Just saw Kiefer Sutherland live.

I hotta admit I mainly wanted to go cause I basically grew up with his movies and wasn't that familiar with his music.

I expected some decent Country, but there were some serious Rock'nRoll vibes going on, too.

The old man can rock, it was pretty rad.

вот знаете, когда я узнаю что-то о музыкальном вкусе знакомой, то сразу думаю "ей это так подходит", а если нет, то это в любом случае влияет на образ человеки в моих глазах. поэтому вот вам несколько песен, которые, несмотря на то что они слишком хороши, я рекомендую на смену гимна рф:

тамблер не позволил, но хотелось добавить "belle" из оперы собор парижской богоматери, из элтона джона изначально планировала вставить "believe", а из боуи "rock'nroll suicide"

в любом случае советую вам не только послушать конкретные песни, которые я прикрепила тут, но и в целом ознакомиться с творчеством этих исполнителей, вдруг понравится. андреа бочелли сама недавно открыла для себя, теперь один из любимейших певцов, а ведь мама давно говорила как он шикарен.

Gene Simmons isn't happy with millennials, especially since Eddie Van Halen passed away.

During a recent interview with Classic Rock, Simmons said he's frustrated that the younger generation is unaware that Eddie Van Halen is "the second most important musician since Jimi Hendrix." Below is some of what he had to say to Classic Rock's Dave Ling:

“Those that had the honour of having met Eddie Van Halen will know that he never said a bad word about others. Eddie didn't bad-mouth rival bands. He conducted himself with a shrug of the shoulders. He reminded me of Charlie Chaplin; at the end of a movie he could be left with nothing, tattered and torn, and he'd walk off down the road with nonchalance.

That part of his character was always a bitchslap to me, with my big ego. I'm full of myself and love the sound of my own voice. Spending time in the presence of Edward made me think: 'I should probably stop this'. You know, give up the airs and stupid stuff and just concentrate on being a human being.

Eddie was all about the music, not just the chicks or the rock'nroll lifestyle. That's something I always admired about him. He was a lover of life. Whenever you met him he smiled from ear to ear.

As much as his death was upsetting, it also made me a little furious that so many of our so-called 'younger generation' remain unaware of his talents. For fuck's sake, parents should be slapping mobile phones out of their kids' hands and telling them to check out this guy. Our millennials need to know about the most important musician since Jimi Hendrix. There will never be another like him."

L'appuntamento, inserito nel cartellone degli eventi delle festività in corso, predisposto dall'amministrazione comunale, avrà inizio alle ore 21.30 e si protrarrà fino a notte fonda, intervallata dal tradizionale spettacolo pirotecnico. Ad animare la serata del 31 dicembre 2023 in piazza del Popolo saranno anche il dj Tiziano Torre, attivissimo nei locali di Roma e Latina nonché produttore di dischi, e lo speaker Giuseppe Baratta, voce della della Superlega italiana di pallavolo e della Nazionale italiana di volley maschile e femminile, con alle spalle la presentazione di sette campionati del Mondo e decine di altri eventi internazionali nei vari sport. Il concerto di Tutti Frutti vedrà sul palco il leader fondatore del gruppo Mauro Zazzarini al sax, i cantanti Eugenio Pastore e Laura Sega, il batterista Mario Lonoce, il tastierista Gianni De Crescenzo, il trombonista Walter Fantozzi, la tromba di Giovanni Frabotta, la chitarrista Piera Mussardo, il bassista Francesco Cecchet e il percussionista Fabrizio Andreozzi. Tutti Frutti, storica band locale che intrattiene il suo pubblico dagli anni '90, si caratterizza per un repertorio musicale che abbraccia un lasso di tempo che va dagli anni '50 (Rock'nRoll) alla musica moderna di Stevie Wonder, passando per il Rhythm and blues di Otis Redding e James Brown, al soul di Ray Charls e Joe Cocker ai "Blues Brothers" ai brani di Zucchero.
