Fall little Wendy bird fall - Chapter 1? (Please watch video first if you haven't seen it)

Peter couldn’t breathe. He couldn’t even look away. He wanted to. Needed to. But the shock prevented him from doing so. Tears fell down his cheeks as he saw her lifeless body atop of the rock. The blood flowing from her skull and painting the rock a sickeningly dark red color.  
“Wendy…” he wanted to scream it out but his throat…his body���he didn’t know what to do with himself. What was this feeling? What was it called? He was in so much pain but couldn’t describe it. 
His first and last true love…dead. Died the most horrific and tragic death without even knowing why. Hell, he doesn’t even know why. The other lost boys were being put on land by Tink and the other Faes. confused and scared they were. What the hell just happened?! 
Vidia was still holding him in the magical bubble, and she saw that hurt look in his eyes. The look of grief. The very first stage. She knows that feeling all too well. And she felt bad but…what had to be had to be done. And he’ll get over it soon enough…hopefully. 
All the boys were taken back to the treehouse to rest. They were explained the situation but…with lies and the half-truth.  
Tinkerbell and the others informed them that Wendy was going to take them to a horrible place. A place filled with monsters and people only wishing to harm them. Not only that, but she was going to make them forget the fairies. 
“She was going to hurt you and us. We couldn’t let that happen, we had to protect you.” Tinkerbell touched the cheek of nibs and wiped his tear away. 
As children do, they believed them. somewhat. There was a small feeling inside them that told them she was lying but they didn’t want to say anything. 
“Come on boys. It’s been a long day, how about a bedtime story? Afterwards, you sleep” Rosetta said softly. The boys always loved bedtime stories. One of their favorite things. 
The boys all cuddled in their signature sleep spot near the window. Peter was sat down next to the lost boys and let out of the bubble by Vidia. But he wasn’t mentally here right now. He was still picturing the lifeless body of his true love. The blood…that color. He for sure despised the color red now. 
Tears still ran down his cheeks as he sobbed. He hasn’t stopped crying since the incident. He didn’t even hear the cover story. Not that he would’ve believed it. Wendy was a kind soul. Peter noticed that. No lie would or will tarnish his perception of her. 
Tinkerbell noticed his mental absence and flew up to his face. She looked into his eyes. The once brown and hopeful ones were devoid of color. Barely a light brown. Tink knew she messed up with this one. 
She never experienced true love before so she couldn’t empathize with that part, but she did love her friends. She loved those friends of hers, but they all died the more children started to lessen their belief in them. 
She knew the feeling of grief very well so she could empathize with that. 
“Peter…come on now. Everything will be alright. Wendy was only trying to trick you” 
Don’t do it Tink!
“She didn’t love you, it wasn’t real” she tapped lightly on his nose as a small way to bring him to reality. 
Yep…she just had to say it. 
Peter had memories of him and Wendy having fun together. How she looked at him and made him laugh. How she made his brothers laugh and experience what having a mother was like. Even if it was small. 
Her kindness. Her gentleness. There’s no way that was a trick or a lie. 
“What?” he said quietly. His eyes zeroed in on her in less than a second. He stopped crying. 
“She didn’t love ya pete.” Rosetta flew up next to tink. Some part of her knew this was wrong but had to try to get him to understand. 
There it was again. That word, love. The way Wendy made him feel…there’s no way…
“We had to do it. There was no other choice” Vidia said with a stern tone but it was a little soft. 
They had to do it?! Why?! What reason could they have to kill AND lie on an innocent girl?!
“You…killed…her” Peter said slowly, his fists balled up. The rage was seeping through. One more wrong word and he might snap. 
Cubby sniffled and tugged at Peter’s short sleeve. “Tink said she was going to take us to a horrible place peter. The faes saved us”. Cubby wasn’t sure to really believe the fairies but…surely they wouldn’t hurt Wendy for no reason. 
