Finished reading “Star Wars: A New Dawn” for May the Fourth (be with you).

And spent the next 7 hours placing 500 in the castle and 500 in the Hazbin Hotel

Yeah he highkey didn’t want to take that chance regardless but he wasn’t lying when he said he was looking on his terms. Him bringing the ducks back to you as he found them

You counting them but Angel distracting you so much you had to double count everything like four times.

When he found them all the hotel surprisingly didn’t burn down, which caused almost everyone to give Husk money

“Hah.. old cats still got it”

Yeah Husk knew it wouldn’t be that dramatic considering if it had any involvement with you, or Lucifer, Lucifer could’ve easily fixed the building before it got to the point of that

He is fucking good

Alastor making the ducks dissolve in thin air once you counted them all and confirmed they were all found and Lucifer mourning the loss of his ducks while you and Charlie awkwardly comfort him.

Alastor instantly going back to his room with the worlds most irritating smile

“Please when you have this.. duck hunting again..you have it NOT HERE”

“Well that went better than I thought..”

And that was the end of the Great Duck Hunt of the century

It was the most fun Lucifer ever had.

And to see Alastor in that state was the icing on the cake.

He loved you so much and was 100% going to make himself a trophy since he found them all

It’s just the little things you do or even in this case the big things that make him appreciate you even more

Especially if it involves pissing off Alastor my god you got hella bonus points for that shit

It all happens very quickly, in the end. Hob’s group of friends are getting rowdy, and he really wants to leave... then again, there is a really cute dancer making the rounds. So he stays a little longer. Dream reaches Hob’s group, and he starts doing his usual routine - lap dances, no touching. Until one of the guys lurches out of the booth to go throw up and knocks Dream to the floor.

Hob, being a gentleman, quickly helps the dancer up. The thing is... Dream is wearing next to nothing. Just a skimpy thong and high heels. So Hob has to touch him to help him up and make sure that nothing is broken.

It's safe to say that the entire club goes still. Hob’s hand is wrapped around Dream’s ribcage, and everyone can see the marks beginning to appear! On Dream’s ribs and Hob's hand - intricate patterns of feathers and infinity symbols.

They apologise simultaneously. Hob is apologising for touching without permission. Dream, well... he's kind of apologising for existing. For being Hob’s soulmate. For being an embarrassment. Hob, sensing this through their newly forming bond, puts his other hand on Dream’s cheek. Tiny jewel-like symbols appear on both of their skins. Hob has never been more love-struck or captivated in his entire life.

Hesitantly, Dream puts his own hand on Hob’s cheek and watches the symbols appear on the stubbly warm skin. It's like watching the sun come out.

Years later, they'll come back to the club - for anniversaries, mainly. Every time they come back, they both have new marks joyfully displayed on their skin. And Hob proudly tells everyone that he met his soulmate in a strip club - because he'll never be ashamed of his independent, beautiful, darling Dream - and because it makes other people sooooo uncomfortable, hehe!

To me, she's always come off as being well balanced between the strict, stoic lead spy persona, but also not letting it consume her and not being afraid to show/admit that she really does care (unlike Twilight and Nightfall, who obsess about keeping up their facades). As much as she joked around with Nightfall, it's obvious she really does care. I have a feeling that whatever harsh decisions await Twilight in the future, she'll support him over WISE.

Meanwhile, it's so touching that Yor got better at cooking! Shows how much her heart-to-heart conversation with Loid in the previous chapter affected her 😊 How did she hurt her nose though? My guess is a splash from some boiling water in a pot 😯

But omg, so much wholesome Anya & Yor moments. I was reeling! 😍

And Bond was hilarious in this chapter! His animal impressions are 👌

The result of his elephant impression had me in stitches 🤣 He became Cubchoo!

Also his "don't I look fabulous?" pose when Franky comes in 😆

I especially loved this panel of Yor brushing Bond. Even though Yor is the one who bathes him, we've hardly seen them interact, and the impression we've been given is that Bond is kind of afraid of her. So seeing how relaxed he can be with her (and tail wagging!) is super sweet ❤

Also what she says to Bond here is similar to what she said to Loid previously 😁

Speaking of Loid, the poor man is so tired! He already experienced so many feelings the day before, so he had to quickly go back in his room before the wholesome atmosphere currently in the Forger house made him get more feelings!
