until the end of time pt. 2 | immortal!han x immortal!fem!reader
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
part 1 | part 2
pairing — immortal!han x immortal!fem!reader
content warnings — time skips, some fluff stuff, mentions of death and arson, kinda angsty, not proofread
word count — 1.4k
summary — you fall in love with your mortal fiancé, not realizing that he's immortal like you are.
lowercase intended !
until the end of time pt.2 | immortal!han x immortal!fem!reader
february 10th, 1869
as it turns out, faking an entire family's death was much harder than it initially seemed. for one, everyone was bickering over new names and roles for the entire family, and trying to decide the place to move to was an absolute nightmare.
and of course, your family turned to you, the 'newbie' for each of these tasks. "it will be good experience." they said. "it's good practice." they said.
it was in fact neither. it was tedious, was what it was, and it was annoying that you were good at it. because despite them lying to you for 23 years of your life, you knew them well. they would end up putting all the work on you, as usual.
blinking a few stray tears away, you walked out of your house, lighting your match as you did so, before tossing it inside.
as everything burned to ashes, you thought about the lies throughout your life.
as everything burned to ashes, you thought about the home you've known your entire life.
as everything burned to ashes, you thought about your fiancé, knowing that he would think you were dead.
and as everything burned to ashes, you thought about the countless times you would have to do this, over, and over, and over again.
until the end of time.
april 23rd, 1930
"miss y/n!" a voice called. you turned around, plastering a soft smile on your face as you crouched down.
"what can i help you with?" as it turns out, teaching was something you'd come to do a lot over the years, and not because you had to, but because you actually enjoyed doing it.
of course, you made yourself older that you were, 32 instead of 23. no one would accept a teacher that young, and you'd made that mistake more than once.
you and your family restarted your lives every time someone got even a little suspicious, and it was exhausting. you wanted to have friends, have a life, but apparently you couldn't have either. teaching was the closest you could get.
"how do you say this word?" the girl - kai - asked, pointing to a page on her book. your heart jumped a bit as you saw the word and your smiled turned slightly forced.
"imm-or-tal." you sounded out, pointing to each syllable as you said it. "try it." you waited patiently as she sounded it back to you.
"thank you!" kai said, running back to her seat and continuing to read.
you smiled sadly after her, knowing that she would grow old before you ever did.
may 11th, 2000
soon, the 1900s era came to a close and the 2000s began, thus signaling it was time to your family to move to another country. this time, you picked australia, just to spite your mother who was deathly afraid of spiders.
the technology evolvement over the years was certainly something to get used to, and it took an extremely long time to learn the news was people talked.
unfortunately, that was something only you were willing to put the work into while the rest of your family members were fine with getting odd looks out of the street.
repeating college just to get the appropriate degree to teach over and over and over again was getting tedious and you were so tired of it. as much fun as college was and as much freedom as it gave you it wasn't something you ever wanted to go through again. it seemed with each new year, the workload seemed to pile up more and more.
but for now, at least, you were somewhat happy with were you were.
april 16th, 2022
you placed your airpods into your ears as the plane lifted off form the ground, watching as the ground below dropped away further and further. you sighed in relief, closing your eyes and leaning back in your seat.
you weren't sure flying was something you would ever get used to.
a finger tapped you on the shoulder and you opened one eye to peer at the girl next to you. "yeah, what's up?" you asked, trying to sound friendly and not like you were desperately in need of sleep.
"were are you headed?" the girl asked in a cheerful voice, giving you a big grin. you groaned at the interaction internally.
"la. i'm going to go see a concert." you said, hoping the conversation would end.
"me too!" she squealed. "stray kids, right?" when you nodded your head, she asked, "who's your bias?"
"i don't know them. at all." you said, shifting uncomfortably. "a friend of mine recommended i go see them but i didn't do any research beforehand."
"well, i'll get you caught up!" she said, pulling up a few images on her phone and beginning to explain them to you in great detail.
you squinted, leaning closer to the last image on her phone.
han?
well, you were screwed.
april 19th, 2022
the stadium was loud with cheering as stray kids finished their final song. fans waved their arms, shoving and pushing to be seen or heard.
you stood silently next to emeline, the girl you'd met on the plane. just your luck, you ended up sitting next to each other at the concert too, which was absolutely delightful.
she was generally sweet, but the main cause of your discomfort not her, but han. you were desperately avoiding eye contact with your ex fiancé, hoping he wouldn't notice you in the crowd.
