🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹!!
‘Relief’ was the wrong word to describe how Westlie felt after a week of living with Lizzie on their own. A weight had been lifted from her chest, but now she was seeing for the first time too. It was like she’d put on magic glasses and the world was suddenly full of roses with thorns. She was still stuck walking through the briars. But she could touch them. She could see them. There was no Arthur trimming off the flowers whenever she got close; no Mary to tease her about every invisible cut and tear. When she scraped a thorn, she bled- and she could feel the pain now, watch the blood run down her arm, feel the determination course through her to reach the rose again. Challenges didn’t seem like they’d be freeing, but she was making the choice to chase them, she was the one in control; the world had moved on from the events of last week and she was left a changed woman in an unfamiliar city; the chains were gone, she was just… Westlie.
The first day of her new job, Westlie woke up, dressed, and started to pull up her hair up from habit when her arms hesitated. There wasn’t a mirror in the little apartment, but she could imagine herself as she stared at the wall: slender, pale, nervous, a curl of red hair over her right cheek; the vest, the skirt, the defiant chin; frightened eyes, sister-less, a guardian, a runaway; free. She wasn’t Westlie from Fairweather anymore and she didn’t want to look it. Free. Westlie’s arms ached a bit, but she didn’t move, just holding the word in her heart.
She was free, wasn’t she? That thing, that word she’d worked to secure for Morgan her whole life- that dream she’d fantasized for Lizzie- she was free to decide whether they should stay or move, free to work for Jamison or any other company, any other goal. She could be a navigator if she wanted. She had the license. She could do it. She could try.
Old-Westlie, the woman in the mirror with the long curls, the hand with the hairpins, with the practiced, ruthless efficiency- that was the person she had been. Westlie made her way over to her carpet bag in a haze. She had a little travel sewing kit with thread scissors. She took them out and raised them to her hair, chopping a curl off at neck length before she could process what she was doing.
She immediately saw herself in the mirror again, caught in the act, scissors raised like a shield, lop-sided, frightened, new. Like a sculpture she couldn’t see the final form of, even in her mind’s eye. She didn’t want to be the same, but it was terrifying to change. Old-Westlie was a coward, she thought to herself. Old-Westlie might still be with Arthur if she hadn’t run with Lizzie; angry, sulking, bitter, but there. It was Morgan who bought their freedom this time. ... Where was Morgan? Westlie hacked at her hair until it was all the same length and she looked in the imaginary mirror again.
Short, curly, red, pale; brown eyes, chewed lips. … she didn’t feel free now, she just felt… she felt… Not-Westlie, and she didn’t know if that was good, or bad, or wrong, or right, or if she was just a woman trying so hard to grab the roses she saw, she didn’t care how many thorns cut her skin.
Arthur would say she looked unprofessional. Westlie swallowed and tucked a curl behind her ear. Arthur would say she wasn’t worth the work she did. … But Arthur wasn’t here, was he? He was gone and the no-longer heir to Fairweather was left standing in shoes she didn’t know how to fill. She could do it though. Westlie whispered confidence to herself in the imaginary mirror, trying not to think of the shoddy apartment and the stench of honey she’d never be able to get out of her nose. She could do it because she had a new job and a new employer, and she would find Lizzie a new apartment and she was going to make it wonderful because Lizzie should be free. And it started here; it started now, with New-Westlie.
New-Westlie took a breath, softly tapped Lizzie’s nose while she slept in, and stepped out into the musky, London briars to gather some roses.

Really want to thank you for this one because it kicked my butt into adding to Chapter 17. I’m stuck on getting started, lol. This helped get me into the headspace. :)

Fire emblem tier list based on my own personal enjoyment of the games. Don't ask what happened to the colors I'd like to know too. Tiers are ordered.
Obviously heavily biased towards my own tastes, but also to the expectations I had going into each game. This is in no way intended to indicate the actual quality of the games.
Tumblr media
Short thoughts on my experience on all the games below. It adds up to a pretty long post.
Fates: I originally played it back in late 2016. Dumb as I was, I thought "oh hey if I just play revelation it'll kind of be like I get to experience both routes right?"
Well it turns out revelation sucks ass. I got to the final chapter but Soleil (I had an affinity for lesbians back then. Wondered why that was) got countered with a 3% crit, I ragequit, and I haven't touched any of the games since.
New years resolution is to play conquest. I've heard good things about it's gameplay so if I go in with 0 expectations for the story I think I'll be able to enjoy it.
