Does anyone else ever think that at some point my favourite Sadism demon is gonna meet my favourite…Sovereign knows what? Like, Vega wants to snaffle a Sovereign and pop them back into Aria so demons can munch on their power without needing to feed on humans, right? And Hush is meant to free the Sovereignty so maybe an incredibly old and powerful demon is going to have a run in with an incredibly powerful something.

So it’s going to be fun if Vega tries to stop Hush. Hush “burned a path out of Aria” and I don’t see Vega taking too kindly to that. And Hush won’t take kindly to being stopped. And I find that fun to think about.

I think Porter might be one of those people who take it back if he has to, but if someone else has abandoned theirs nearby, he'd ditch it with that one. Of course, this is based off of 2 audios, and I reserve the right to change my mind.

William definately puts it back. He can't not, and is very disappointed in Alexis and Porter. He'd be disappointed in Adam too, but he's dead.

Were you asking for the listener characters too? Cuz that is a challenge I can and will rise to, althought obviously it'll only be my own versions of the characters.

A fun fact? This fic was originally going to be about Gavin and Freelancer, which was a lot sweeter and set in the Prime Universe. A few (Ok, many many) tweaks later and here we are! I was also playing with the idea of the implied prequel. Or sequel.

It was a response to a prompt from @frenchiefitzhere asking how Vindemiator came to be on Elegy, how he found out he was an Incubus and how he came to be with Kody. I had a lot of fun writing it, and I was so happy with the finished fic! I love prompts, they make me think of things I wouldn’t normally write.

Sovereign State

I’ve seen a lot about Avior recently and this makes me so happy (cue me skittering around like the feral creature I am when it comes to this Inchoate) so I thought I’d throw my thoughts in on this one. Aside from the fact I’m always happy to go off about my boi.

Do I think Avior is Hush? No. It’s a great theory! It’s a lot of fun to think about, lots of angst there, but no. I’ve got lots of reasons Hush isn’t Avior. Until we know more though, it’s all theory so I’ll get right into what I do think.

When Avior was hearing something, it seemed to change his voice very slightly. It sounded a lot like the Sovereigns, and I wonder if he’s going to be their “vessel” again - as in the Imperium? Remember the title of his series is “Sovereign State”. I think that could be the eventuality of Avior himself being a Sovereign.

 If the Drove are now one being, even Vega is going to struggle to contain all of them. E’Laetum and Minara will need to find a way to help drag them into the Meridian and the only way to do that is if one of them is free to help, or by giving Avior the power to ascend. They know what sort of person he is. They watched him suffer rather than pull Starlight back into the trap. He’s stubborn when he needs to be, tactical and open to having his mind changed. If the Drove have created Hush to free them, could E’Laetum and Minara know about him and enlist Avior as his counter? A new kind of Sovereign to tackle a new threat?

What does that mean for Avior and Starlight? Erik has said it’ll all be good in the end. To trust the story and roll with it, so that’s what I’ll do. Aviors story is one of my favorites and has been since it came out. It’s a rollercoaster but I’m all in.

Ok the script is mostly done. Mostly. Idk why it’s taking me ages even tho it’s not hard I’m just distracted I guess. But the good news it’s the second part. The bad news is I think I have 2 more to go before I can call the series complete. At least.

Maybe. My last one shot started off as a joke and now I’m in the middle of world building and it’s a whole thing….