Peter snapped his head over to Cubby. The look in his eye was evident that Peter was…not okay to say the least.
“What?!” He barked
Tink knew what was about to happen. Seems like he’s going to be hard to get through to. 
“Peter please! We did this for you, all of you” she flew up to his face again and looked into his eyes. Searching for any sign of him believing her. In an instant. In less than two seconds. Peter smacked her away from his face. Smacked her hard enough for her to hit the ground. 
“For me?! You did this for me?! You killed her! The only person that…that..that I LOVED! She was kind to me. Not a monster!” Peter seethed as he looked down at her. 
The other lost boys stood there in shock. Peter would never hurt Tink or her friends. Sure, he swatted her away when she was annoying but never a full pledged smack. Pete basically did the equivalent of smacking your aunt in the face. 
The other faes were shocked too but instantly got into action. Iridessa constrained Peter back with vines. Rosetta and Vidgia helped tinkerbell off the floor with concerned expressions. 
Peter squirmed and thrashed relentlessly. His rage boiling over big time the more he was tied up. 
“Let me go you monsters! You killers! Let me go, you bugs!” Peter tried to get away but he couldn’t. Some of the lost boys began to cry and hug Peter to calm him down.
“Peter stop!” screamed skunk
“Peter please” said nibs
The boy of discussion wasn’t listening to them at all. His main focus was tinkerbell and the other faes. Peter has never felt this much anger in his entire life…which is a long time. The color came back to eyes but it was the same color as Wendy’s blood but with a brighter more glowing hue. 
“I’ll kill you Tinkerbell if that’s the last thing I ever do!” Peter fumed as he still tried to get out of the vines that were wrapped around his arms and legs. Tinkerbell looked into his eyes. There was real truth and intent in them.
This made her angry, but she stayed composed. Vidia was about to smack Peter, but Tink flew up behind her and put her hand on her shoulder. “Vidia, Rosetta, Iridessa…take the boys further up the tree. I need to have a talk with peter” 
The Faes did as she asked and took the boys out of sight. Rosetta was a little hesitant, so she added an extra layer of vines around him just in case, then she left with the others. 
Tink flew up to Peter’s face…and smacked him. Not as hard as she pushed Wendy but hard enough to leave some pain. It hurt. It really did. Tink wasn’t one for physical discipline, that was Vidia and Rosetta’s job but a lesson needed to be taught. 
Peter let tears fall down his cheeks. He wasn’t sure if it was because of the physical pain of the slap or the emotional pain of Wendy’s death. Either way, he was hurting. 
Her face was composed but eyebrows furrowed. “Peter…you know what happened to my kind. We died off one by one. Because little brats out there stopped believing in us. You and those boys were going to leave us behind and forget…I couldn’t have that.”
Peter's eyes widened at the realization. He forgot all about tink and the others while he was on that ship, the boys did too. But still…Wendy didn’t deserve that…wait..her brothers. Where were her brothers?! They were on the ship to…oh sweet neverland. 
“John…John and Michael. Where are they?!” Peter asked with fear but anger in his tone. 
Did this boy not hear her? Did he just blatantly ignore what she just said?! This angered Tink further. So much so that…she wasn’t mindful of what she’ll say
“Dead! Their dead peter! All three of them! They drowned and died just like their sister!” Tink yelled at him. And she regretted it as soon as she said it. The hurt look in Peter’s eyes was all it took for her heart to sink.
“No…no. You're lying…please tell me you're lying!” Peter begged as more tears left his eyes. 
Tinkerbell wanted to lie, to tell him all of it was some big joke. But how could she?  He already saw Wendy die and she already yelled that her brothers were dead. Wendy’s death was already an indication that she couldn’t even lie if she wanted to. 
