here's a spell okay. this works, swear down
sit on your front porch in the morning. you've got to be wearing a Comfy for this part.
i'm not encouraging this bit i am just reporting faithfully on my process but you're going to have to smoke a cigarette. red bull sits to your right, must be 16 oz.+
make up a tiny song. it's gotta go like "not gonna cry at work today" repetitively, tune = dealer's choice. don't overthink it, it's not the macarena.
do all that.
you've got to be wearing your makeup from the day before because you slept in it also. it's the equivalent of "like to charge".

WiP Music
For @originalficfest day 5, Music day.
Sorceress Apprentice
 I have a spotify playlist https://open.spotify.com/user/meridian-rose/playlist/3BUhlrU9LE7h0EdbtDSYZ8
which includes
We're Off to See the Wizard (Wizard of Oz) – the story begins when Bryony and Kerine, worried about the lack of water, go to visit the sorcerer who lives up on the hill
Storm (Vivaldi, Vanessa Mae) – Bryony's element is mostly water but also air; she's a storm sorceress
The Devil's Fiddler (Nick Pym) – the annual summer festival's ritual dance seals the bond between Bryony and Emeri
As Long as You're Mine (from Wicked) – with the lyrics
Say there's no future for us as a pair ...  and though I may know I don't care ... Just for this moment as long as you're mine
Bryony doubts that Emeri could ever truly love a commoner, despite his reassurances, but more pressing is the issue that he's dying and their time together is limited – though Bryony won't give up hope on that score and wants to make the most of their time together regardless.

a spotify playlist
which includes the main themes:
Big Bad Wolf (Duck Soup) for Romaine
La Vida Loca (Ricky Martin) for El
Men in Black (Will Smith) since they're field agents dealing with the supernatural
For the project overall I was stunned by "The Wolf and the Moon" (Karliene) because it has these lyrics
On a cold winter night… A wolf lay wounded and cold A fight with a bear That left him exposed He lifted his gaze To the shimmering moon And death was growing near
At the start of the novel Wolf shifter Romaine is wounded, betrayed, he believes by his partner, a Therian whose animal form is a bear.
The moon was full, a bright white against the indigo sky. Romaine lay on the grass and stared up at the cloudless expanse, struggling for breath.
His hand found the wound. When he lifted his hand to his face, his fingers were dripping with his blood.
It seemed impossible. Yet here he was, shot with silver, or on such a night he'd already be healing instead of haemorraging.

New Years Eve Dreams
Good bye 2017 Hello 2018! Happy new year!!!
Castel taps his foot to a random rhythm on the damp concrete. He stares at his watch so hard he’s surprised it hasn’t burst into flames under his fiery demanding gaze. His date was supposed to be here over an hour ago, he’s missed half of the party. With a heavy huff he sticks his hand back into his jacket pocket staring out into the cold snowy night.
Why does this keep happening? What does he do wrong? He and Jaylee have been on five dates before tonight, if she didn’t like him would she have kept accepting his offers?
Maybe she just liked getting a free meal...He thinks sourly.
He did really like her, she was funny and cute, smart and pretty, she was fun and kind of nerdy, she was pretty much perfect! He likes her a lot...well he likes her for the most part...he likes her is the point here.
Maybe she had fallen asleep so she could stay up later tonight. Maybe she’s just still asleep. Yeah, yeah she’s not standing him up, she’s just asleep is all!
He takes his phone out and pulls her name up on his screen. He’s already called her twice and texted her four times...maybe she’s a heavy sleeper...
With frozen fingers he calls her again, standing silently as he listens to the phone ring.
Ring...ring...ring...ring...ring...Hey you got Jaylee! You know how this works, leave me a message!
He sighs and hangs up the phone. He leans against the brick wall of the building, staring up into the sky watching as the snow flakes slowly float to the ground. He kind of thought this would happen eventually. It always happens. Not that he’s trying to throw a pity party, or seem pessimistic, or cynical...but he was anticipating this sort of ending in the back of his mind. It had been burning there since their first date, but despite his fears he had pressed on with a second date. Then a third, a fourth, a fifth...he thought they were getting serious so he invited her to the party. Ring in the New Year together.
“You frozen out here yet?”
He turns and smiles weakly at Joy. She stands on the top step in her black dress with gold sparkles. Her bright purple puffy coat wrapped around her body.
“Not quite,” he chuckles as she walks down next to him.