Dark dragon and the blade of light, as well as Gaiden, have several problems that can be very neatly summarized: they're old. Not much here in terms of story to comment on.
. . . Engage. Let's start with the good: the gameplay is fantastic. One of the best in the series. Most games add some unique spin on the formula to make it their own, and for most it works out well. Engage takes that and goes above and beyond. Smashing weapons (forgot the term) is a fun addition. Engaging is also a really interesting strategic aspect. Skill management is really, really good. (although I wish weapon durability had also been a part of it.)
Problems start coming with the story. It's pretty much a stock standard Fe story. Evil dragon gets resurrected, we gotta stop him. This is considerably less interesting here than with Marth though. Marth was kind of a nobody (crown prince of a minor country but who is keeping track) while Alear is like. The Divine Dragon. Everyone knows them and loves them and is willing to bend over backwards or the nearest countertop for them. It just does not make for an interesting story for me.
There's also the Emblems! As said, fantastic gameplay addition. Story wise they first make no sense. Secondly, if you're going to put some of the most beloved characters from a franchise in a game, you should make sure they represent how they were in the game. Engage kinda falls flat here imo.
Then there's also the artstyle. I dont think Mika Pikazo is a good fit for fire emblem. It works for a few characters, but overall it leaves me wanting something else. Especially for the Emblems, I don't think I like how any of them look except like Roy and Camilla.
For most of the games in the series I can genuinely say that my critique comes from a love of the game. Im not sure I can say that in regards to Engage. It definitely comes from a love for the series as a whole, but I think engage is the only entry in the series which I actually dislike.
Shadow Dragon! Not too much to say here. It's Marth! You girls know Marth right?
The plot and gameplay are both very basic, and not much to write home about. Marth being s bit of an underdog makes him more interesting than Alear. The reclassing is interesting in concept, but I never really got into it.
New mystery of the emblem is kind of just more of the same, but with a larger cast and everything is happening again. It kind of works.
This entry and Shadow Dragon could kind of go either way, but ultimately the Gaiden chapters are enough of an interesting addition to put new mystery ahead.
Three houses was a pretty fun game! But I don't think it's a good fire emblem game. there's a lot I could say about the monastery and the class system, and the skill system and the grinding and the completely uncapped levels! I have a hard time considering it a mainline entry.
In short, around 70% of the game is either grinding or non-FE gameplay and I didn't enjoy that. What's more, I started with CF, and that route is straight up unfinished.
Three hopes isn't here because it's not a mainline entry but unironically enjoyed it more than Three houses.
Binding Blade! Good game. Good FE too. Pretty basic plot, but it's good enough. I'm not at all fond of the "true ending" stuff and also there's the hitrate issues for everything that's not swords. Roy as a protagonists is also one of the weaker ones in the series I think. Sorry man.
If I had played fe6 before 7 & 8 I'd probably have rated it higher. But all the GBA games are good, and everything that's C-tier and aboveis something I'd recommend.
Genealogy of the holy war is a very different fire emblem, but unlike 3H it is still distinctly Fire emblem. I didn't have much in terms of expectations going into this one. It has a lot of quirks, both good and bad.
The typical story formula has a very nice twist on it this time and keeps things interesting. Which is good since the story is one of the biggest draws, since the game offers a bit less in terms of challenge when compared to the other games in the series.
The gameplay quirks are very interesting, such as weapon kills, but because some units are extremely heavily favored in this game, it only ends up mattering for very few units or if you go out of your way to use other, worse units.
Shadows of Valentia is a game I really would've liked to put in high A-tier. It is probably the best remake of a game I've ever played.
But it's too faithful to the original. My problems with Gaiden were not just that the graphics actually hurt my eyes and that the menus were confusing and everything looked kind of weird. The maps. . . . also kind of suck.
There's too much weird terrain with too powerful bonuses. There's also too much open field. Enemy starting locations feel random. Many maps have one chokepoint to get through and that's all the features there is to it.
And then there's the story. One problem with having the script be about 300 times that of the original is that you can fit so much more misogyny in there. And they did.
Thats the negative stuff out of the way let's go to the positive. The class system rules. I'm a big fan of promotion bonuses going to a class base stat instead of adding flat numbers. The magic system with learned spells and HP cost is also really cool.
The weapon system is also great, with being able to promote certain weapons into other things with special features and skills. I like it! It's interesting! Items are kind of whatever though.