Her silence was loud, loud enough for him to know the answer. The dam broke further and he bursted out in full uncontrollable sobs. It hurt Tinkerbell to see him like this but she had to do what she needed to do. 
“I hate you” Peter breathed out as he sobbed, “I hate you! I hate you! I hate you! I hate you! I hate you, you monster!”
Those words shocked Tinkerbell. Off all things that was the last thing she would ever expect him to say to her. That hurt worse than the slap he gave her. No, she couldn’t show weakness. Not at a time like this. 
“You ungrateful little brat. I gave you this home! I gave you brothers and the chance to never grow up! You have every child's dream yet you dare speak to me that way?! I gave you everything” She reprimanded. 
“I DIDN’T ASK TO BE HERE! You could’ve taken any other kid yet you took me! You ripped my life away once and did it again! I was going to have a life with-.” Peter felt sick as he saw the dead body of Wendy in his mind again. Not to mention her brothers bodies are at the bottom of the ocean by now “you took their life…you killed them”
How could he not see that this was not necessary?! 
“ We would’ve died if you left!” 
“You think we would’ve forgotten you?! We care about you as much as you do for us. How could we possibly forget you?!” Peter sobbed louder as the pain in his heart grew bigger each second. 
“Why didn’t you just come with us?” his voice was small and faint, the crying was making him lose his voice. 
Tinkerbell was caught off guard by that question. 
“What?” she didn’t need to ask him that. She understood the question very well-
“...you could’ve left with us…”
Tink didn’t think of that. Not at all. You mean to tell her she didn’t have to kill three innocent children? No, that’s not possible. 
No, all of it was for a reason. That’s final.
“You killed them” Peter repeated as his mind and heart continued to shatter into pieces. 
“well…I didn’t bring them here. The only person to blame here is you” more words she regretted as soon as they slipped out of her mouth. Did she really just say that?! Take it back, take it back!
“No wait I’m-”
“My fault...MY FAULT?!” Rage settled over Peter again as tears flowed. 
“No, Peter please”
“I just wanted to give them a better life YOU KILLED THEM YOU MURDERER!”
The argument went on back and forth until Peter refused to listen to anything she had to say. All words that came out of her mouth fell on deaf ears as he had one thing set on his mind. 
He wasn’t even looking her in the eye. Just at the floor as tears dropped onto it. He spoke his final words “....count your days Tinkerbell”
Tinkerbell stopped trying to get through to him. That was a threat. Not an empty one either. Tink decided it was best to leave Peter alone to cool off because right now he wasn’t in the right space to talk to. And she was a little bit scared of his presence. 
She flew out of the window and sat on top of a tree branch. 
“He’ll come around Tink, everything will be fine and go back to how things used to be” she told herself with a smile. She actually believed that. 
For the following days, weeks, and months, Peter wouldn't talk to any of the Faes. Hell, he wouldn't even speak. Not even to the lost boys.
He did a couple times, but to only tell them the fairies were lying to them. After that, Vidia banned the boys from ever going into Peter's room.
They were only allowed to visit him when it was feeding time. Peter wouldn't take food from the fairy girls, so the boys were the best way to ensure his health.
At these times one of the boys would be accompanied by a fairy to make sure Peter wouldn't tell any lies. Or put down any belief in them if he did manage to say something.
Tink was the only fairy who refused to see him. She couldn't bare seeing him in that condition. That pure hatred and intent to kill in his eyes.
It hurt all of the fairies honestly, to the very core of their being. It hurt to lie. It hurt to see the boys being unsure and skeptical around them. They never wanted none of this to happen. But it did...and they were paying for it internally everyday.
They didn't want to treat Peter as if he was some prisoner who did a heinous crime but if they let him go their lives would be at stake.
And Peter didn't know is that...he would remain in that room..,for a very long time.