“Jaylee isn’t coming, huh?” She asks gently
He shrugs and stuffs his hands in his pockets again, “I guess not.”
Joy hums and a moment of silence passes between them. He watches as she glances down at her feet. Her curls cascade down along her shoulder like curtains, twisting and turning in random ways yet it looks like it’s been done on purpose. A gold necklace twinkles against her neck in the dim street light. A small smile tugs on his lips, gosh she’s just so beautiful it kills him.
“I’m sorry Cassie,” Joy says and looks up at him with a remorseful frown.
He shakes his head and shrugs again, “No worries Jojo, it was bound to happen sooner or later.”
Her sad frown turns into an irritated glower as her eyebrows furrow on her brow.
“Why would you say such a horrible thing Castel?”
He blinks realizing he said his internal thoughts aloud and quickly tries to backtrack.
“I just mean I wasn’t sure if she was happy or not so I--”
“Prepared for the world to come crashing down on you.” Joy says with a bitter snap in her voice.
He cringes at her harsh tone causing her anger to dissolve from her face. She sighs and looks at her best friend sadly.
“You don’t need to anticipate that all your relationships will end in a blaze Cas,” she smiles sweetly. “You’re a great guy Cassie just because you haven’t gotten a girl to stick doesn’t mean you never will.”
He smiles kindly and nods, “I understand Joy.”
“I don’t think you do,” she laughs airily and wraps her arms around him.
His smile grows as he holds her close, resting his head on hers.
“It’ll happen for you,” Joy says against his chest. “These girls just keep passing up the perfect guy cause they’re all stupid.”
He chuckles at that and she smiles against his chest.
He hums as silence passes between them again and he sighs.
“Maybe I’m too clingy or something,” he says thinking out loud.
Joy sighs and looks up at him, “I really don’t think you’re the problem Cassie. Honest and truly I don’t.”
He smirks, “Yeah, yeah but you’re my best friend.”
She quirks a brow grinning, “Are you insinuating that I’m obligated to say nice things to you?”
He shakes his head and hugs her tight, “Not at all Jojo, just saying you see me from a different angle than a girlfriend.”
She shrugs hugging him, “I guess...that’s a fair statement.”
He smiles and looks down at her again as she takes a step back.
“Will you come inside now?” She smiles up at him, “Before you turn into a Cassie-sicle?”
He chuckles and nods, “Yes I will.”
“Good,” Joy says and takes his hand leading him back to the party.
“There you are!” A voice greets them as they cross the threshold.
Nathan slings his arms around Castel greeting his long time friend and business partner. Castel laughs and hugs him back.
“I wasn’t sure if you were gonna come in or leave,” Nathan grins at Castel.
“I like being fashionably late,” Castel chuckles and Nathan laughs.
“So where’s your girl?” Nathan asks
Castel ignores the sting that pricks his heart and manages to hold his smile.
“Ah she couldn’t make it tonight,” he shakes his head. “I don’t think we’re gonna work out.”
Nathan’s smile drops, the giddiness in his voice giving way to condolence. “Oh, I’m sorry dude I didn’t know.”
Castel smiles and shakes his head again, “Nothing to be sorry for bro.”
Nathan looks down then smiles. He slings his arm around Castel’s neck pulling him into a head lock.
“Forget about her this is a party!” Nathan laughs giving Castel a noogie causing Castel to laugh as well.
“Alright, alright!” Castel laughs pulling his head free.
Nathan claps his back, “Come on let’s get you a drink!”
================
As the party goes on Castel finds himself more and more happy with the fact that Jaylee did stand him up. He hasn’t spent this much time with his friends in a while, he’s happy to see everyone. Amy, Scarlet, Nathan, a bunch of friends he’s made through business, and of course a majority of the group is made up of Joy’s friends.
Said hostess sits next to him on the couch as they talk, and drink, and laugh. He’s never seen Joy have more than one cup of wine before in his life, seeing her down a few cups of the spiked punch kind of makes him laugh. Not that she was drunk or anything, but the slight glaze in her eyes told him she was getting a nice buzz. She leans against him as she laughs at a funny story Nathan was telling. His smile grows as he watches her enjoy her party.
