oh sure, in hindsight I guess that tag probably sounded ominous or something, cause you're not the only one who asked

(for context) Who is "Queuestuck"?

Queuestuck was a pretty good homestuck fanartist who regularly posted around 2020-2021, largely posting on twitter but they' also had'd also post and do requests on a tumblr.

Probably most notable for their coloring/shading, regularly drawing the carapacians, and being able to mirror the style of the comic while being more detailed.

However, in the middle of 2021, they announced they'd stop posting about homestuck, and eventually deactivated their accounts

So what happened?

WhatPumpkin happened.

From the Sarah Z debacle to the Andrew Hussie emails, to just a lot of things coalescing on that 4/13: for a lot of people it just wasn't a fun time to be into Homestuck, or it felt outright dirty to stick by the creators. Queuestuck simply being one of those people.

Where can I find their stuff then?

They actually uploaded a MEGA to archive the stuff they posted before leaving, but I can't find the link and it's possible it doesn't even work anymore. Someone did manage to mirror some of it to internet archive (link), so that give you a chance to check them out, at least.