To pixie hollow/Tinker bell fans I'm letting you know now that I only watched Pirate Fairy and Secret of the wings in the entire franchise. So, I don't know that much about the characters. I'm basing half of my knowledge off of the Peter Pan movie in 1953.

Tales From Pixie Hollow Is Out
Despite some ardent campaigning for these books, Tales from Pixie Hollow is out of the running for best childhood book. But fret not, below are some ways to get into the series and fandom!
For those who don't know, before the Disney movie Tinkerbell came out, they hired Gail Carson Levine, beloved children's author, to write a few books as promotion for the movies. She wrote the Disney Fairies Trilogy which include Tinker Bell but are mostly about Prilla, a Never fairy who doesn't know her talent. When the movies came out, Disney continued in this vein by releasing shorter books known as Tales from Pixie Hollow that followed a single fairy's day-to-day challenges. The characters from the movies, Silvermist, Iridessa, Fawn, Rosetta, and Vidia, all make appearances, but other amazing characters were introduced like Rani, Dulcie, Fira, Bess, and Beck. If you like lighthearted, slice-of-life fiction, beautiful illustrations, and fairies, you should give them a go!

My thoughts for the ending of the Disney Fairies Franchise - Part 1
Given that that the Tinkerbell movies abruptudely ended in 2015, without giving us a proper ending to Tink's story, I wanted to share my thoughts with you on how it would continue and it's finale. But first I'm going to give you my insight on the franchise' different continuties.
First off, we can all agree that the movies and the books don't share the same continuty, despite being prequels and sequels, respecteviley, to Peter Pan. But then I thought that the movie could belong to only one of these storylines, namely the books. To clarify: the Gail Carsson Levine trilogy, the chapter books, the graphic novels, and the Nevergirls series, all take after the original 1953 movie and it's sequel, but don't have the same background regarding Tinkerbell's first years and her friendships as in the movies (ex: Tink's interactions with some of the movie characters like Vidia, or the fact that fairies in leader positions look older than the others, despite the books stating they can't age, and LOTNB implying that they aren't even immortal). So I think that the movies have their own storyline, and that the story of Peter Pan and the Darling children that would follow them, would actually be a reboot of the original classic, one that would be in the same continuty as the movies. Consequently, the trilogy books and the rest of the material are not part of their storyline at all.
How would that work, you may ask? I'm going to post other parts of this soon, because I don't want to dwell on the details right here, otherwise the post would be too long!

Fairy Dust and the Quest for the Egg by Gail Carson Levine
Why am I recommending this book?
This one is a trip to my childhood. The Tinkerbell movies were great and all, but the Pixie Hollow books were truly on another level. I loved this whole trilogy when I was younger, and it's the perfect book for 4th-7th graders or a comfort book for older age groups. This was probably the root of my obsession with fairies.

There's a new Arrival in Pixie Hollow, but Prilla is a bit different from the other fairies. Not only does she use phrases like "nice to meet you" and "I'm sorry" rather than the fairy equivalent, but she doesn't know what her talent is. Before Prilla can even begin to start figuring herself out, the Mother Dove's egg, the talisman that keeps all of Neverland young, is broken in a violent hurricane. Prilla is chosen to go on a quest to restore the egg along with water-talent Rani and fast-flying-talent Vidia.
This book has a very classic complete-the-quest sort of plot. It would normally be boring, but it's very fast-paced and the worldbuilding really fleshes it out. The worldbuilding is incredibly thorough; it explains a lot while still keeping a sort of magical, mysterious air to Neverland. There are mentions of the greater wanded fairies and spell-casting fairies, establishing that Never fairies are not the only fairies out there and also plays into the plot of the next book. The explanation of Pixie Hollow's social structure (which is most definitely a communist utopia) is simple enough for younger kids but is still intriguing. For context, these books were specifically written in order to promote the upcoming Tinkerbell movies, so worldbuilding and characters were way more important than the plot.
Despite that, it's actually pretty good. It's a kid's book in the purest sense and still incorporates the struggle to fit in, self-sacrifice, and the importance of belief. The issue of Prilla's talent, which while it may not be as important as restoring the egg, is never forgotten, and it's obvious that there's something going on with her, but if you haven't read the book before there's no way you know what her talent is. The quest itself provides a lot of good situations for character development.