Hours fly by as they dance and play games. Castel passes by the bathroom watching from the sidelines as small groups clump together around the room. Music drifts through the air, but inspires no one to move not even Joy. His eyes wander to Joy and suddenly a small fact smacks him in the face. Joy has been wandering around the party this whole time by herself. Where’s Cliff? She hadn’t told him they broke up, then again she hadn’t mentioned Cliff would be here. Now that he’s thinking about it he hasn’t seen Cliff around in ages...
His eyebrows scrunch up as he wonders why Cliff is M.I.A. He shakes his head concluding that this is a conversation to have later and right now he needs to focus on having fun. He looks back at Joy and thinks how all she’s been doing is talking and hosting the past few hours. She hasn’t gotten up once to dance. A goofy grin twists his lips as he downs the rest of his drink and bumbles over to the DJ. The guy was someone Joy had met in one of her art courses at college and they’ve stayed in touch after all these years, Joy was incredible like that no matter how many years past she managed to stay in touch with everyone she’s ever met. Anyways when Joy asked if he wanted a gig he didn’t pass up the opportunity to hang out with her again.
“Let me guess,” the DJ says before Castel has even gotten his mouth open. “Something slow like White Christmas or perhaps classical like Bon Jovi’s Never Say Goodbye.”
Castel gives the guy a queer look as if to ask “what?” and the guy points to Castel’s outfit.
“Three piece suit and tie you don’t look like the kind of guy who’s ready rock out,” the DJ kind of chuckles.
Castel blinks feeling slightly offended he glances around the room suddenly self-conscious that’s he’s overdressed for the party. Seeing other guys in two piece suits, or just dress shirts and ties he relaxes...only slightly. Ignoring the offended feelings that this guy has assumed a lot about Castel just from his clothes, Castel smiles and shakes his head.
“No, no,” he chuckles. “Actually I was wondering if you had any kind of line dances? Maybe Funky Town, Cupid Shuffle, or the Macarena?” He smiles trying to think of the one kind of dances Joy cannot resist getting up and grooving to.
Slightly surprised the guy nods, “Oh yeah, sure I got some songs like that.”
“Great thanks,” he smiles and walks back to the drinks table.
He grabs some liqueur making up two mixed drinks before heading back over to Joy. He pouts a little seeing in his journey he’s lost his seat, so he stands there for a moment trying to figure out where he should go. But when Joy sees him she smiles and stands up motioning for him to sit. He smiles and takes her seat handing her one of the drinks. She thanks him and sits back down in his lap continuing in her very heated conversation.
“The original ending to Little Shop of Horrors was the better ending,” Joy laughs sipping her drink.
“No way! It did terrible in the box office,” another member of the group says--he’s met this guy before what was his name again? Bob? Billy? Brandon?
“Happily ever after isn’t always the better ending Brian,” Joy shakes her head.
Ah Brian that’s it!
“It got better feedback.”
“But Frank Oz didn’t stand by his work,” Joy shakes her head. “He shouldn’t have crumbled and catered to the haters. He should have stood by his art through thick and thin.”
Castel chuckles downing half of his drink listening to the ongoing debate when he hears the unmistakable intro to the Macarena drifts through the speakers. The way Joy’s eye widen and she bounces in his lap makes his smile grow so wide his cheeks are actually starting to hurt.
“Sorry Brian gonna have to put this disagreement on pause cause this is my jam!” Joy squeaks and leaps to her feet, “Come on Cassie!” She takes his drink from his hand setting both drinks down. Replacing the red solo cup with her soft, warm hand she yanks him to his feet and drags him out to the center of the room.
He laughs watching her go through the simple moves with gusto, she just seems to flow right with the beat. More people gather around dancing to the line dance song, although they aren’t so much in a line as more of a clump. Castel does his best to flow the moves, but the alcohol is making it difficult for him to keep up...not that he’s certain he’d be able to do this dance sober. Joy giggles and slows down taking his hands walking him through the motions. He scrunches his eyebrows in concentration as he focuses extremely hard as she guides his arms through the motions. They both start giggling as she walks him through the whole song three times before letting go. He tries, he really does, but he keeps doing the moves out of order causing Joy to laugh harder. Enjoying hearing her laughter he smiles deciding he’d like to hear more. So he slowly puts his hands behind his head flapping his elbows like a bird. His smile grows when she laughs so hard she snorts.
“You dork!” She giggles, “This is one of the easiest dance songs how do you keep messing it up?”
He smiles and shrugs deciding to own his mess up continuing to do the song out of order. Joy giggles ending up messing up her own motions as well. He laughs and shakes his head.
