There’s a ton of really cool unique Benimaru Itoh art and strange Pokémon facts that existed before Game Freak really nailed down and sanitized the lore and game world.
So you all know how everyone is like “oh it’s been 10 years since Pokémon Gen whatever came out, where’s? The remake?!?!” But here’s the thing guys, there’s a pattern you are all missing and it’s not based on the year the game came out, it’s based on the generation. (There’s only one remake that breaks this rule) Let me explain. In a timeline without years:
Gen 1 comes out
Gen 2 comes out
Gen 3 comes out
Gen 1 remakes come out
Gen 4 comes out
Gen 2 remakes come out
Gen 5 comes out
Gen 6 comes out
Gen 3 remakes come out
Gen 7 comes out
Gen 8 comes out
Gen 4 remakes come out
Gen 9 come out
Present day
Do you see the pattern? Let me explain if you didn’t. The remakes all except the Gen 1 remakes come out after it’s doubled. Gen 4 remakes came out after Gen 8, 4 x 2 = 8, Gen 3 remakes after Gen 6, 3 x 2 =6, etc etc. only the first Gen breaks this rule which makes sense cause that would be super fast for a remake. So when will Gen 5 remakes come out? After Gen 10 comes out. Gen 6 remakes? After Gen 12. And so on and so forth until they stop making new generations then a new pattern with form. Anyway if I’m wrong with this for Gen 5 then I’m wrong but if I’m right the pattern holds strong and imma trust the pattern tbh.
