You know how y'all are into the whole Pecharunt possession over Kieran thing? Well, I have one enlightening thought.

What if Pecharunt possessed Juliana instead as an AU?

Like at the end of the Teal Mask and before to Indigo Disk, Juliana was in shambles over betraying Kieran for simply lying to him because she was told to do so and regretted not telling him and having a crush on him which makes her feel worse and going as far as hating herself for being silent about it.

At her vulnerable moment, Pecharunt possessed her and basically made her convinced that being nice(befriending a shy gentle boy who never had a friend before) and obedient(being told to not tell Kieran out of safety but look what happened) is what got her in trouble and she should forget about it if she wanted to ruin herself and others around her more. She should focus on being more stronger, not rely on anyone and not let herself be distracted anymore.

And that led to Juliana undergo a change. From being a friendly and caring person who battles for fun to a very cold person who pushes away her friends out of underlying fear to not hurt anyone anymore and focuses on being a better battler than she already is. She no longer battles for fun; she battles and trains to get stronger and push herself hard to be better and perfect and not get attached anymore and not to be distracted.

It gets to the point that even Kieran, who at the time is obsessed with getting stronger in order to simply beat Juliana, to notice something isn't right with Juliana and her habits aren't healthy(that's saying something coming from him who doesn't get enough sleep and trains nonstop) and slowly grew concerned with her as his feelings for her resurfaced.

His concerns grew even more when Ogerpon, the pokemon who chose Juliana over him, and the friendly Raidon(Juliana had switched for the aggressive one) goes to him for help them snap Juliana out and get Pecharunt's control off of her.

Kieran sees Juliana as the hero and possibly himself being the villain. But now it became the hero turned villain and the villain becomes the anti-hero situation.

I dunno, this idea got me thinking hard and the possibilities here!

Bruv, this took soo fucking long.

New AU dropping, boys.

So basically it's a hybrid between the 'toxic chain/possessed Kieran' AU and the 'Kieran is Ogerpon' AU.

In this AU, the events of the teal mask play out normally.

After Kieran looses his fight to Julianna, he starts hearing a mysterious voice in his head. It starts playing with his insecurities and telling him he needs to be stronger.

"That's why the oger didn't want you as a trainer. You were too weak".

Thanks to the voices advise and 'encouragement', Kieran quickly rises through the ranks of the Blueberry League and becomes champion. However, he also becomes a massive jackass.

The voice tell him that everyone is beneath him. He starts bullying other club members until the point were everyone is too imtimidated by him to hang out with him.

He is distant and aggressive towards the Elite 4. He doesn't even attend meetings and barley does any of his champion responsibilities, causing Amarys and Crispin to step up. Lacey was too busy helping Cyrano with academic duties. Drayton dedicated all his time to helping out the trainers Kieran bullied.

Kieran started skipping classes and dedicated all his time to training. The only person who still talked to him was Carmine.

However, after months of trying to reach out, Kieran finally snapes at Carmine, causing her to retreat from him. After this, Kieran finally realises he is truly alone. But thats when the voice makes a deal with him.

He could continue living his life alone and unloved or he could dawn the mask and start a new life. Kieran takes the mask, not fully understanding the deal. He ends up loosing his human form and turning into an Ogerpon. It is then that the voice reveals itself as Pecharunt and it steals Kieran human life.

Because of Kieran's shitty behaviour, he suspended from the academy for one month and 'Kieran' is sent back to Kitikami.

Kieran is left roaming around the Terrarium, dealing with the fact that he is now a pokemon and a whole fuck load of self esteem issues.

However, he is eventually found by Carmine and the new exchange student, Julianna.

Some notes in this AU -

Kieran isn't evil. He's a young child who needs help and the only people who notice are also children themselves. (Carmines doing what she can but she's still young and inexperienced)

Pecharunt has no control over Kierans actions or emotions. He basically says things to Kieran to encourage his negative thoughts and continue his unhealthy downward spiral.

