100% yes.

Noir created a very deep bond with Miles on Earth-1016 when he was in hiding from Miguel. The man treated Miles like his own kid even if he already had parents who loved him. Noir was more of the parent who looked out for their kid when saving the city, knowing the dangerous that it brings and teaching the kid new things along the way.

Everyone already knew that his Miles wasn’t suppose to be Spider-Man and that the spider that bit him belonged to another universe, but even after the change the universe always found ways to keep things balanced out. Yes, they lost a spider in Miles world, but he was there to continue on his work and with the help of a thief.

During their time with Miguel, Noir had forced both adult and kid to spend time with each other if they ever planned to get along. Miguel would say that he isn’t good with kids, even though that was a complete lie. He was a family man and with the time he spent with Miles he grew to like the kid and grow protective of him at times too.

It wasn’t until an incident happened during a mission, both Noir and Miles were in the process of capturing an anomaly when a portal opened up just below him, sucking him in while another anomaly came out, closing above him and leaving Miles on his own to deal with the mess.

Resulting in Noir appearing on Earth 42 where he meets a different version of Miles. A less sweeter kid and a more broken one. When Noir first met the prowler he figured he was going against Miles deceased uncle only to be proven wrong when he’s captured by the prowler and is revealed to be none other than Miles.

But it wasn’t his Miles.

His Miles didn’t have eyes full of hate and sorrow.

At first Miles E42 wouldn’t pay him any mind, perhaps a threat here and there and telling him to stay away, but Noir wouldn’t listen and would follow the kid everywhere. It’s not like he had anywhere else to go, he was stuck here until Miguel finds a way to get him back home.

E42 Miles had his own struggles, with being the cities vigilante and with his mother working extra shifts at the hospital in order to maintain the both in a corrupt city. Noir knew that it was wrong of him to go back to his old ways, but the thought of seeing this Miles suffering made him want to do something.

So, he started stealing again.

With the time he had in the city he was quick to adjust, knowing who was rich enough to steal from and taking their most valuable stuff from them. He’d used the items he took and pawned them into cash giving the money to Rio and Miles in order to afford a roof over their heads. At first Miles E42 wasn’t too fond of Noir doing this for them, still not trusting the thief.

Noir didn’t care of the kid didn’t trust him, he simply wanted to see the kids mother and him have a stable life on this universe. There were still times that noir would follow the kid around the city, watching him fight crime and deal with the sinister six on his own.

Noir had actually stepped into one of the fights when he found out how close they were to killing the kid. He was able to get Miles away from the situation before it got worse, only it didn’t result into either of them getting hurt, but it did result into them arguing.

“I’m not him!”

E42 Miles had said that to him once, reminding Noir that he wasn’t his Miles and that he didn’t need his help or parental treatment. No matter how hard Noir wants to accept the fact that this is not his Miles, he can’t help but to continue watching over the kid.

His or not.

He cared for him.

Their relationship is rocky and with the time he had left on E42 he wasn’t able to bond with the kid personally. Yes, he’s saved the kids life multiple times and yes he’s gotten back to stealing again in order to help maintain the kids family. But no matter how hard he tried to get the kid to like him it always turned out to be in failure, but he never gave up.