Radiant dawn is a mostly fantastic game with two very big problems and one major nitpick. The latter is that there's true ending bullshit again.
The problems are: the new support system. It's boring. Less opportunity for characterisation for everyone that's not a major player in the story.
The later chapters are also just a slog to get through. If you've been in the Fe fandom for a long time you've probably seen memes about RD enemy phases. It is like that.
Good things! The bonus XP system! It's fantastic. Being able to almost pick which stats you want a unit to grow in if you know what you're doing is great! Makes it so practically every unit can be good.
They did kind of screw over Laguz units though. And the Renning bullshit pisses me off so bad.
Blazing blade is a very good game and was many peoples first FE game. I don't have many thoughts on this. If Blazing blade was a dish it'd be bread dipped in olive oil. Simple. Fantastic. You don't need much more.
Awakening was also the introduction to fire emblem for a lot of people. According to some it saved the franchise, according to others it killed it.
Personally I had a lot of fun playing this. It has many well designed chapters, and a simple and fun skill and class system. Though, it has some issues in overleveling and access to grinding. The pair up mechanic is also somewhat of a double edged sword, which I really like. Do you want one stronger unit, or multiple strong ones? It's interesting! . . . . Until you get to A support or unlock dual guard+ at which point there's just one correct choice.
I really liked how silly the writing in awakening got. Very funny script, and a lot of memorable characters.
Mystery of the emblem turns 30 in a few days, and looks surprisingly good for its age. I started playing this a few months before three houses came out, and I had already played all the other games in the series ('cept fates) at that point. I had low expectations considering how bad DD/Gaiden felt to play, but mystery of the emblem feels almost good to play.
I don't miss weapon level being a stat like all the others. But I do miss the starshards (growth modifiers my beloved) and the very funny again staff.
S tier :)
Sacred stones was the first turn based strategy game I ever played and I've been hooked since. No, real chess does not count.
It has a really good tutorial, it's not that difficult of a game, and it has a very simple and easy to follow plot. It's definitely the best game to play if you want to get into fire emblem.
Chapters are well designed, the graphics are charming, and the characters are too.
Again, all the GBA games are very good. There's not too much to say here.
Path of Radiance features several of my favorite characters in the series. Titania, Ike, Soren, Lethe, Jill, "Eat rock" guy, Leanne, and Lucia.
This is probably the best the series ever got in terms of writing. It breaks of from the typical "oh no the evil dragon is being revived" formula and manages to have a plot that feels much more centered on the characters, which I love. The base conversations really help with that.
It's not just the story that's phenomenal the gameplay is also really good. The skill system is a bit limited, but the decisions feel all the more impactful because of it.
The class system has a pretty unique twist in that your units are promoted by leveling past level 20 this time around. The bonus XP system also helps a lot with that, although the Bonus XP system this time is just random stats, unlike in Radiant dawn.
While not the game I enjoyed the most, it's definitely the game I recommend the highest.
Thracia 776 is almost infamous in the fandom. Its known for being one of the hardest, if not the hardest game in the series. It has a lot of peculiarities, like capturing, leadership stars, movement stars, movement growths, magic and resistance being the same stat, stealing equipped weapons, forced dismounting, no Langes indoors, FUCC, Infinite duration statuses etc. . . Theres a lot going on.
But most of it is really good. And more importantly. Almost all of the bullshit goes both ways. Sleeping enemies sleep permanently. Enemies can capture your units, too.(which also has strategic value since it halves their stars) Your units have leadership stars. The fucking thief staff.
It also features one of my favorite mechanics, the crusader scrolls. It's essentially the same thing as the starshards but this time around they also help preventing crits. The modified growths together with thracias extremely low stat caps means effectively every unit can become very strong. Though there's still FUCC, movement stars, and skills to consider. All units are not created equal.
Thracia also has one of my favorite narratives. It is the smallest scale conflict (except Lyn mode) in the series and it makes for a very interesting change of pace. It's not a grand heroic adventure, but just about Leif trying to live to fight another day.
And that is also pretty well reflected in the gameplay. Thracia introduced both Escape and defense maps. It would've been a very different game if it had been all rout and seize maps.
All in all though, the game does at some points feature some actually unfair and unfun things too. Xavier's recruitment. 24x's warp tiles. Ch.4 if you don't know. Going into Thracia completely blind is a decision you'll have to make on your own. I tried doing that and had to hard reset upon hitting chapter 4. Then I opened a guide, and honestly, I don't regret it. But you should play the game if you haven't. It's good.