I didn't explain this earlier but when Kieran put on the Ogerpon mask, he left behind a human mask that represents his human form. Pecharunt is currently wearing it.

Pecharunt wants a family again. He woke up many years later to find the old couple he used to live with had died. He wanted a family again but he wanted to live equally among the humans as well. So he started scheming to steal Kierans human life.

His plan just consists of him manipulating Kierans life until he was completely cut off from his friends and family. Once Kieran has nothing, he could trick Kieran into trading him his human life, then he could rebuild Kieran's life from the ground up.

Kieran's not having fun adjusting to life as a pokemon but he believes it's his punishment for being a dick to everyone.

Juliana's meowscarada is called Verde (haven't figured out what the rest of her team consists of yet). Carmine's mightyanna is called Subarashi (Suba for short), her sinistchi is called Chia, morpeko is Kamu and ninetails is Kyu (I used google translate for this, sorry if they're weird). Kieran's furret is called Shippo and his hydrapple is called Ringo.

Fun fact - This plot concept was taken from an old submas fanfic I started writing but never finished. Short summary was Ingo coming back to modern day Unova but he still has amnesia. His and Emmets relationship becomes very strained. Emmets ends up making a deal with Giratina to help turn him into a zorua and use hi illusion powers to get close to Ingo again. (I may post a full summary of the story one day)

Because of this, in the original draft, Kieran was going to turn into a zorua. I changed it just incase I ever wanted to revisits the old fic. Also I thought it would be funny if he turned into ogerpon.

This was heavily inspired by the Kieranpon au, the possessed Kieran au and the movie 'a whisker away'.

In all seriousness, I want this to actually happen. I don't mean it as 'canon' but it's still a fun idea to think about. If you want your Pecharunt to join the Klan, just reblog or comment on the post then I’ll change it accordingly. HOWEVER! There is 1 condition the Pecharunt must fulfill:

If they are antagonists or villains on their own and not being controlled by someone else. They are placed in members and allies

If their morality spectrum needs work, but not outright evil, they are in neutral to enemies

This is sort of why I put Kieranrunt in enemies since maybe he does not agree with the rest of the Pechas? He probably gets some identity crisis later on, mainly whose side to join, he makes up his mind later on. BT doesn’t seem to be evil according to his lore which is why he’s not part of the Klan and he’s not exactly against them yet, which is why I placed him in neutral. Also, I just wanna thank myself (and being a bit kind to myself) for coming up with the AU names for TC and BT Pecharunt. This list is subject to change and will be changed accordingly through and through if people want to add their Pecharunt au to it. Also, they all have a human/humanoid forms as they learnt it from my au Pecharunt, (not fully fleshed out in his au so he's not here yet) their forms are related to them but also being related to how Possessed Kieran looks like in his Au. MOCHI MAYHEM AU!!

Context: Lyric is my OC, he's Kieran's bf from Unova. Also, normally he replaces the protag in his regular universe, however in this universe Juliana is the protag.

COMIC/AU INFO UNDER THE CUT!!

This is an AU that's absolutely not canon to Lyric's universe, it's just an idea I had that I wanted to dump about for fun!

Basically, this is mochi mayhem, but serious. The mochi doesn't make people dance and scream "mochi" like in the canon. Instead, the mochi possesses people and let's pecharunt control their actions, somewhat their minds, and also it poisons them slowly. They can't remember faces/names when they're possessed. However, battling specific people will slowly get their memories back to them and help them get un-posessed as well.

The comic shows Kieran with Lyric, Penny, and Arven, when normally Juliana would be there too. That's because Juliana decided to stay behind to look for Nemona, who'd ran off, while Kieran went to check on Penny, Arven, and Lyric, who stayed in Mossui Town.