you regretted coming to this concert. no, you regretted ever saying yes to your friend's crazy idea of you taking her ticket and going to the k-pop concert instead of her so you could 'live a little'. you regretted not leaving the minute you landed in la. you regretted faking your death, over and over. you regretted taking that match and throwing into your house. you regretted not telling han everything. you regretted the fact that he turned out to be like you.
you regretted the fact that you'd ever met him in the first place.
there were a lot of things you regretted these days.
april 19th, 2022 - three hours after the concert ended
getting lost in the dark and the rain when your phone had died was not a fun thing to do, especially when you'd been walking around, sopping wet, for three hours. you'd had to ask four different people on the street to use their phones to try and find your hotel, and it was still a half hour walk away.
you wish you'd accepted emeline's offer to give you a ride home.
you drummed your fingers on your phone case, as if that would miraculously make it come back to life. the black screen you were staring at stayed black.
things would be much easier if you had a map, something you'd be much more used to using, and something that wouldn't die on you in times of need. but alas, no one these days really used maps out on the street anymore, which was odd. they were extremely useful back in the 1900s.
you looked up as a car parked on the other side of the road and a familiar figure stepped out.
oh no.
"y/n?" he called out and you ducked your head, pretending you didn't hear him. in a few long strides, he crossed the road, and grabbed your chin, forcing you to look up at him. "it is you." han breathed, his eyes wide in surprise. "how?"
"i'm an immortal. like you," you said, avoiding his eyes. "listen, i need to get back-"
"why didn't you tell me?" he asked, cutting you off, his brows furrowing, and you took a deep breath at his question.
"i didn't know there was anyone else like my family. i thought it would be better if you thought i was dead. you would've done the same thing eventually."
"that doesn't matter. you should've told me."
"and what would i say?" you snapped. "oh, i'm an immortal, and you're going to die long before i do? even if that wasn't true, think about it! it made more sense this way, and you know it." guilt swept through you as you say the look on his face at your words and you sighed. "i'm sorry. i was just so scared to lose you, i thought it would've been better and-"
he cut you again off by softly pressing his lips to your own, and you instinctively melted into the kiss. after a moment, he pulled away, pressing his forehead against you own.
and in that moment, you regretted nothing.
i will love you until the end of time.

Plot: Zombies take over the earth.
Tumblr media
Plot- plot: Chan and his brother are searching for other survivors.
Warnings: zombie apocalypse, Chan is the leader of this group, hint forwards noncon but it didn't happen! Detailed killing a zombie.
Chan glances at the young girl: Myla they just rescued from a herd of zombies, thankfully it was a small herd instead of a large one.
"Are you alright?" Chan asks Myla who walks down the street covered in blood due to Chan saving her. Myla glances at Chan, her eyes roam him and she whispers "I'm fine, just tired."
Chan nods and looks at his group and says "When we come up at our checkpoint let's get some rest." Chan looks at Myla after that and says "It'll be a few miles, will you be alright to walk or do you want me to carry you?"
Myla blushes, she just meant this man and he was so sweet and caring towards her, not only that but he protects her which she likes.
Myla looks at Chan and she whispers "I'll walk but I have arthritis in my back so only until I start hurting I'll take you up on that offer."
Chan nods and gives her a sweet smile and says "Alright sounds good, just let me know."
After Chan said those words, he just kept walking beside her but as he does he gets to know her like where's she from which is Ohio, and what her favorite colors were which is yellow and blue, and what her favorite food was before the word ended which was spam and rice with ketchup. He also found out her favorite snacks were cucumbers and watermelon and that her star sign is Capricorn. In return he told her where he was from which was Australia and his favorite colors are blue and pink, and that his favorite food is chicken and that his favorite snacks are also watermelon and that his libra.
However he starts asking questions to see if she fits in his group.
"Have you ever killed a zombie?" Chan asks softly as he walks next to her. Myla bites her lip and looks at Chan before answering in a soft tone "No." Chan nods his head gently and he asks the next question "Ever killed a human?" Myla stops, causing Chan and his group to stop before he asks why Myla speaks, her voice breaking when she does "No but I have injured them."
Chan doesn't tense up but he becomes concerned.
"Why did you injure them?" Chan asks softly he glances at his group and shoos them, which also means check the area for zombies.
"I injured them because they were trying to touch me even though I told them no." Myla answered, starting to sweat due to the intense feeling between them, however once she gave him that answer he relaxes and he asks softly "did they-" Myla shakes her shake head no and Chan lets out a sigh of relief.