Ugh, the characters are so good and so easy to get attached to. Prilla, the main character, is a good lens for the audience. Born from a laugh with a bit of Clumsy (or human) attached to it, she has more humanistic mannerisms that make it easy to introduce fairy standards to the readers. She's also absolutely adorable.
I also have to talk about Rani, the true hero of the story. A water-talent fairy, Rani has always wanted to swim, but fairy wings absorb water and cause them to sink. Rani makes one of the biggest sacrifices a Never fairy could make, and then does it again. She really is just a wonderful person that serves as an amazing role model to young girls.
In terms of character development, Tinker Bell and Vidia are the best. Tinker Bell is particularly important because, especially since these books were meant to promote her movies, she needs to be different from the stuck-up, jealous, and downright mean Tinker Bell from Disney's Peter Pan. And she is characterized so well. She's obsessed with her work and isn't the nicest fairy, but Tinker Bell is also shown to be incredibly kind and caring through her scenes with Mother Dove. It also helps explain her behavior in Peter Pan, and it becomes much easier to like her.
Finally, Vidia is such a good character. She's a hero of the story. She goes on the quest with Rani and Prilla. But she is, fundamentally, selfish. She makes decisions that benefit herself, and she's outright rude to most of the characters at some point. As the quest progresses, there are so many good scenes where she comes to realize the consequences of her behavior, most notably the plucking scene. In the end, although she rationalizes it as something to improve her own situation, she makes the selfless choice and ultimately ends up saving the quest.
Also, Vidia and Prilla's relationship is perfect because it is the epitome of grumpy social outcast and the one (1) person they will tolerate.

I'll just get it out there–Gail Carson Levine is one of my favorite authors, especially when it comes to children's literature. She has an amazing talent for writing intricate fantasy stories that still keep the feel and atmosphere of a fairy tale. In case you weren't aware, she also wrote Ella Enchanted, Fairest, and The Two Princesses of Bamarre, which are all basically the best fairy tale-based fantasy books for children. She is an amazing writer, and this book is no different. Her method of using third-person-limited perspectives and jumping around from narrator to narrator is I think what really keeps that classic fantasy vibe.
Of course, I also have to talk about the masterful illustrations of David Christiana. Yeah, the Tinkerbell movies were great and all, but I would pay good money to see a 2D animated movie in Christiana's style. The fairies are all so ethereal, and the amount of detail is absolutely stunning.

Fairy Dust and the Quest for the Egg, keeping true to the new fairy tale aesthetic it has, has a moral of course. I think that this book is all about the importance of belief. Of course, fairies need Clumsies (humans) to believe in them, or they die, but it's also about the belief that the fairies themselves need in order to overcome their obstacles. Towards the end of the quest, it seems all is lost, and the fairies lose their belief. It is only when Prilla shows them that there is still something to believe in that the problem is truly solved. It is not just about believing in yourself, but also believing in others and the goodness of the world.

This one is a childhood favorite of mine. In my opinion, everyone should give it a go. It's got a classic quest storyline, great characters, and a good meaning. However, it is aimed at last elementary schoolers. Maybe suggest it to your younger cousin. But, if you're ever in the mood for a light-hearted children's book that's really only a children's book because it's short and had illustrations, give this one a shot! I would recommend this book to people who like fairies, fairy tales, and are of the firm belief that there will always be good in the world.