Later, after Penny, Arven, Nemona, Carmine, and Lyric get un-posessed, thanks to Kieran and Juliana, they're all extremely ill due to the poisonous mochi. The person affected the worst by this was Lyric, who had gotten double the amount of poison than the others in his mochi. It was almost like pecharunt wanted to posess him even more than the others. Anyways, this leads to Lyric dying two days later, and Kieran gets extremely depressed because of this (they're still boyfriends in this universe).

Additional fact: if Juliana weren't in this AU (since she would have ogerpon rather than Lyric), there would be a scene after the possession of Lyric, Penny, and Arven where Ogerpon comes out of it's ball and runs towards Kieran, clearly not a fan of possessed Lyric.

Listen up Pokemon fans cuz i got a little Mochi Mayhem AU Idea!!!

Ya'll better buckle up for this one!!!!

Spoilers for the Scar/Vio Epilogue

(i'm also calling Juliana/Florian MC in this so you can interpret your MC in this if you want)

So we all know about everyone's problems throughout Scar/Vio (both main story and DLC) and how it's up to the protagonist to solve these said problems right?

Well what about the MC themselves?!

Yeah their meant to be placeholders for us, and you might have made them into either your OC or Sona that might have some tragic backstory of sorts!!! (not calling anyone out, the MC in my Violet game is literally a pokemon OC of mine)

That got me thinking of this AU where during Mochi Mayhem, no one got possessed EXCEPT MC!!!!

Think about this: you've got the mythical pecha berry!!! you were the one to awaken Pecharunt!!!! Why isn't Pecharunt attached to you?!? You'er the one who woke it up!!! It should have at least been curious about you!!!

So here's how i think this AU would go:

So after MC awoke Peacharunt, instead of possessing the people in Kitakami, Peacharunt would start stalking MC since they were the one to wake it up, even following them all the way to Paldea after they got Arven's call.

Now the Area Zero crew meeting Kieran would play out the same way except this time no one in Kitakami is possessed so they would also meet Carmine a lot differently then in canon. (while that happened, Pecharunt sensed that "The loyal three" were nearby and decided to go seek them out and reunite with them)

Peacharunt is mostly interested in MC, but even tho it wants to get a closer look at them, it decides to keep it's distance due to their group of friends, allowing everyone to enjoy their week in Kitakami without anything happening (tho Peacharunt did manage to pull a few minor pranks for it's entertainment)

However throughout the days of stalking it's prey, Pecharunt has learned a lot about MC and their pokemon, even personal information that they perfer their pokemon to only know about, giving Pecharunt an idea.

You see, MC reminds Pecharunt of the old couple it once lived with. Knowing that they are now gone, Pecharunt wants nothing more than to feel their affection again, and seeing how MC treats their pokemon, they are now it's target, and this time, Pecharunt will keep both them and "the loyal three" close for good, not wanting to lose them again.

After learning that Kieran and Carmine were planning to take MC and their friends on a small exploration through Unova, Pecharunt decided that this was the time to strike.

With the help of Munkidori, it manage to infiltrate MC dreams, and use their personal feelings against them, causing them to jolt awake.

And upon memorizing the MC routine for the Blueberry Academy, Pecharunt knew that they would head to the terrarium to clear their head, not knowing that it and "the loyal three" were waiting for them.

(obviously Pecharunt can possess people when they eat it's toxic mochi, but i want to make this a little more serious, meaning sorry no chicken dance MC........ok maybe a little, but their not screamin mochi lol)

After cornering MC, Munkidori used it's psychic power to help Pecharunt telepathically speak to MC. Using the personal info it collected when stalking them, this caused MC to have a mental breakdown, trying to convince themselves that they were dreaming. (whatever tragic backstory you gave your MC, go crazy!!!)

But that wasn't going to help them after a malignant chain was wrapped around their neck. This caused MC to be under Pecharunt's influence, convincing them that they will be forever alone if they didn't go with Pecharunt and "the loyal three", seeing them as their saviours, and letting themselves eat the toxic mochi.