Also here's a tier list on how good of a game I think every game is, while trying to be impartial.

Hi! I love your writing and it's always a treat to see what WIPs your working on. As someone who struggles to write longer, more complex fics, I'd love to know more about your writing process if you're open to talking about it.
Thanks, I'm glad you enjoy them!
For me, writing longer fics was definitely something that I had to work up. When I was starting out writing I still got ideas for longer fics, I just struggled to execute them. I've got a few that I know I'm just not going to finish. A few things that really helped me to write longer works are:
1) Getting a regular writing habit. I know this is really common advice, but I needed to build up my writing stamina. I still wouldn't say I'm a super quick writer. Long fics take me time to write, but I know I'm able to commit to writing something longer and am more confident in my ability to successfully keep to a project.
And then like I said at the begining, this was something I had to work up to. I'd been writing fic for years by the time I finally finished my first multi-chapter fic idea. And then, it was only 4 chapters (and they weren't monster sized chapters like Batman for Dummies), but that gave me to confidence to start larger stories.
2) I know that I need to have a plan for a story if I want it to succeed. I need to know how it'll end. I've got a fic that's going to stay unfinished with 4 out 5 chapters because I just didn't know how to end it and I've since moved on from the fandom. I don't need to have everything figured out, but for me, knowing the conclusion is important. For example, in Batman for Dummies, I knew from the beginning (okay well, once I'd finished reading No Man's Land and started doing serious planning beyond, 'uh, idk they team up, this will totally be a one shot') that I wanted to end with Tim and Helena on New Years Eve and Tim saying 'you could keep being the Bat, if you want to' and Helena saying. And a lot of stuff changed by the time I got there! But having that destination in mind helped me.
In general, for really short fics, I don't really do much planning at all, I just go because I can hold the whole shape of it in my head. For one-shots I'll plan it out scene by scene and then write. For multi-chapter fics, I try to have the major beats and shape of the plot laid out. And then, as I write each chapter, I'll break things down further. Often when I'm writing, things emerge and change and then I'll go back to my overall outline and update it. Personally, I can't break down a whole long fic in-depth before I start writing. I've got to do it in increments. So my first outlines are typically really detailed for the first bits and then vaguer as they go on.
Most of the longer fics I've finished so far have had a limited number of chapters which means that I've gone in with a strong opinion on where those chapter breaks needed to go. With Batman for Dummies, I knew I wanted 4 chapters that roughly corresponded to the four seasons and also it fit nicely with the fact that I'd read No Man's Land in four volumes. The other longer fic I've completed for Batman recently, The King is Dead, Long Live the King, was also one where I had a very clear idea on how many chapters it needed. It was conceived in three parts, and while I briefly entertained the idea of breaking it into two chapters, I knew it wouldn't work that way.
So far, I have yet to succeed in writing a fic that needs more than a handful of chapters. (I tried nanowrimo a couple times and I started cowriting an epic for the Owl House with my bro.) In those cases, a lot of the time, I broke down plot beats in a more episodic manner and then broke those up into chapters. Almost like mini-arcs. Most of the time, I've just run out of steam before I can make it all the way through (for the fic I was co-writing with my bro, we both got writers block at the same time and never came back), but some day I believe I'll succeed! (Some day I will return to Knightfall once I get the big beats and arcs for that fic laid out.)
I think the final piece of advice I would have is don't be afraid to jump around between projects. Whenever I got to the end of a chapter of Batman for Dummies, I was always like 'man, I need to do something else' because they were long and it took a lot out of me. Jumping between projects gives me time to get out of the funk that I can get into when I spend a lot of time and energy on one idea and then I can come back and get all re-enthused when I come back around to it.
And of course, this might not work for you, but hopefully there's something in here that can help you as you try and write longer things! I wish you luck! I'm still working away at that journey myself :)

Hey!! I just ADORE your scaramouche fic but besides just that I really really enjoy your characterization of the various genshin characters. You even have fun and interesting plot ideas! It feels so refreshing to read. Anywho I came to ask how do you sort through all your notes over the ruthless prince or your itto fic or any other larger project you’ve had. I have 91 pages of notes for one of my own and I just can’t bring myself to sort through all of it which is delaying me from writing because I would miss all the important plot points and characterization crumbs haha. Anywayz just wondering if you could share your process or if you have any general advice!! >.< thank you
Hello you! I remember browsing through tumblr a few months ago and running across yours with the lovely pink theme! It's actually my first time getting an ask about writing advice, so I'm happy to answer!