@lesbianjubilee​ i agree with you completely. the portrayal of tinkerbell in the disney fairies movies when she’s the protagonist is completely different from her iteration in the books by gail carson levine and even in the disney peter pan movie, in both of which she is short-tempered and mean. it’s been a long time since i read the books so bear with me, but when i first read them what struck me the most about them initially was that tinkerbell was not the main character. i think this was very clever of levine because it allowed tinkerbell to remain as she is in the animated movie without sacrificing a protagonist who is kind and more mild-tempered. also, tinkerbell not being the main character in the books set the stage for the story being more about pixie hollow and the different types of fairies and the interplay between neverand and the mainland rather than being all about one specific character who just so happens to live in this really well-developed, dynamic setting. by making tinkerbell the main character of the movies, not only did her character get completely changed to fit this disney mold of “dewey-eyed, sweet-tempered, optimistic but ultimately clueless young woman” but the movie suffered a lack of the intricate world-building the books provide because the plot was so centralized around trying to legitimize tinkerbell’s re-characterization that nothing else really happens except for her individual character arc. 
i’m starting to ramble here but you can even see this problem in the choice to switch the core secondary fairies (fira, rani, beck, bess, and lily in the books) to characters who were only tertiary in the books (iridessa, silvermist, fawn, and rosetta in the movies). it has never sat right with me that this change was made, and now that i’m older i think it’s because even as a child i could recognize it as a way to make exploring the world of pixie hollow less interesting than legitimizing this new tinkerbell. in the books, the different fairies each have their own unique personalities and eventual individual subplots, serving as vehicles to take the reader to different parts of neverland and show the unique uses of each fairy talent. in the movie, as far as i can remember, the secondary fairies exist to show that there are different talents among fairies but first and foremost exist to give tinkerbell a posse of yes-men. the only secondary character that retains her status from the books is vidia, and that is only because she’s portrayed as the short-tempered, mean, cynical antagonist to tinkerbell. even there though i take issue with the portrayal of vidia in the movies as being simultaneously much more conniving and much less ruthless than she was in the books. where vidia commits serious crimes in the books against mother dove, in the movie her actions are reduced to being mean to tinkerbell just so tinkerbell can have an adversary to stand up to. 
all of this to say, tinkerbell’s not the only element from the books that was watered down to make this movie a “disney brand” success. although i will acknowledge that i don’t think these movies are necessarily bad (the later ones have some interesting elements), altogether i think they are a heaping pile of disappointment to those of us who read and loved the books as children. it’s a problem endemic in disney films where the writing is afraid to take risks with the protagonist, especially in movies marketed towards young girls. off the top of my head, i cannot site you one female disney protagonist in recent memory who had a truly undeniably negative personality trait that got in her way. it’s weak writing, and children can recognize it. i recognized it when i was eleven, i recognized it when i was sixteen, and i recognize it now. the tinkerbell movies are the first memory i have of being disappointed by a film adaptation of a book series i loved, and it’s something i won’t forget any time soon.

girls shows to watch if you like seeing mean girls like chloe and lila get redeemed
my little pony: friendship is magic - this show is 9 seasons long, I haven't even seen all of it. so I can't point out every example of a mean girl getting redeemed but a big one is starlight glimmer. she's an antagonist at first but then twilight takes her under her wing and she really tries to improve. she often still shows her flaws and makes mistakes, a little bit like chloe, but she's still good in the end. she befriends trixie, another character who starts off bad but gets redeemed and they relate to each other because of it and support each other.
my little pony: equestria girls - okay, so the premise of these movies (and i believe there are shorts and episodes as well? i haven't seen them all) is weird, but it has my favourite character of the series sunset shimmer. she's the villain of the first movie and gets redeemed in the second. her past becomes a strength as she is able to strongly empathize with people and help them, basically becoming the leader of the group in the end. if you're averse to mlp because of the fandom (which has died down now, but I still understand) then maybe still give the equestria girls spinoff a try because they feel more like classic girl show stuff then the show which became more about pandering to adult male fans.
tinkerbell - there are 6 tinkerbell movies, plus a shorter special (pixie hollow games), they're really underrated. there's a mean girl in the first movie, vidia, who gets redeemed in the third movie and stays a friend in the main group from then on. she's still sarcastic and haughty but a hero, it's great.
tangled the series - it's kind of hard to talk about this without spoiling it, so you might have already seen spoilers without watching the show. the first half of the first season is very light hearted, similar to something like my little pony in tone, then the show takes a darker turn. get past that whiplash and it's a great cartoon and there is a big female redemption story (and a smaller one with a more minor character that's cute too) that I won't share too much of. but yeah you might already know about it from the songs of the show being shared.
she-ra - so there's a character in this one who is bad now and she hasn't been redeemed yet but it's heavily implied she will be. she's getting worse before she gets better and it's tragic, but jump in and hope?
monster high - monster high is all about celebrating the characters 'freaky flaws' and shows several girls getting redeemed in some way. cleo starts off a mean girl in the webisodes but quickly gets redeemed and is part of the main friend group. toralei is a mean girl who gets a bit of redemption in the movie the great scarrier reef. monster high is based on a doll brand so the characters kind of get redeemed mostly to sell their dolls so it's a liiitle forced, but i think it's executed mostly well.
ever after high - this is a fairytale themed spinoff of monster high. the characters are sons and daughters of fairytale characters and are supposed to follow their parents destinies, but there are rebels who don't want to, including villain children who don't want to be evil. similar to monster high, the characters mostly get redeemed to sell their dolls but it's generally done well aside from courtly jester. faybelle is done great.
disney descendants - descendants is a spiritual successor to high school musical, and a bit of a copy of the premise of ever after high. i think it does a better job than eah did though at showing how kids who have grown up with abusive parents and are treated as villains are victims who can break out of the cycle of abuse and become better people. i don't really like how descendants 3 ends with the villain kids being excited to reunite with their abusive parents in the end, but it does give us a great mean girl villain and sort of redemption in the form of audrey.
feel free to add more, for example I know there are some Barbie movies with mean girl redemptions but I'm spacing on which ones. big appreciation to shows that don't just write the lazy mean girl cliché and instead develop these characters and show them improve and/or give reason for why they are like that 😘

