They finish a case and Cas zaps off straight away and Dean’s royally pissed off they didn’t get to hang out and Sammy doesn’t even care WHAT THE HELL SAMMY!!!!!  BUT turns out Sam sent Cas back to the motel early to set up a surprise birthday party for Dean. And Dean’s just like “guys we just nearly died again this isn’t really appropriate but omg this is so sweet shut up i’m not crying you are!”
