alone: How does your OC deal with loneliness? Have they ever been completely alone before? How do they act when there's no one around to see them?

"...how does anyone deal with loneliness?" A deflection, though it isn't much of one. This is a simple question, but it feels awfully personal being directed at him.

Raziel offers a sigh. "I'm... used to it, I guess? I was alone a lot as a kid. Kind of had to be. I'd get sick going outside. Trying new foods. Meeting people was pretty out of the question." There's no bitterness, just a tired resignation.

"Parents had to ward our home like crazy to keep everything else out, too. Didn't have the usual house faeries or spirits. Couldn't afford to risk it." So even intangible company was out of the question.

"...and well. You can imagine I wasn't making many friends when I was..." he gestures vaguely at his current body. No longer human, implied rather than said. "Sometimes it's comfortable." Familiar. Peaceful, after too many eyes have been on him. "...sometimes, it isn't." Only a reminder of time that slipped through his frail fingers.

"Back then... I slept a lot. Read a lot. Drew. Studied. Just... tried to be busy." Anything not to start clawing at the walls. Quiet depressive madness. "...now, I take time when I need it. When I don't want it, I do something about it."

Abilities:

Nephilim Physiology - enhanced physical and mental abilities granted to her by the angel blood of Raziel in her veins and also by the angelic Marks of the Gray Book. This includes enhanced strength, speed, agility, stamina, and coordination, which continue to improve over time and practice.

The Sight - easily see through most magical illusions and layers of glamour over reality.

Runic Magic - Due to the angel blood in their veins, all Shadowhunters are all able to apply runes on their skin without any real danger. These Marks, in turn, give varied effects that serve to benefit the wearer.

Use of Heavenly Weapons - able to perform tasks unique to their species, such as the ability to use and call on the power of angels for their seraph blades, as well as to handle any heavenly weapons or objects with effect, which would normally not work for other species.

Expert Hand to Hand Combat - highly skilled in armed and unarmed combat

Heavenly Fire Manipulation - entire cellular system became infused with heavenly fire as it covered around her body which would kill her and any downworlder with demonic blood if she made physical contact.

Telekinesis - commonly shown controlling people and objects through the use of hand gestures.

Teleportation - can magically teleport people and items from one place to another.

Portal Opening - can open portals or a dimensional doorway that can be used as a means for rapid travel all over the world

Healing - capable of rapidly and completely healing other people

Warding - able to put up powerful barriers of magic that can protect buildings/locations

Conjuration - able to effortlessly conjure objects like

Astral Projection - able to project a holographic version of herself

Summoning - able to summon either demonic or angelic entities.

Shield Generation - able to project a shield comprised of see-through red energy to protect herself

Relationships:

Alec Lightwood -

Her older brother by 1 year. He trained her and showed her how to use her powers when she was still very young. He is also someone she can talk to openly about her sexuality, and feeling towards the same sex.

Isabelle Lightwood -

Her younger sister by 1 year. These two could talk about the most random of things for absolute hours and lose complete track of time. These two can also train for hours or even days without growing tired, then go and sit at a bar messing with prey and mundanes.

Jace Herondale -

It's her baby brother, she would protect him with her every inch of her soul, just as he would for her. But there are times where she could kill him, even of the smallest of things.

Clary Fairchild -

Like literal sisters. The two love sitting in either of their rooms and just drawing as they listen to her friends band on repeat.

Magnus Bane -

If it weren't Mangos sharing parts of his soul with her she would be dead. She owes him a great debt that would never be repaid in her mindset. He is also her big brother in law that hugs her tightly, and helps her when she loses control of her new warlock abilities. He protects her with all he'd got like a big brother would for his baby sister.

Lilith -

They dated for 2 years. It was an awful relationship. Never to return.

Rhea Ripley / Demi Bennett -

Demi could see her on a mission, no Mundane should be able to see a Shadowhunters while their under Glamour. She had to save Demi and take her back to the base after a vampire attack, and from there on they where inseparable. Salem blames it on Mangos and Isabella.

Robert Lightwood -

There is no relationship

Maryse Lightwood -

There is no relationship

Max Lightwood -

She hasn't seen Max since she was an infant, but she cares for him deeply through stories and memories.

Meet my (and my little brother's ^.^) first Darksiders OC.

Raziel. The Archangel of Dark Secrets. Here's my headcannon for him:

One of the older and most mysterious angels of the White City

Normally, none of the angels is considered even slightly ominous or downright sinister but Raziel brakes this unwritten rule.

A little younger than Azrael, who's his best friend, one of the few

Cherub (as you can see above)

He is a seer. His gift of foresight is frowned upon by envious angels and feared by the rest

Blind. Raziel lost his eyesight after reading a cursed tome when he was young. No healer was able to help him

His visions usually come in dreams or in random moments when he's close to a person the said vision is about

Cryptic™. Visions he receives are hazy and unclear, and require a lot of energy and concentration to maintain. They're rarely very detailed

Most of the angels avoid him like plague as he creeps them out. Many believe his visions and exposure to dark magic drove him mad

In truth, he's a very gentle and soft spoken man. He rarely ever raises his voice

Hums a lot, usually soft tunes that bring him peace

He's single. His way of being scares off any potential partners

"Any friend of Azrael is a friend of mine."

Well... while he considered Abaddon his friend, Raziel was one of the very few things that scared the older archangel (every time Raziel turned all spooky and spoke of an evil omen over Abaddon's head, the leader of the Hellguard went "NOPE, screw this 😨" and proceeded to remove himself from the immediate vicinity XD)

Formally, he goes by "Keeper Raziel"

Shares a lot in common with Jamareah and finds him an enjoyable company

To prevent future accidents with dangerous artifacts and tomes of ancient magic, Raziel decided to create a vault where all such items will be under his supervision

Carries his keys everywhere (he may be blind but don't try to steal any from him. Bad idea. Awful.)

He's a powerful sorcerer but he can't compete with Azrael. His speciality are protective wards and lifting curses

Knows forbidden magics but doesn't dare to use them unless it's truly necessary

Used to guard the Seven Seals

Agreed to give them up after Abaddon convinced him to, even though he sensed something horrible coming from this

Mourned the fate of Earth along with Azrael. After this, he lost his faith in his foresight and himself

Conducts research on the Chronospheres in hopes that one he will be able to move the time back and save the countless lives so unnecessarily lost in the Endwar.

While not fond of humanity per se, he finds mortals interesting and holds no prejudice against them

Tends to overthink things and can be found lost in thought quite often

Doesn't talk much, but when he does, he uses a lot of sophisticated and difficult words

Owns a rare, winged serpent that often coils around his arm. The reptile acts as his eyes, communicating with Raziel through telepathy (I have yet to draw this one 😩)