How are the other fairies in the Descendants are doing compared to FG and Aurora's fairy godmothers? You know like Tinkerbell and Raini and Vidia etc?
Generally, they keep to themselves in their hollows and groves which are now protected land like the Native Americans of both “The New World” and Neverland, and are exempt from the magic ban, because otherwise they would all be cut off from the power that sustains their life and existence.
I wrote about Tinker Bell having an incredibly comfortable life in The Trials and Perils of the Girlfriend Gauntlet, where she’s seen providing carefully rationed out portions of pixie dust to enable tourists to fly for an hour or two, watching movies like Mulch Fiction on her personal 6-inch HD LED TV in between enchantments, and when she’s back in Pixie Hollow or wherever the Lost Boys and Peter Pen are currently living in, enjoying herself immensely with the abundance of antiques and new technology she can work on and study.
The rest of them tend to be going on as they always did BGU, given the fact that they live in very isolated communities with interactions with the outside world being a rarity; Auradon has actually been a boon in some ways, as they can now easily prove their existence to everyone with video and photographic evidence, they can interact with people remotely via Skype calls and mail ordering the odd supplies they can’t produce locally, along with the new government providing protections and enacting laws specifically to benefit them.
It hasn’t been ALL roses and the laughter of newborn children, though, as many of these pixie sanctuaries tend to be an undisturbed, carefully maintained speck of green around concrete pavements, highrise buildings, and modern Auradonian tourists, who have a VERY bad litterbug problem.

When a baby laughs for the first time, that laugh becomes a fairy. There are lots of different kinds of fairies, great wanded fairies, shimmering fairies, wishing fairies, but the most special kinds of fairies of all are Never Fairies, fairies that live in Neverland. 
Every fairie in Neverland has a ‘talent’ which they immediately know the moment they’re born, and perfecting that talent is their greatest and purest joy. There are Tinker Talent fairies like Tinkerbell, Fast Flying fairies like Vidia, and Dust Talent Fairies like Terrence.
But sometimes when a baby laughs, they laugh so hard and so joyfully that a little piece of them carries over to Neverland, and the fairy that is born from the laugh is different from the others. These special fairies are more human in both appearance and mannerisms. They say the wrong thing, are often too familiar with the other fairies, and usually dont know what their talent is right away. These special fairies are considered eccentrics by the other Never Fairies.
In contrast, the baby they were born from will often be different too, because they have a piece of their fairy in them as well. They’ll act more like a fairy would, having a determined ‘talent’ that is their greatest joy, acting sort of aloof and seemingly not understanding social cues, or sometimes just being very mature for their age. 
Because of this connection, the Special Never Fairies can ‘blink’ to the mainland whenever they want so they can play with human children. This is a vital and important skill, because if a child ever stops believing in fairies somewhere a fairy will die. If a Mainland Blinking Fairy is able to make children clap, then they can save the dying fairy back in Neverland.
I’m probably making a botch of this lore, but tbh I doubt anyone will come after me due to the total lack of a Disney Fairies fanbase.