“Forget this,” he says and takes her into his arms.
She snorts and giggles as he takes her one hand and starts to waltz to the line dance song. She follows his lead as he spins and dips her earning them an array of looks--some confused, some enjoying their fun, some strange. He doesn’t care though, he knows she doesn’t either which causes him to relax more into being a goof. He’s happy to see her smiling and giggling, and enjoying her own party. Feeling confident he picks her up and spins around listening to her squeak and giggle as the song fades out. Feeling a bit dizzy he stops and sets her back down.
“Oh boy Cassie,” Joy smiles and grips his shoulders trying to steady herself. “That was not the Macerena you know?”
He grins and nods, “I know.”
She giggles and hugs him, “I’m so glad you’re here.”
He hugs her back, “Me too.”
He smiles and turns to head back to their seats, but instead runs right into Nathan. Apparently he had been walking over to talk to Castel and was very close to him, causing the two males to knock their heads together. They both yelp at the new pain that floods their faces. Castel stumbles back holding his nose, but he doesn’t manage to hold his ground. He trips over his own feet and barrels back into the snack table, which collapse under his weight causing bowls and plates of food to go flying.
Gasps fill the room and all the enjoyment which filled him only seconds ago has completely drained from his body. Someone pulls him to a sitting position as a moan escapes him. He opens his eyes to see everyone is staring at him. He swallows feeling something warm dripping down his lips. Joy’s face comes into view as she scans him over.
“You’re ok Cassie,” she says sweetly and holds his cheek.
“I’m s-sorry,” he stutters seeing the mess he’s made.
She shakes her head picking some cheese cubes out of his hair, “No worries Casanova, I can always order pizza.” She smiles and winks at him.
She gets him to a standing position and pushes his head back kind of roughly, “You’re nose is bleeding, keep you’re head back.” She instructs before turning back to the party. “He’s alright folks,” she smiles. “Just a little banged up no worries carry on.”
Slowly he hears the conversations pick back up as the attention turns away from him. He feels Joy’s small hand on his shoulder run down his arm taking a hold of his hand.
“Dude I’m so sorry,” he hears Nathan’s voice say. “I didn’t realize I was so close.” He chuckles, “Maybe I should slow down with the drinks, they’re affecting my depth perception.”
Castel smiles, “No worries bro just a little bump.”
“A little?” Nathan laughs, “You’re bleeding!”
“Yes speaking of which let’s go get you cleaned up,” Joy says leading down the hall.
He sits in the bathroom, on the toilet with his head back as Joy gently wipes the blood from his face. She smiles sweetly at him.
“Your sniffer isn’t broken or anything,” she says not stopping in her ministration. “You might have a black eye, but that’s about it.”
He smiles, “Thanks Jojo.”
They’re both quiet for a few moments before he clears his throat.
“So where’s Cliff?” He asks
She smiles sadly and sits in front of him, “You’re not the only one with a date that couldn’t come tonight.”
He pouts, “I’m sorry J-bird.”
She shrugs, “No worries.”
He hesitates, “So are you two...um...”
“Yes,” she nods, “For about a month now.”
“Why didn’t you tell me?” He asks surprised
She shrugs again, “We were both busy, and it didn’t upset me so I figured I could tell ya next time I saw you.”
“You’re not upset?”
“Not at all,” she smiles, “in fact I think deep down I was secretly hoping for this...Cliff wasn’t the most exciting guy.”
He smirks, “Well what did you expect from a museum tour guide?”
She laughs, narrowing her eyes at him, and pushes his chin up, “Head back smart alec.”
He chuckles, “Aw I am sorry Jojo.”
“Don’t be,” she smiles. “It’s better this way, I’ve been happier in this month apart than I ever was in the four months we were dating.”
“I know how you feel,” he says.
“I thought you were happy with Jaylee?”
He shakes his head as she pats his forming black eye with cold water, “Not really. She was more of a fling than anything.”
“Well aren’t we a pair,” she smirks.
He smiles, “That we are.”
She sighs, “I’m only sad I won’t get to have a mightnight’s kiss.” He pouts and she giggles, “It’s alright. It’ll happen eventually I’m sure.”
“I know,” he sighs. “But I also know how much you’ve fantasized about it.”
She sighs again but this time with a pang of remorse in her voice, “Yeah. I’ve imagined it to be perfect.”
