks for listening to my little rant, if anyone has any good fan fic suggestions with an “alive Hisana” au then I’d love to know!! ❤️

hhshfdhfhgjgfasds yeah when making tags for my shit i prioritize it being unlikely to end up in an unrelated search and easy (for me) to type when tagging, thus most of my au tags are just the initials of the fic title+au (mottau, itwaau), or the initials of the barebones concept+au (svshau, literally "scum villain shadows house au"). they make sense to ME (brain twisted and awry) but i wonder if i should like. make a legend for my tags

that aside, thank you so much!!!!! hurt/comfort, or rather, the fallout of life-rending trauma, is one of my favourite things to write........ i have actually been rotating this idea in my brain for quite a while. its really heartening to know people like my weird ideas, and i hope you will enjoy what is to come!!!

there's probably something that can be said about vitali's character growth and the progression of his hair. actually let me go into it while i'm at it why not

so when vitali is young his hair is dull dark brown like his mother's. he's basically a doll to her to dress up and play with as she pleases, aka vitali from a very young age has to start doing household chores for her and generally just behave in the way she wants him to behave

he's not allowed to cut his hair short ever despite really wanting to, even before he comes out as trans. him bleaching his hair is basically him 1) finding a way to rebel against his mother and 2) distancing himself from the rest of his family, who all have dark hair and he doesn't want to be involved with them anymore. this is also interesting seeing how he's from a wealthy family and he's never wanted to be part of that / part of that life in the first place, and it also foreshadows him ending up cast out of the family and no longer being welcome at home

he leaves it long for a fairly long time after moving out because it's so ingrained in his brain that he's not allowed to cut it. and then he ends up cutting it all off in a mental breakdown caused by his sister reaching out after years of radio silence

and then his hair is finally short like he wanted it to be and he joins arasaka like his parents before him and the dyed part of his hair grows out until only his original hair color is visible again. as if in a way he's once again closer to his family than he's been in the past years despite still just not having seen them since age 18

and then as a fixer he's bleached his hair again, short hair but finally styled in a way that fits him and that feels like him rather than just. you know. the basic short cut for when you're not entirely sure yet what you want with your hair. he's grown into who he is and no longer associated with the rest of his family, he's his own person now. are you seeing the pattern
