Y'know after watching Crisis Core, I understand why Sephiroth began to fell for Y/n in Goddess

Well Sephiroth was born as a tool for Shinra, spent half of his life being used like tool,he didn't experience emotions like human did,he probably wanted a normal life and wanted to be treated like a human, the attention and fame only give him a false sense of comfort. Y/n was kind to him,too kind really, to an unreal extent. She treated him like a normal human not a monster, not Shinra's tool. She was like a fresh air in his hellish and suffocating life, I think that's she's the sanity he's clinging onto. If she is gone, he will definitely go even more berserk

Y'know before I know Crisis Core, I only see Sephiroth as a delusional, destructive, god complex, murderous psychopath without knowing why he's like that. Crisis Core tell me why

Interestingly,how I found FF7 is an uncommon one. I didn't even understand a word of English back then.I saw the battle of Sephiroth,Angeal, Genesis in a music video, that was my first contact to FF7. Growing up I struggled to find it but eventually I did and yes Sephiroth was one of my first fictional crushes lol 😅

I think the most tragic part of Sephiroth's Story is Lucrecia. His real mum, yes she put him forward for experimentation, she was just as ruthless as Hojo. But, I do think she loved him. She wasn't even able to hold him when he was born. He was just completely taken from her.

I do think about what his life would have been like if his real mother was able to be there for him.

Reader's downfall is definitely her kindness and since then she relies on Nortan as judgement for people.