He smiles lovingly at her, “Tell me about it.”
She pokes his side, “I’ve told you before.”
He chuckles, “I know, but tell me again.”
She rolls her eyes as she holds his nose to slow the blood flow, “We’d be at a party like this. Everyone would start counting down to the new year, we’d be together. And at midnight we’d kiss...” she pauses her eyes drifting away from his. “But it’d be perfect, like nothing before. It’d be like having a whole year in one kiss.” She shakes her head and smiles at him, “And then you know we’d set off confetti poppers, or noise makers, and cheer...but in that one moment, in that one embrace...everything would be perfect.”
He smiles up at her, he loves hearing her wantings, her daydreams. He hates not seeing her happy and get those dreams she creates. Although the probability of all those dreams coming true with any guy is very unlikely, he still wants to see them all happen in her life. To see her get every single aspect her sweet heart desires no matter how big or small would make his life complete.
She smiles back at him in such a way his heart starts to pound immediately. He watches in silence as she finishes patching him up. His eyes lock with hers for a brief moment. He notes the blush that dusts her cheeks before she clears her throat and drops his gaze.
“There you’re battle scars are clean,” she teases and sits him up. “You’ll live to see another day.”
He chuckles and stands up, “Thanks Nurse Jojo.”
“No prob, bob,” she says and playfully shoves him.
They both giggle for a moment before silence falls again. Their eyes lock once more but this time she doesn’t look away from him. They stand there only a few inches apart, staring at each other. In any other moment, with any other person, he would have felt awkward and uncomfortable. But in this moment, with her... he doesn’t. He feels his heart pounding in his chest for a reason he does not want to admit, he feels everything that he’s been ignoring for so many years. He wants to see her dreams come true...but how is any other guy going to know exactly what she wants without having to ask or guess? Especially not some guy like Cliff. He’s known her since they were kids, he knows everything she wants. He already knows all of her dreams and everything she wants in a relationship...he has to say something!
“Joy,” he says his voice cracking in a way it hasn’t since he was twelve.
She smiles, but bites back the urge to tease him as he clears his throat.
“Joy I just...um...” he clears his throat again more from nerves than the need to actually clear it. “I’m um...you j-just...” he stutters trying hard to gather his thoughts.
“Cas,” she says his name through a breath just wishing for him to speak.
He swallows taking a breath desperate to carry forward, when a loud rapping on the door breaks his concentration causing both of them to jump.
“Guys! Come on! The count down is about to start!” Nathan calls from the other side of the door.
They both look at each other. Joy’s hand instantly begins to play with her hair, twisting her curls around her finger. Castel rubs the back of his neck, stuffing his hand in his other pocket. They both refuse to look at each other.
“W-we don’t wanna miss the minute the new year comes, do we?” Castel asks with a nervous forced laugh.
Joy blinks and smiles, “Not at all.”
Castel smiles and opens the door bowing, “After you m’lady.”
Joy giggles and curtsies, “Thank you good Sir.”
They both walk out to the group now gathered around the television. Horns, confetti poppers, and noise makers in hand Joy and Castel join the group. As the ball begins to drop and everyone begins the countdown into the new year, Castel feels something tugging on his heart strings.
He can be honest with himself for just a moment...he never wanted Jaylee. He liked her sure, but only because she reminded him of someone who he loved. Someone he truly loved, someone he truly wanted as his own. He bites his lip as the countdown gets closer to ten his heart begins to hammer. He can’t let another year go by withholding these feelings, these thoughts, these longings. Whether it ends with his feelings hitting a brick wall and shattering he doesn’t care. He has to take a chance. He has to take a risk. If nothing else to be rid of these feelings.
He leans down to her ear so she can hear him.
“Joy I just realized something,” he says. “So we’ve both missed out at having a midnight’s kiss.”
Joy laughs, “I guess we have, huh?”
“B-but maybe not,” he shrugs. “I mean we’re here aren’t we? I mean it’s like how you’ve dreamt, we’re counting down at a party. W-with noise makers,” he smiles brushing the end of his fringed horn against her ear.
She giggles and pushes his hand away and he smiles.
“You have a point,” Joy smiles.
10...9...8...7...
Heart throbbing in his ears, “So what do you say?”
6...5...4...3...
She smiles and wraps her arms around his neck, “I wouldn’t want to enter this year any other way.”
2...1...Happy New Year!!!
