-Someone's having fun, bzzt!- [Video: A cave - way past sundown, no lights in sight. The video flickers into night-vision. Russet is racing the non-shiny Noivern with a handful of Noibats fluttering behind him - and despite the cave being pitch black, Russet is keeping up with the Noivern, vaulting over fallen rocks and sliding around corners with ease. Russet whoops excitedly as the two slide to a halt. Russet is then immediately bowled over by the non-shiny Noivern he'd been racing, laughing delightedly as the Noivern squeaks excitedly at him. The Noibat that had been trailing behind them also dive bomb the pair excitedly.]

-Bzzt! Russet's been on and off Gliscord today, so I figured I'd send an update as to how it's doing, bzzt!- [Video: It's dark - clearly past sundown - and the video takes a moment to come into focus. Russet, upside down, clinging to the mouth of a cave, flanked by a Shiny Noivern and a non-shiny Noivern. All three have feral-looking grins, and Russet's pupils are slit-like and thin. His nails appear darker, almost clawlike - though that could just be the shadowy nature of the video. The camera whirls to show a Hydreigon further inside the cave. Three draconic screeches ring out and the Hydreigon bolts further into the cave. Russet laughs as the two Noivern bolt in pursuit - Russet following slightly slower, launching over top of the camera and landing with a roll. The video cuts out.] -They're having fun, bzzt! Even if it is kind of unnerving when rib joins in on the Noivern hunts...-

... I wish my hearing wasn't so sensitive. I mean, sure, it's nice not needing to see in the dark but it's so loud, Superconduct, everything is so loud here at BBA and it makes me miss the Sanctuary and it makes me miss Kitakami because when it was loud there I could just walk into the wilderness so it stopped being loud - or at least not loud in painful ways? Like there's a difference between school loud and wilderness loud, wilderness loud is soft and spread out but here at school it's just - ugh all of the sounds are bouncing off each other and there's so many people and just - I can hear the lights and the electricity and I want to just go bury myself in the Polar Biome again - I know, I know, I'm not going to but I want to because the snow makes this less loud and it feels less like I'm going to snap and - ugh. Instincts. I hate them. -Bzzt, sorry there's nothing I can do...-

They reach out and your Pokémon is enveloped in flames.

It’s all your fault. You know it is.

Your Pokémon is gone.

You want to cry, but when you cry, instead of tears, flowing lava comes out and more of your surroundings catch aflame.

The dream ends with the flames surrounding every corner of your vision and every bit of ground left within your line of sight is completely burnt.

Hi! My name's Russet, I'm from Kitakami, and I'm currently attending Blueberry Academy! I'm part of Drayton's Elite Trial in the BB League! :D Or. At least... I am for my Drayton...? I've made. Another Pokemon IRL blog for another OC because my friends are terrible influences on my poor impulse control. Anyways, hi, I'm Azure, I follow from @/anxiousazure and I also run @/unovan-artist because I have many OCs and I've been spinning Russet around way too much lately. If you didn't pick up on it, Russet is an OC sibling for Carmine and Kieran, specifically, their middle brother who tends to fade into the background. edit: there's another blog. @/kitakami-specter yes it is exactly who you think it is. also now @/sinnohs-eve as well, because i wanted someone on the main bba universe. :3

i mod have really bad social anxiety so if i havent answered or interacted. i am simply scared. russet is extroverted but i am not i am very easily intimidated and my brain will continuously go "but what if there's an unspoken Rule you're breaking" and paralyze me.

Russet is a minor but I haven't specified his age - just that he's between his two siblings - and I, blog runner, am an adult. If this is not chill with you, don't interact! That said, I won't really deal with anything more than flirting with Russet and even then he won't get it half the time (sheltered autistic boy, romance flies right over his head unless you spell it out for him <3).

Russet is somewhere post Teal Mask in the timeline sense - Drayton's back on the E4, after all - but does not know what went down in Kitakami (he was originally supposed to go with his siblings, but came down sick last minute, and ended up staying at school instead. Neither of his siblings informed him of what went down in Kitakami - Kieran assuming Russet already knew about the truth around Ogrepon, and Carmine mainly out of guilt) so please absolutely feel free to use that to your advantage :D Russet has been informed about the true Kitakami legend and time has progressed slowly from there. still pre-indigo disc though.

also hey!! if you ever want to have a character (canon or not) in russet's universe!! please feel free too i would love that so much. i would love to have more people to have russet consistently interact with. it would be fun and also silly. and hey! you are always, always, always free to include russet or any of my own OCs in drawings or stories or anything else! just. maybe please tag me because i want to see them. <3