The next day when everyone was getting ready to explore Unova, they searched everywhere around the Academy and terrarium for MC with no luck what so ever, almost as if they vanished.

And things started to grow even more concerning when all six of MC pokemon (including their Raidon) crashed into the entrance of the Academy, Poisoned and incredibly weak, as if they were in some sort of poisonous struggle.

After taking the pokemon to the infirmary, everyone sent a search party of flying pokemon to look for MC all across Unova, even contacting the gym leader's and champion Iris for help. Unfortunately, nothing turned up.

But when all hope was lost, Kieran and Carmine get a call from their grandparents, stating that they spotted MC in Kitakami heading up to loyalty plaza.

With no time to spare, the group of five head over to Kitakami in hopes of finding out what has happened to their dear friend.

I'll let you guys interpret your own "what happens next" scenario. but i like to think of this AU being a "MC solved the problems of their friends, now it's their turn to return a favour" kinda thing.

like think of those last few episodes of Steven Universe, you know what i'm saying.

I have an au idea I wish to share.

What if, instead of Kieran being possessed by Pecharunt, he was instead possessed by a surprise villain: Terapagos.

I can imagine the Indigo disk squad from the endgame going down into the underdepths of area zero, where everything progresses normally at first until Kieran starts his monologue and pulls out the Terapagos crystal. Terapagos, now enraged by insolent humans intruding into it's home, takes advantage of Kieran and his greed to possess him. Thing is, it's not a complete possession. Kieran is fully aware of what's happening around him whilst Terapagos is lashing out at everything.

Terapagos takes any advance from another person as a threat and attacks them by generating sharp tera crystals from the ground like spears. Kieran tries to convince everyone to leave him and to get to safety (leaving him would trap him in the underground forever) not only to save everyone but to atone for everything he's done.

Now you may be asking, what does this have to do with dipplinshipping? Well how do expect this to end, in a reasonable way? It's by the power of love of course!

Everyone starts trying to get through to him, and that this isn't the way, but Juliana gets to him first. When she does, Kieran asks "Why would you help me? I'm not even you're friend!" Which stings a little but Juliana responds with. "What are you talking about? We've always been friends." Which causes something to snap inside of Kieran, freeing him of Terapagos' control.

Kieran immediately passed out due to stress and the underdepths starts to collapse due to all the commotion. Once final rush to the exit, and the dlc concludes, with Juliana's and Kieran's relationship forever changed.

Might write a fic, but I'm a novice and suck at commiting to stuff so idk.

This is a fun twist and I think you should!! I'd love to read it no matter how it turns out. What matters is your passion and effort, and I see how much thought you put into this! :)

FUN AU IDEA TAKE IT AND USE IT IN FICS AND ART

Basically what if Florian/Juliana was a zoroark? They go through the whole story not really doing much about it I mean, Nemona, Arven, and Penny? they ain't gonna think much of they're weird things. they have shit going on, like helping a sick dog, or destroying a gang they made a year and a half ago with hacked money from the government. But here's the juicy bits. it all comes crashing during the DLC why is Florian/Juliana so good with pokemon? THEY ARE ONE. That's why Ogerpon likes them more than Kieran, she doesn't see them as a trainer, but as a friend, another pokemon she can talk to. but I like to think they have close calls during indigo disc. specifically during Drayton's trial. and then the terapagos thing. why does it crawl towards them? simple it's a pokemon so they head towards it to be friends. Where this gets all revealed is in Mochi Mayhem. Due to me seeing that Pecharunt's mochi doesn't work on pokemon the same way. So Florian/Juliana DID eat one, but didn't think much of it until the fight with Kieran's grandparents. Then they panic. because if it didn't effect them it's because they're a pokemon.... and their secret will be outed to kieran.

With everyone making their own Toxic Chain Possession Aus and me being huge a fan of them, I think it’s time that I took my own take on the Au! I’ll start things out with the peach himself: Pecharunt.