Though, truthfully, I don't have notes for the fanfictions I write, I never do. I think it's just my personal preference? I know some people that do like to jot down notes for their fanfictions but that style doesn't suit me. My mindset is kind of like...if I'm going to write notes I might as well start on the story type of thing? So what usually happens when I write a larger project is:
(My writing advice/process below the cut for anyone interested in reading. It's quite long and I don't even know if it makes sense.)
For a longer fanfiction like "The Ruthless Prince" the process is the same. There's a main problem (reader is wedded to butthole Scaramouche and is having a hard time with it) and then there are smaller problems/events (e.g. reader getting bullied by the nobles, reader getting injured while saving Scaramouche) I don't plan out these smaller events because plans can always change. It'll just pop up in my mind when I finish writing a chapter. I think a good example of this is in Chapter 11, my original thought or idea was that Scaramouche would catch reader and Tartaglia kissing and Scaramouche would basically misunderstand and be angry with reader and lock her up in a room. That room would later be invaded by Tartaglia and he would abduct reader, leading Scaramouche to further misunderstand that the reader has run away with Tartaglia. It might sound like a better plot to be honest, but at that point there had been no growth whatsoever between Scaramouche and reader's relationship, so I scrapped it last minute and decided to change it to what the current Chapter 11 is. (long story short, Chapter 11 is now a chapter that shows some growth between Scaramouche and reader's relationship, versus my original thought of splitting Scaramouche and reader up more) So...planning doesn't really work out for me cause I always change things anyway bahahhaha.......
A story always has to have a problem. Like a big main problem. For shorter fanfictions like Itto's "Fool Me Once" I decided early on that the main conflict/problem would be Itto being airheaded and forgetting a promise to the reader, which would then lead to him and reader having a sort of "falling out". (See that this already includes Itto's characterization, it fits because he really seems to be the type to forget about something) At that point of time did I know what kind of promise he would break or how the falling out would happen? Did I know that reader would get physically hurt? I didn't have all of these when I started the fanfiction, that just came to me after I wrote and finished the first chapter. So you could say my writing is like a flow, because new ideas will always, always come to me once I finish writing one chapter, so the "plan" or "notes" that I made before may not even fit the story anymore. That's one of the reasons why I don't really make notes.
Therefore my biggest advice is to just try writing the first chapter and see where it takes you. This method really doesn't work for everyone, but for me it works because I don't have the burden of following a set plan. I don't have to worry about "Oh where do I put this event, or when should it happen?" When I start writing the first chapter the only thing I really have is the main problem of the story. That's it. When I close or finish that first chapter, it gives me the opportunity to start with a fresh mind what to do with the next one, how to connect the next chapter to the first, what mini event might happen in the next one that will build on the story. Only after I finish the first chapter do I start thinking about the smaller events. Besides, having too many plot points when you start will stress you out because you're always thinking about where it should appear, but in reality if there's too many plot points you also tend to lose the reader if you don't time it or write it properly.
If you are the kind of writer who still thrives on notes, that's totally fine! Though I don't use them, I think one way to make it easier is to sort your notes by chapter. Characterization or events doesn't just happen in one chapter and if you spread your notes out by chapter it'll be easier to see if everything makes sense (e.g. you can really see if your character has grown, you can see if the sequence of events makes sense)
I think that's basically it! :D Don't fret if you're style is not the same as mine, everyone is comfortable with different things! Just see what works best for you!

Could you share the issue regarding the inclusivity poll please? The one you said was resolved? Just so it helps other writers. I think it's important to share such information<3 or maybe do some notes us other writers should be aware of?
I didn't vote because I am not a poc but since we're on the topic of reader insert: the one thing I felt a bit uncomfortable with was "your mom's name" when reaper was visiting her mom. I personally don't have an issue imagining myself as an oc persona such as a ripped reaper but my mom is so nice and that part bugged me. For example, I feel like parents' names shouldn't be inserted or mentioned at all. OR give them a random name at the beginning as a starter disclaimer. Just a personal thought. Everything else is very much well thought through. Kudos as always 😉
hello!!
so the issue that was brought up from the poll was solved here, but i have so far not gotten a response for the "not good" answer. i suppose it could have been a misclick or perhaps someone just wanted to see the answers and didn't read the title first, but if there was an issue (or issues) that caused them to genuinely pick that answer, i'd love to be able to fix it!
