Hello! Honoring the call for a global strike, from now (24/01/2024) until the end of this week (6AM Monday 29/01/2024, Hanoi/Jakarta time (GMT+7)) I am offering one full-body sketch of any character you want for every e-sim you donate.

All you need to do is:

go to gazaesims.com

follow the instruction there and donate an e-sim of any plan

screenshot the confirmation of your purchase and donation

send the screenshots to me via either email ([email protected]) or Tumblr DM, along with the character you want a sketch of and any references you have on hand.

Standard commission/request guideline applied. I'll run streams in the next four days (and perhaps after as well) on Youtube doing these sketches live - those will be announced on this blog as they happen.

I'm not currently affiliated with the Cartoonist Cooperative or any other artists doing the same drive, but if my art's not what you're looking for, definitely give the Coop's site as well as the e-sim tag on Tumblr a look! genuinely really excited to log on to tumblr today to see accounting posting. i'm not an accountant but i work closely with my company's accounting team since i help process client purchase orders and i spent 3 hours today trying to figure out why one of our clients had such fucked up 'PO remaining' numbers compared to our records (they had added line items to their POs at our old rates and then never told us)

when i catch people's fuck-ups i think they assume i'm mad at them or trying to get them in trouble but in reality every time i figure out that a reconciliation is fucked because of something someone else did i feel nothing but the immense relief of discovering that it wasn't my fuck-up

love getting youtube ads saying "oppose the durban marshal credit card bill, it lets credit card companies STEAL you data!!!" with a big "PAID FOR BY ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS COALITION" along the bottom and then googling the bill and finding out it aims to lower credit card fees and lessen visa and mastercard's monopoly over the credit card world. and just thinking "did they for real. call their lobbying group 'electronic payments coalition' and then think it wouldnt be obvious thats what it is? or that they have ulterior motives in opposing this bill?" like. you couldn't even call it like, the data safety coalition or something to try and make the lie look believable?

question 4 the masses: if i do a zine w portraits of the party, would anyone be interested in a pay what you want pdf version with little ficlets? and/or having the option to buy stickers/prints etc on redbubble? to clarify if i do a zine at all it will be free to access no matter what. i just want to gauge interest in not-necessarily-free things so i can plan (what paper and materials i need, how im gonna scan it, timeline for completion, so on and so forth!)

also i know have havent done any st work yet (lol) so putting other examples of my work under the cut so yall can get a sense of what i do
