I’m in love with this idea - “accidentally” brushing hands when you’re passing something to him, a hand on his shoulder when you’re walking past each other in the hallway, a hand on his knee to push yourself up after sitting next to him (where you absolutely sat so close your shoulders/legs brushed) and every time it happens it’s the best day of Jamie’s life and eventually he can tell that you do it on purpose but he’s still too scared to say anything because if you don’t feel the same then you won’t even touch him like that, all fleeting and making him want to hold your hand and hug you

Consider: Tim having walking pneumonia. It starts in august, ragweed season, and so when he starts most days with a scratchy throat, sniffles, and some coughing, it’s easy enough to think “allergies.” At first the batfam is Suspicious(tm) bc they know better than to trust Tim at his word in all matters of self care. But there’s no fever, not at first, and while his symptoms don’t really go away, they also don’t get worse. Allergy meds do help his sniffling a bit so - okay! After a few weeks, Tim starts to feel more emotional. It’s so stupid, but he can’t stop himself from tearing up at the smallest compliment or any sign of conflict, even Jason’s affectionate teasing. He guesses he’s just sad right now, especially because everything is so draining. Brushing his teeth, doing homework, even helping out on comms (his FAVORITE) makes him feel all wilted and hollow inside. And then, the night sweats, leaving his sheets horribly damp and chilly. Sometimes it clings to him and soon he can’t seem to shake the cold. He can wear hoodies and blame it on the air conditioning inside, but it’s early September and even the baking heat off Gothams black tar makes him feel shivery. Tim gets snappy with everyone, because he’s so Tired, and so frustrated with being Tired, and for some reason, so Sad!!! One morning not long after, Jason and Dick and Bruce are all getting on each other’s case about, well, a case and Tim bursts into full on sobs at the table. Bruce only has to hold Tim for a moment to sense he’s warm. And then: the thermometer, the throat checking, the hair petting. Nothing horribly high but “uncomfortable enough to really throw you for a loop, huh bud?” If it gets any worse they’ll call Leslie. Meds, cuddles, repeat. But the next night, a slowly climbing fever. Not a spike, but a simmer. Over 8 hours it creeps higher even with meds and at 104 Bruce decides enough is enough (well, only right after Jason emphatically shouts Fuck This). Tim gets high fevers, sure, but something about this feels wrong. So around Leslie comes, with a barrage of tests and a “huh….oh. YUP.” And there it is: atypical pneumonia. Slow to progress, hard to notice. And poor Tim’s body just started to shut down after a while. All that coughing sure makes sense in retrospect. He’ll be fine with some antibiotics and A LOT of rest, as long as the fam can keep their guilt complex under control for 3 seconds around him. Just his luck, right?

At Rhaenyra and Daemon's vow renewal, in honour of their relationship being open now, Alicent is also part of the ceremony, and the vow renewal is also an official way of solidifying their throuple-marriage-relationship thing. Though it caught some of the kids by surprise, they're all accepting, even Aegon, who was literally blind to it but now as he sits between Nora and Bestie, he's kinda getting a lil emotional.

"Aeg are you crying?" Bestie whispers, and he shook his head. "No- there's dust in my eye." He murmurs, and she shakes her head with a smile and holds his hand. Nora, on the other side of him, smiles as she watches the ceremony- though Hel, sitting between her and Aemond, is definitely watery eyed, and Aemond, though still stoic as ever, his features are softened as he watches.

After years of their mother's unfulfilling marriage to their dead father, the pressures from their grandfather, she finally had the love, and the happiness she deserved- and to be open about it. Ironically, despite being in a throuple of two Targaryens (which is only for the brave, truly), she's still her rather conservative self, though she does let go of more things she used to get upset over in the past.

Jace was taken by surprise, and his reaction wasn't the best, but after a stern talking to with Nora, he came around.

"I'm sorry, you said WHAT?" Nora snapped at him, and Aegon had to hide his smirk at how Jace visibly shrunk back at her voice. After the photoshoot dropped, and Rhaenyra and Alicent told the kids, Jace's reaction was a bit poor and he left home and drove around until he realises Alicent wasn't home and went to the family estate, to see Nora, Aeg, Aemond, Hel and Daeron, to see if he was the only one in utter shock.

"I was taken by surprise, who saw this coming, I mean-" "Literally everyone except Aegon and Daeron saw it coming, Jace, don't be naive. I cannot believe you told Rhaenyra that she ruined your lives- first of all, that's literally my mom you're talking about." Nora went on, as Aemond nodded, and said coldly, "You have a problem with her?" "No, I don't, it's just-" "Do you have any idea how much that's gonna hurt them? Hurt Rhaenyra, and my mom, when she hears about this? It took her years to even admit how she felt, and when Nyra and Uncle Daemon finally convince her it's okay to be open, you say that?" She scoffed. Then she stalked over, grabbed his keys, and said, "We're heading over to Nyra's. You are gonna apologise to both of them, and get a fucking grip. I'm not gonna watch while my mom goes back in the closet for another twenty years." Jace sighed, and followed her, as Aegon shook his head, saying, "Man's gonna learn the hard way to never piss Nora off."

I CAN'T DEAL! Jace being a little brat, pft ! Of course Nora puts him in his place thank you very much.
