sorry but q!tubbo seeing q!bagi go up in ninho herself and then after a bit passes, he starts panicking when she doesn't come back down, and when she appears at the spawn waystone, he instantly runs up to her saying that he thought he lost her. she was the only other person who woke up back on quesadilla island when he did and if she was gone he couldn't bear it. blue team doesn't leave anyone behind after all, and by the end of it, q!bagi was now family.

rewatching yesterday's vod and man.

the difference in parallels of qVeterans both seeing things and thinking they are going insane is. well.

Fit believing Phil and trusting his judgement, constantly reassuring him, several times saying that he has not gone crazy and that Fit believes him

vs

Tubbo straight up laughing at Fit, not taking him seriously, clearly dismissing him and the potential Fit has actually seen anything

this is not an attack on Tubbo, rather a great illustration of the relationship between these characters

Fit only trusts Ramón, Pac and Phil, tho to different extent and with Phil, he is more cautious, not wanting to trouble already troubled man

there's a reason why he doesn't quite trusts Tubbo, case and point this situation

"Tubbo at least deserves to know about cats" Fit repeatedly tries and gets burnt with trying to trust Tubbo, like he wants to trust him, but Tubbo either tries to pry too much or dismisses Fit

and the shaky trust is mutual, they trust each other, but not fully. and the fault is on both sides really

Tubbo is extremely stubborn and often will get fixated on his own views, tries to pry too much, not listening to people who have been on the island longer, he is too smart for his own good, he doesn't like authority

he is seen as too eager and too immature, not willing to listen

Fit is just as stubborn, has big secrets he is not willing to share with others, he withholds certain informations and often speaks in a way that makes him suspicious, he is cautious, he is smart, he doesn't trust easily, he can keep his cool and knows when to back away

he can be seen as compliant, maybe apathetic, even dismissive

Watching tubbos vod and q!tubbo sitting outside the movie theater listening to q!pac and q!fit is so sad like their obviously having a good time and you can see q!tubbo realizing that like these are his friends he's doing this too and he keeps telling himself he has to do this to protect them that "they can't be together" cause he's scared of getting left behind and loosing both of them. But before that he bushes off them happily inviting him and his kid on the first half of their date with them, he doesn't see them realizing he is very much not doing okay after q!pac gets tped to his house and trying to make sure he's alright before continuing their date, he doesn't know they talked with q!Bagi even afterward to try and figure out how to help him.

He is very obviously not in a good place mentally he hasn't been for a while it has him stuck thinking the people around him care about him as much as he does them. That his friends once their together will easily leave him behind because he just can't see how much the people around him care. It's so sad because he could have been laughing in the movie theater with them instead of crouching outside but he just can't look past his fear and pain enough to see that.
