Windenburg Almshouse - The Lot

In this post you find an overview of the lot, more pictures, floorplans, lists and instructions for mods and cc - and the tray files.

How to place a custom hospital: either travel to the hospital with any sim, using this mod by Twelfth Doctor (Sims) or, just let your doctor sim go to work, then enable free build cheat and place this lot from your library or the gallery (I uploaded the lot there, search for Almshouse, but remember to check box for CC allowed.)

I added this area as an alternative to microwaves and fridges and what not in the original EA hospital. Much nicer to go to the coffee shop and get some coffee, yes? Works fine for the career goals (Get Coffee, Get Snack) for the doctors. There is also a kitchen where hungry sims can cook some food if needed.

The Chapel - a place for contemplation, gratitude and sorrow. I added a small piano and with the help of LMS mod Autoemplyees you can man both the café and the piano. You may think twice about the entertainer though, as I noticed that the nurses and doctors are a little over obsessed with running to the chapel and tipping them. Either switch off the "allow entertainer", or delete the piano if this becomes a problem (makes them ignore the patients).

Floor 1 - Reception, ER, laboratories, playroom for kids, chapel, cafeteria, kitchen.

Floor 2 - Library, 2 OR, room for in-patients (or other sims that for some reason wants to sleep..) and a spa. Maybe get rid of the spa, because the staff is also a bit over-obsessed with the spa. :P

Galería de Imágenes: Más de 100 inscritos en el Dakar Classic del Dakar 2022

La categoría Dakar Classic ha sido un enorme acierto por parte de ASO. La división que partió tímidamente en el Dakar 2021 con una treintena de autos y camiones entre 1980 y 2000, tendrá más de 100 participantes en 2022 con una gran variedad de participantes inscribiendo toda clase de vehículos históricos para recorrer el  “Empty Quarter”, el desierto que se visitará con especial detalle en esta versión del Dakar.

Entre los vehículos inscritos destacan algunos retornados como el Porsche 911, Mercedes G320, el Volkswagen Iltis, el Skoda LR 130, el Buggy Sunhill y la Peugeot 504 Pick Up además de varios Toyota Land Crusier, Mitsubishi Pajero y Nissan Patrol. Pero aparecen también nuevos bólidos en la lista: Suzuki Samurai, Mercedes Koro, Peugeot P4, el esperado Peugeot 205 T16, la Lada Niva del equipo Red Legend, un Fiat Panda, un Citroën ZX, un Land Rover Serie III, entre otros destacados.

Además hay pilotos destacados en la grilla, como el español Daniel Alberó, finisher en motos en el Dakar 2022 y conocido como el “Diabético del Dakar” que se pasa a los autos y hace su primera experiencia en el Dakar Classic con una Toyota Land Crusier.

Claramente el concepto ha prendido y hay muchas ganas de participar, además del importante interés que ha mostrado el público en volver a ver estos vehículos que se ha reflejado en los comentarios e interacciones en redes sociales del Dakar.

El Dakar Classic es una carrera de regularidad que se realiza en paralelo al Dakar y con una ruta similar, si bien, más sencilla, compartiendo campamentos con los competidores de la carrera contra el reloj.

Pagani Zonda R L’esclusiva Pagani Zonda R ha impiegato due anni per svilupparsi, il progetto nasce su richiesta di un importante cliente che già aveva tre Zonda. La R è una versione approvata solo per il circuito, possiamo dire che è alla Zonda F che la Ferrari FXX . I suoi futuri proprietari non saranno in grado di camminare per le strade dovuta alla sua altezza libera al suolo che è di qualche centimetro. A un prezzo di 1,4 milioni di euro il pezzo sarà prodotto da 15 unità in una lavorazione completamente artigianale, la maggior parte dei quali già venduti. Il suo corpo rigido è costruito interamente in fibra di carbonio, così come il telaio e la moltitudine di componenti del telaio. Il livello di sofisticazione è tale che parti del sottocarro sono state commissionate da specialisti nel lavoro di titanio. Tecnologia Tutta questa tecnologia e la soppressione di tutti gli elementi superflui comportano un peso finale di appena 1.070 kg. Parliamo ora del motore, che dovrebbe spostare solo il peso di una piccola utility. È stato appositamente progettato da AMG su richiesta. È un V12 atmosferico di 6.0 litri, grazie ad un’elevata velocità di rotazione e moltitudine di raffinatezza produce non meno di 750 CV di potenza a 8.000 giri / min – 125 CV / litro e una coppia massima di 710 Nm. Utilizza un cambio sequenziale Xtrac di sei rapporti, con il suo aiuto la velocità di 100 km / h in 2,7 secondi e una punta di 398 km / h. Il lavoro aerodinamico all’esterno del corpo non è aggressivo per l’occhio come in altri veicoli che si concentrano sul circuito. La combinazione di ridotte aperture, diffusore funzionale e spoiler posteriore offrono un carico aerodinamico non inferiore a 1.500 chilogrammi a 350 km / h, a tali velocità sarà impossibile allontanarlo dal suolo. Un gruppo di freni Brembo in carbonio ceramico garantisce un potere di frenata senza precedenti, più in vista della massa limitata della Zonda.