The room fills with cheers and in seconds his lips find hers. It feels as if time has stopped, everything around them has slowed down as they embrace each other. He wraps his arms around her waist pulling her closer to him as he drives deeper into the kiss. He loves the way her strawberry lip-gloss tastes, the way her lips feel soft and warm against his.
He has no idea how many minutes have passed when they break apart. She blinks up at him and he lets out the breath he had no idea he was holding. He clears his throat and smiles.
“So, w-was that like you imagined it?” He asks
She smiles and kisses his nose, “There are no words Cassierole.”
He smiles as Old Lang Syne rings in his ears as the new year begins with a midnight’s kiss and several others to follow.

7th May 2017
Steve's alarm was set for 0900 so that we could all go and get breakfast together. Somehow, the alarm didn't go off and we all slept in until 1030. We rolled out of bed and went down for breakfast at 1100. Steve and Dan went over to Coles to grab some bits for breakfast. Dan ended up doing a full food shop (no surprise, the kid eats for ENGLAND). We had omelette with beans for breakfast. Sophie came along and sat with us. She was up and ready to go out. She said that there were two festivals on today - the chocolate festival and the South America Latin festival. She asked whether we were interested in going and Meg and I were definitely up for getting out of the hostel. We wasted our Friday and Saturday night so there was no way we weren't getting out today. Soph was leaving in half an hour (1230) but we were still in our PJ's eating breakfast. We said we'd meet her at the chocolate festival as we would be ready by 1300. Megs and I went upstairs, got showered and ready. 1300 appeared out of nowhere but we were ready to leave. Steve decided he wanted to tag along so he chucked some clothes on ready to leave. Dan went to the gym instead. I rang Soph and asked whether it was worth going to the chocolate festival or whether we should go straight to the Latin festival. She said to go straight to the Latin and so we did. The chocolate festival was half an hour away on the train whereas the Latin was a 20 minute walk to the Queen Victoria Market area. Steve, Megs and I walked along Elizabeth Street, the centre of Melbourne city. We popped into a few shops here and there before arriving at the market area. It was so cold outside we had hoodies, coats and scarves on. Music was loud, people were everywhere and the smell of food went straight up our nose. We walked around having a look what was about. Several food stalls, mainly South American. Various stalls with all sorts of bits and bobs that you'd expect to see. There was a Sangria stall next to the main stage where people were dancing. Loud music started to pump with loads of loud cheering and clapping. We went over to the stage area where a group of Latin ladies were doing a free Zumba class. It was brilliant! There were loads of floor space with many men and women joining in. I was smiling and laughing so much, my cheeks were hurting! Meg and I joined in a few times when the space allowed us too especially when the Macarena came on! After Zumba, it was time for Salsa and Samba! It's a shame that Sophie wasn't here yet because she does Salsa classes every Thursday here after free prosecco nights. The salsa class is free and I've been tempted to go for a while. I'm just really nervous because you have to dance with a male and I'm not all that great with interacting with people I don't know, especially when I have to wiggle my jiggle! Maybe next Thursday... Soph really enjoys it and she's going to continue when she's home so I should just get on with it and go! Steve said no, though... We were dancing around with everyone having a right laugh. We went off to try some food and ended up trying a Colombian corn cake with cheese. It looked like mash potato moulded into a cake shape. It was a particularly weird taste and texture. You had to eat it with honey which made it much better. It was only a palm size but us three couldn't eat it all. It was really sickly. The amount of cheese was something you'd dream about having. We walked around again and got some fresh American doughnuts. Not all that adventurous but they were like the fresh dinky doughnuts you got from the van at Southend but they were whole with jam in the centre. They were boiling hot and the jam was fresh! They were absolutely delicious. No wonder they offered loyalty cards - tenth purchase free! Sophie turned up around 1530 with Kerry. Kerry is another Irish girl that she met at Oz Green - they became good friends. I work with Kerry now so I already knew her. She's lovely, she also goes to Salsa on Thursday's. She's leaving to go to Bali for a month