some general notes when it comes to writing a race-neutral mc:
don't describe showers (or really, certain morning/night routines); it's important because a lot of people don't wash their hair every day. whether it be for preference, for hair type, or for how they wear their hair, it can be alienating to detail every shower as "washing your hair."
this mistake was actually corrected in the tagged post-- but be aware of how some skin scars! it had slipped my mind that not all scarring ends up pinkish-- it'll just be a dimmer version of the person's skin tone.
don't use major descriptors for hair. "billowing in the wind," "[your ponytail] pulled at your scalp," "curling around the face." all of these can be linked to a certain hair type, usually.
when describing skin, use vague terms. for example "the light from the shades dappled across your skin," instead of "the light sheened off your pale skin."
"your cheeks grew pink," "your face went red," can't always be applied to people with darker skin tones. but yk what can? growing physically warm, sweating, getting goosebumps, or feeling rushes of adrenaline! if you're gonna write something fluffy, make sure everyone gets included.
sometimes eyebags aren't easily seen, either. a lack of melanin means the purple under the lids sticks out more, but eyebags are also sometimes visible with creases, puffiness under the eyes, or a slight droop.
don't go into major detail with facial features. when describing reaper's facial scarring, i keep it general and try not to describe how lips look, whether freckles are cut up from the scarring, etc.
also, when i talk about reaper's mask, i don't talk much about her nose. obviously, larger noses might stick out more from the base of the mask, but plenty of people have flattened noses, so that wouldn't really work. instead, i used a general description (not verbatim) "fits perfectly to your nose."
bonnets and durags! people wear them all the time! in the house, out of the house, but for sleeping, too! mention them as an option for your readers to better immerse them.
really try to remember, especially as a white person, that most fanfics (intended or not) use white people as a default. there're probably a lot of people who will enjoy your fic more if they can see themselves in place of the mc. if you don't sit back, reread your chapter and think "yeah, i could picture anyone in this position" (unless the fic is specified to be black!reader x character or something of the variation), you might want to change it up.
thank you for the comment on reaper's moms name! i sort of can't change that much considering how far we are into the series, but I've removed the times where specifically "your mom/mother's name" (or a variation) was mentioned. (let me know if i missed anything).
sorry about dissing your mom, I'm sure she's lovely :) (/gen)
i also partially didn't add any details on reaper's mom's name because i didn't want to allude to any specifics on reaper's background
thank you so much for the support!
as a small disclaimer... i'm really grateful to get this kind of feedback, from my readers of color and not, it's great to hear how I'm doing because i want to make a fun fic for you guys! if the change is something quick and easy (like this and the tagged message), i don't mind it!

Hey everybody! I just want to give a little writing update for my own sanity and give myself a little accountability.
I'm going to toss this under a cut so I don't clog up the dash, but if you're interested in what I'm working on/my future plans, read on ahead!
I'm currently working on a new installment for Monster Max that I'm really excited for - it'll probably closer in length to the original 2 chapters for the series. This is probably what's up next for me to post.
.
I've also been slowly working through a larger Javier oneshot. I'm not quite sure how long that one will end up being and I've been working on it when feeling inspired. I really like what I have so far, but I don't have a real time frame for when it might get posted.
.
Once the newest Monster Max installment is up my focus is going to heavily shift to Bonded. I love that series so much and it went on an unintentional hiatus😅 That series takes a lot of focus for me to write and between the holidays and stuff going on in my own life I couldn't dedicate the proper time to it.
I've been doing a ton of planning behind the scenes though and I'm very very excited to jump back in. I'm hoping to write Chapter 5, and possibly do a fun Bonded themed event before releasing that chapter. (I'm still working those details out)
It still probably won't have a set update schedule, but I'd like to remain more focused on this series now that I have a clearer outline for it 💕
.
I'd also just like to mention Sessions here in case anyone is curious - that series isn't abandoned. I know I haven't updated for it in a while now but I still have ideas I want to write for them (including his face reveal!). It is a relaxed fit series though and I haven't been finding that true inspiration to write for it at the moment. You can probably just consider it on a hiatus for now - I'm sure I'll return to those two at some point.
.
All of this having been said, writing has been a little slow for me at the moment and I'm trying to push through it, but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ updates might just be slow for a while. Also, I might randomly throw out something not listed here due to a random strike of inspiration, but I can never really guarantee when that might happen.