Myla stares at Chan before asking him "Did you have any more questions?" Chan nods and says softly "What were you before the zombie apocalypse?" Myla bites her lips and says softly "A struggling survivor from other humans, a victim of my own demons but now the demons seem to roam the earth now."
Chan nods and tosses her blonde locks back and asks "would you like to be part of my group?" Myla looks him up and down, his muscles are massive, his chest is strong and large, he's shorter than the rest of his members but he's taller than her, his legs had gun holsters on each side and he also had shoulder gun holsters on each side, his belt had a long machete and from what she tell in his backpack he had a bow.
"Do you trust me enough to be part of your group?" Myla asks him softly, her brown eyes locking eyes with his honey brown eyes.
Chan gives her a bright smile before speaking softly "Yes, I do." Myla blushes but her smile fades before speaking "I can't kill the dead though." Chan's smile didn't fade but he did say his next words seriously "I can teach you."
Few Weeks Later
Chan pins Myla against the wall kissing her deeply, his hands holding her face gently and he whispers "Hello Beautiful." Myla giggles, her arms wrapped around his lower body and she speaks softly "Hello Handsome."
Chan smiles and plays with her long hair and whispers "My love, do you want to stay in bed abit longer? I put Minho in charge for the day." Myla smiles at him happily before asking him softly "Maybe we can go to the stargazing building?"
Chan chuckles before smiling happily at her "Are you sure baby? It's over the wall." Myla nods before nuzzling her nose against his and whispers "I'm sure, channie."
Chan kisses her a few more times and he whispers "Get packed then and we can go."
Few hours later
Chan lays a blanket on the fresh bed that's on top of an observatory building and he says softly to Myla "I told Minho he'll be in charge until in the morning instead for the day."
Myla hums as she stares at the sunset before speaking softly "I wish I had a camera." It was only for a few more minutes before she heard a click and she turned around to see Chan holding a polaroid camera.
Myla lets out a soft gasp and she asks excitedly "Where did you find that?!" Chan chuckles and says softly "I remember hearing you say that you love taking pictures so when I went on a run with Felix the other day I found this and some of the rollers that went with it." Chan hands it over to her his face flushing red as he says "I wanted to give you something so you could be happy."
Myla tears up and looks at him before speaking softly "Oh channie, you already do make me happy but I love this gift so thank you." Chan wipes her happy tears away before kissing her nose and says softly "Let's take a picture together?"
Myla smiles and nods as she sits on the bed with Chan joining her, he sits behind her and wraps his arms around her waist and smiles along with Myla into the camera before she hits the button she hears the click and then sees the flash.
Myla waits for the picture to come out and when it does she waves the picture before looking at it and she smiles before looking up at Chan and shows him before asking "Can you carry this in your wallet?" Chan chuckles and nods as he takes out his wallet and adds the picture inside of it.
"Maybe when we get home we can take some naughty pictures of me?" Myla asks him shyly, her face bright red from the blush. Chan kisses her ear gently and he whispers "Oh hell yeah we can sweetheart."
In the middle of the night.
Myla wakes up to a groaning sound. She looks beside her towards the door to see a zombie walking through and she panics and shakes Chan awake roughly.
Before she or Chan could do anything the zombie pounces on her causing Chan to jump into action by pulling the zombie off of her and starts slamming the zombies head on the roof floor as he growls deeply.
Once the zombie was dead, he pants loudly and sits beside the zombie, his eyes finding Myla's frightened ones and he rushes to her side, tears rolling his face as he wraps her into his arms and he whispers "Baby you okay? Were you bitten?" Myla gulps and pants as her fingers shakes before speaking "No I'm not, I'm sorry for not killing it. I just panicked." Chan shakes his head gently as he holds her close and speaks softly "It's alright baby, I'm just glad you woke me up."
Chan kisses her forehead gently before speaking, "I'm just happy I didn't lose you."

Kaito’s mask/family situation under cut because, well, we love an unravelling of a comedic relief character, don’t we?:
Kaito’s mother is from an intensely powerful family in Australia, who’s assets lead them into connections with just about everything and everyone- their riches had people in the palm of their hands, regardless of if they were aware of it or not, however, upon his mother’s meeting with her to be husband in Japan, she forcibly cut her ties with them-  marrying her husband after seeing how differently he treated her compared to everyone else at home ( i.e blatant misogyny, pressure to take over the many businesses connected with the family, manipulation like “how many lives her choices would effect” ) and helped him build his company up from the ground. She ran everything fluidly, a true businesswoman at heart- but upon getting pregnant, her blood ran cold, after all...even if you cut the strings connecting you to her family, they’ll always know what’s happening, where you are, what you’re doing...
