Hey Cin, do you think that if Hani and Elliot hadn’t gotten into that specific argument but he found out that Hope got married some other way (still not directly from her) that he would’ve still reacted in a similar way? Or do you think it had to be the combo of him+Hani and finding out?

And also, I know we can never hear it from him but do you think E was hoping to profess his love to Hope after the fight being his last straw with Hani or did he just need a friend? Goes to Hope's office and finds his new agent, Aaliyah

Finds out Hope is married <- something snapped here and I think that something would have snapped with or without him abusing Hani as unfortunate event #1.

Gets the address and one is left to assume he was on that bench until Hope and Jay returned (since Hani said she hadn't seen him since).

As far as professing his love to Hope.... I think he was so far gone that he felt entitled to her love. So how could she possibly love someone else enough to marry them? He literally says "YOU TOLD ME WE WOULD START OVER AND WE NEVER DID" so he's mad. He's big mad. How dare she?
