Anger began to grow on his face. He had never hurt a Pokemon! At least, not to his knowledge. If a Pokemon was at it’s limit, then Red sends it back in it’s Pokeball to rest. He would never let a Pokemon, no, any living creature get hurt like that.

“S-Stop spreading lies! I’ve never hurt a Pokemon in my life!” And he was right, though something did play back in his mind. The time when he battled Blue on the S.S. Anne, the boy’s eyes were different then. These eyes showed a will to win no matter what. And while Rattacate had tried his best, he was still defeated after Red begged him to just call off the battle. He couldn’t have…no…he would have mentioned it in Pokemon Tower.

“…h-he would’ve told me…wouldn’t he? We’re best friends…”

Red had infiltrated the abandoned house around Cinnabar Island quite easily. Sure there were Growlithe and Rattacates blocking his way, but he was able to get therough there without much trouble. The secret switches were a bit of a scare given he had no idea what they even did, but Red given his own curious nature had pressed it. Good a secret area. 

The trainer walks in, making sure not to make a sound. The grunt wasn’t paying him any attention, looks like his plan was working. However, there must have been some grass Pokemon around, since his nose began to wiggle fiercely. Uh oh...he had to sneeze. The red hatted trainer covered his nose in a desparate attempt to block out any sounds. Though a feather of a Pokemon had fallen down dirrectly on his nose. Arceus was not with him today.

“KACHU~!!!”

Red’s small squeaky sneeze had echoed around the small room. Red did his best to hide, but he didn’t know how well that would turn out.