Meaning a grandchild was what they had been waiting for. His mother was distraught at the news, his father was too, given they both knew they’d be in for a visit soon. The visit went smoothly in his grandparents minds, they found a new successor, and well, the very opposite thought ran through his parents minds. They just doomed their child. His mother knew what she had to do, even if it hurt, she’d have to teach him to survive the harsh conditions her family would inevitably put him through, while his father will treat him with love and respect to hopefully soften the blows she’d have to give him.
So, when Kaito was born, he was raised by a loving father, and a mother who could not allow herself to love him for his own safety, no matter how much she wants to. Her teachings were that he and everyone else was expendable, that he’d have to work for his right to be at the top, or he’d be worthless and thrown away. She never showed any concern for him, she didn’t spend anytime with him outside of scolding him, demanding things of him and forcing him to comply with the image that his grandparents would expect of him. His father would tend to the child’s needs. He was made to wear a mask in school. His identity as Kamisato Kaito would be erased when he took over the Lamington family, and having his face out would make things complicated.
A couple years later, Akio was born, and he received the childhood that Kaito never had- the unconditional love from his mother that Kaito craved, but Kaito couldn’t resent him. There were nights he wanted to, really, but he couldn’t, he loved his brother, and he’d never loved much of anything- he certainly wanted to, but he wasn’t allowed friends, he wasn’t allowed the freedom of caring before. Kaito grew protective of his brother, especially when his grandparents visited him.
Kaito wanted freedom, but he knew he could never get it, so, he demanded that Akio got it in his stead, though his brother isn’t aware of the many sacrifices his brother made to keep his freedom after his ‘weakness’ landed in their grand parents laps. He was made to do terrible things ( destroying companies from the ‘work experience’ he went through, leaving many jobless and homeless eventually, getting into the black market due to their darker connections... ) to keep his brother innocent and happy, but Akio never managed to get close to his brother, he was always so busy...so, Akio simply assumed he didn’t care for him.
Eventually, when he was old enough to choose a high school, he chose one he discovered the Lamington family had no control over. Yumenosaki Academy- the one place he can be free enough to be something other than what his bloodline decreed. Kaito knew this freedom was fleeting, and snatched up the chance, picking the normal course so no more benefit could come to his family from him during this time.
During !! He gets into law, sold on the idea of taking the family out from the inside. He just hopes he can do it...

Looking For a Pre School in Chatswood?
The first years of a child’s life are crucial and lay the foundation for their future. This is why it’s important to find a high quality preschool for your little one. A good preschool should help your child develop a strong self-image, critical social skills, and a love of learning. The Community Preschool at Grace Cathedral seeks to enroll children and families from a diverse socioeconomic group to create a rich learning environment for all students. This diversity is a strength that helps children learn about their own cultures and traditions, as well as those of others.
This pre school Chatswood is a highly respected centre with a warm, welcoming culture and exceptional educators. Its low teacher-to-child ratio gives teachers the opportunity to really know each and every child, which is essential when building a relationship with them. The school also has great facilities, including an outdoor play area and a large indoor gym. The centre also offers a range of programs, such as yoga, music and meditation.
In 2018, KU Chatswood childcare Director Kathy Hatcher was recognised as one of Australia’s most outstanding teachers at the HESTA Early Childhood Education and Care Awards, with her work winning the Making the Difference Award. The preschool is also a great choice for families, offering affordable costs per day, accepting Child Care Subsidy and NSW Start Strong Fee Relief and being open 50 weeks of the year, which makes it convenient for busy parents to fit in with their work schedules.
A preschool is a government approved service that provides education and care for children between 3 and 6 years. They are typically operated by not-for-profit organisations and run by professional teachers and educators in partnership with parents on the management committee. They usually follow public school terms and operate from 9.00am to 3.00pm. Many have before and after-school care available.
If you’re looking for a preschool in Chatswood, you may want to look at Three Little Birds. This preschool is a small, private centre in the Wilson House building near Westfield Shopping Centre on Sydney’s North Shore. Its Educators are highly qualified and the facility is clean and beautiful with a large bushland outdoor area. The center also has a range of programs, such as yoga, dance and music.
The application for fall 2023-24 has reopened. Families can apply now and be placed on the waitlist for the programs they choose on their family application. It’s important to complete all forms and understand the parent information before enrolling your child. The staff will review the applications in the coming weeks and notify families of their placement. Once enrolled, families will receive a welcome package with information about the program and the school. If you have any questions, please contact the preschool department.