in June. I'm very jealous. The music was turned up by the main stage and loads of people were dancing freely. Many men and women doing salsa together. I wish Steve would dance! The Latina ladies looked absolutely gorgeous dancing away moving their hips! Steve text Dan to say he was missing out on the lovely ladies. We sat down for awhile whilst Sophie and Kerry had a bite to eat. They bought food from different stalls in the market, they both looked delicious! We left the market shortly after. The festival finished at 1600 but it was on all weekend. I was gutted we didn't come yesterday, I imagine it would've been much busier. The Latin festival happens once a year so I'm glad we did go. I wish we had loads of different free events in England like that. We walked to Aldi to grab some little bits. Steve wanted some chocolate and Meg wanted to look at some vegetarian sausages. It was on the way home so why not. Meg managed to find some jeans in there for $5 which is an absolute bargain! I couldn't find any in my size which was a shame. We took a stroll back to the hostel before I nearly died from phenomena. I am desperate for some sun! We really need a holiday. We all sat around the table in the kitchen drinking tea to warm us up and eating the chocolate that we bought in Aldi. We decided to plan out our weekend which sounds amazing so I'm really hoping it happens! We're going to hire a car out to go to the Peninsula Hotsprings. The hotsprings has around 20+ bathing experiences including a cave pool, reflexology walk, Turkish steam bath, sauna, cold plunge pools, family bathing area, massaging thermal mineral showers and hilltop pool. We're can arrive as soon as it opens and we can stay for as long as we want. It's going to be about $60 each for the car hire and bath entry but that's not bad at all. We're all excited so hopefully the plan doesn't fall through! ( Have a look - https://www.peninsulahotsprings.com/ ) After eating enough chocolate to make ourselves feel sick, we sat upstairs in the room. I applied for more jobs absolutely dreading tomorrow. We didn't get hungry for dinner until 2100. We had some chicken super noodles that we found in the free food bin. Bargain. I got ready for bed and had a strop about work tomorrow. A real Charlie strop including tears, snotty nose and a tantrum... Steve told me to just bare what I can. Every penny we can save goes towards the rest of our trip and we have a great deal planned. We have so much we want to do but money is going to stop us. I just have to think about the East Coast, West Coast, Tasmania, Alice Springs, Fiji and New Zealand. These are the places we reallllly want to go but we won't be able to do half. I went to bed about 2230 but I was up the majority of the night hating the idea of going to work. It made me feel sick.

Nirvana? Friends? Pogs? Let's see what these young MLB stars know about the '90s
yahoo
One of the best silly storylines in Major League Baseball this season is Los Angeles Dodgers rookie Cody Bellinger admitted he didn’t know why Jerry Seinfeld was famous. He knew the name, he said, but that was about it.
Don’t scoff too much. Bellinger, who turned 22 just days after we shot this video, was born in 1995, which means he wasn’t even three when “Seinfeld” went off the air.
[Now’s the time to sign up for Fantasy Football! Join for free]
Still, it gave us an idea. At the recent MLB All-Star game in Miami, we found some of baseball’s 25-and-under group and quizzed them on the ’90s. We’re talking “Friends” and Nirvana and Urkel and the “Macarena” and Pogs and even Pauly Shore and “NBA Jam.”
Of course needed Bellinger to take our ’90s quiz, so did his Dodgers team Corey Seager, Astros pitcher Lance McCullers Jr., Tigers pitcher Michael Fulmer and Mets outfield Michael Conforto.
Watch the video above and marvel at how old we all are.

Fox River (Prison Break)
Nombre: Fox River State Penitentiary
Localización: Illinois
Presos destacados: Michael Scofield, Lincoln Burrows, Theodore “T-Bag” Bagwell, Fernando Sucre, John Abruzzi...
Centro Penitenciario Oswald (Oz)
Nombre: Bloque Esmerald City (Centro Penitenciario Oswald)
Presos destacados: Tobias Beecher, Augustus Hill, Ryan O'Reily, Vernon Vern Schillinger, Simon Adebisi, Christopher Keller, Kareem Saïd, Miguel Álvarez...
Alcatraz (Alcatraz)
Nombre: Alcatraz
Localización: Isla de Alcatraz en la Bahía de San Francisco (California)
Presos destacados: Jack Sylvane, Ernest Cobb, Kit Nelson, Thomas Madsen, Paxton Petty…
Litchfield (Orange is the New Black)
Nombre: Litchfield
Localización: Nueva York
Presas destacadas: Piper Chapman, Alex Vause, Sophia Burset, Stella Carlin, Suzanne Warren...
Presas destacadas: Macarena Ferreiro, Zulema Zahir, Estefanía Kabila “Rizos”, Saray Vargas, Anabel Vila, Soledad “Sole” Núñez...
