Adriana Lima with Heidi Kluma, Gisele Bundchen, Alessandra Ambrosio and Tyra Banks at the Angels Across America Tour 2004 Palms Hotel Hard Rock Cafe party, Las Vegas, 11/11/04.
A key piece in the boneyard collection at The Neon Museum is the giant guitar from the Hard Rock Cafe that was in the former Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. The guitar sign is modeled after a Peter Townsend No. 9 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe, and it’s one of the first signs you can see when you are waiting for your tour to begin because it’s absolutely huge.
(Don’t worry, Hard Rock fans - there’s still a HRC on the Strip and Hard Rock is taking over what is now known as The Mirage, and it will come complete with an enormous glass guitar building in the coming years.)
It was also really neat to see the sign for La Concha at the end of the tour, as well as older signs for Cesear’s Palace and the Sahara, and we also were free to chat with our guide if we had any other questions or observations.
I cannot recommend this tour enough because it’s such a fun way to experience Las Vegas, no gambling or drinking required.
Dan is wearing a version of this Hard Rock Cafe (Las Vegas) Denim Shirt. There are lots available to buy on various second hand/vintage clothing websites if you search on google

i never played any sports in school. i went to a very white school and the one sport i wanted to play was soccer and because it was so white there was no soccer team. my family bought me pink soccer shoes and let me keep them as a consolation prize though