Now, a few things to note, I’m really bad at drawing so when it comes to appearances, I’ll try my best to describe them, with all that said, let’s start with him!

Pecharunt in my Au (no name yet), sort of has a snowball effect when it comes to his role in the story. He mainly appears in the base game but only in the Naranjuva (Naranja + Uva) academy. Later, his role ramps up through The Teal Mask and The Indigo Disk, before finally becoming the main antagonist in the final 2 (new and original) stories (by me).

But wait, how does he appear in the base game if he’s stuck in Kitakami? Well, let’s start by listing how he looks like in his various appearances:

His shell form is more or less the same as a regular Pecharunt, however, the colour is now more of a magenta colour but leading into looking like a Pecha Berry, the nubs on top now resembles more like the leaves. The circle area where his eyes were now vaguely resemble crossbones but act like a mask, his eyes are also yellow in colour with a magenta filter. However, he also has a visible miasmic aura and several curved gaseous toxic spikes around his shell, which can be used to fling them out like missiles or shorten them and use the shell to fling himself as a wrecking ball.

In his revealed form, his body shape is more or less the same as the original, but with some differences, his eyes are now Teal in colour with yellow markings underneath his eyes. His ‘hair’ is now a mix of indigo and magenta, and his hands are scarlet (left hand) and violet (right hand), both being darker in colour. He has a mouth but doesn’t show it unless when he’s talking, and has the same skull crossbones like mask on his face. And from the halves of his shell (which have more cracks than the original), 2 chains that are claw-like at the end come out from there, acting like fists.

Now, it still doesn’t explain why he appears in the base game. It’s not like he has a human form right?

Ok he does:

in his human form, he goes by the alias: 'Momotaro' (Reaaaaaal subtle, I know). He’s roughly 14-15 years old, so, around Florian and Juliana’s age and height. His skin is the same as people living in the era where momotaro takes place. His eye colour is magenta and his hair remains the same, albeit, it now more resembles canon Pecharunt’s hair. He wears the summer or winter uniform depending on the month. He also has a scarlet glove on his left hand and a violet glove on his right. As you can tell, he attends Naranjuva Academy just 1.5 years before The Twins (Florian and Juliana), why did he do it? Well, no one knows.

During The Teal Mask DLC, he wears the same summer outfit but during the 'Festival of Masks', he dons a traditional Japanese outfit reminiscent of Momotaro, except that it's now in his colour scheme. He also wears a mask that vaguely resembles his shell form.

During The Indigo Disk DLC, he wears the same uniform as Florian and Juliana. Although, at times, he does wear a Scarlet uniform and a Violet jacket.

Personality: Pecharunt is calm, collected and intimidating simultaneously. He is also extremely patient, seeing as he waited 7216 years in preparation for his plan to be carried out. He's also a quick thinker and adaptable in a fight, being able to use information he had noticed against his opponents and exploits them in order to use it against them. Pecharunt prefers fight over flight as it allows him to test his skills and learn what he can do better. Despite his serious demeanour, he's shown to act casual at times, especially with his generals. Pecharunt sees the Loyal 3 and his generals as valued allies, like a tight-knit family. He also will kill anyone that stands in his way of his plans, but he prefers to erase their memories instead since he finds killing 'too messy'. As Momotaro, he's a bit anti-social, preferring to stay alone and read books. He's also a bit meek and shy when communicating, this may be an act though, he has a bit of Matpat in him, being a theorist. Once you get to know him, he can be a pretty nice guy. However, this makes him the prime target for bullies, but he doesn't say anything. When he's battling another trainer, pray he doesn't clobber you instantly. His team is stupidly strong and he does not give his opponent a single chance to attack. He would normally say this before a battle starts:

"In this battle [insert name], I'm gonna put you through hell before you die..."

This is the most common variation but there are others as well.

Next time, I'll explain his powers, abilities, Pokemon teams, history and trivia next time. Until then, this is me, signing off!
