Nun ja, in Deutschland brodelt es, die AfD-Wählerschaft steigt und Kommunalpolitiker rebellieren gegen die etablierte Regierung ... Nie dagewesener Protest Massen-Rücktritt: Beginnt ein Aufstand der Kommunen? Der Protest-Rücktritt von Bürgermeister und Gemeinderat in Freisbach könnte der Anfang eines Aufstandes der Kommunen sein. Damit rechnet der Gemeinde- und Städtebund... Die Kommunen ersticken an finanziellen Lasten von Bund sowie Ländern und können kaum noch das Nötigste umsetzen. Der spektakuläre Massen-Rücktritt des Bürgermeisters und kompletten Gemeinderates im rheinland-pfälzischen Freisbach aus Protest gegen die Landespolitik könnte der Beginn eines breiten Aufstandes werden. CDU-Landeschef Christian Baldauf sieht „die Gefahr, daß noch mehr Ehrenamtliche frustriert hinschmeißen“. Der Fraktionschef der Freien Wähler, Joachim Streit, sagt voraus: „Das ist der Anfang eines massiven Schwundes an ehrenamtlichen Kommunalpolitikern.“ „Freisbach könnte kein Einzelfall bleiben“ Und der Gemeinde- und Städtebund Rheinland-Pfalz warnte: „Die unzureichende kommunale Finanzausstattung gefährdet die Demokratie. Nicht nur bei den Bürgern steigt der Unmut. Freisbach könnte kein Einzelfall bleiben.“ Genau dazu hatte der parteilose Bürgermeister Peter Gauweiler des 1.100-Einwohner-Ortes aufgerufen, als der 66jährige am Dienstag nach 19 Jahren von seinem ehrenamtlichen Posten zurücktrat: „Mehr als tausend Gemeinden allein in Rheinland-Pfalz haben das gleiche Problem wie wir. Ich hoffe, daß noch viele unserem Beispiel folgen und zeigen, daß man auch als kleines Dorf etwas bewegen kann." „Kommunen wird der Hahn zugedreht“ Er erhielt dafür donnernden und stehenden Applaus der Freisbacher, die in großer Anzahl in die örtliche Sporthalle geströmt waren, um dem historischen Schritt beizuwohnen. Gauweilers Stellvertreter Jochen Ricklefs hatte den geschlossenen Rücktritt damit begründet, daß die „Sparvorgaben mich nötigen würden, Ihnen allen die Steuern zu verdoppeln und zu verdreifachen, ohne mehr für Sie zu bewegen. Kommunen wie uns wird immer weiter der Hahn zugedreht und die Luft abgeschnürt“. Hintergrund sind immer mehr Pflichtaufgaben von Bund und Land, die die Kommunen erfüllen müssen. Hinzu kommen in Rheinland-Pfalz die Neuregelung des Finanzausgleichs und die Vorgabe für einen ausgeglichenen Haushalt. Von 1,2 Millionen €uro. Steuereinnahmen bleiben Freisbach nur 120.000 €uro. übrig. Allein der dringend nötige neue Kindergarten kostet jedoch bereits 380.000 €uro.. Die Ministerpräsidentin von Rheinland-Pfalz, Malu Dreyer (SPD), hat sich bisher weder zum Massen-Rücktritt in der Kommune noch zum Finanzproblem der Gemeinden in ihrem Bundesland geäußert. Tož, v Německu to vře, AfD stoupají preference a komunální politici se bouří proti vládě establishmentu... Masová rezignace: Začíná komunální povstání? Protestní rezignace starosty a obecního zastupitelstva ve Freisbachu by mohla být začátkem povstání obcí. Očekává to Svaz obcí a měst. Obce se dusí pod finančním břemenem federální a zemské vlády a jen stěží mohou realizovat to nejnutnější. Velkolepá masová rezignace starosty a celého obecního zastupitelstva ve Freisbachu ve spolkové zemi Porýní-Falc na protest proti státní politice by mohla být začátkem širokého povstání. Šéf zemské CDU Christian Baldauf vidí „nebezpečí, že se ještě více dobrovolníků ve frustraci vzdá práce v komunálu“. Předseda parlamentní skupiny Svobodných voličů (Freie Wähler) Joachim Streit předpovídá: "Toto je začátek masivního odchodu čestných místních politiků." "Freisbach nezůstane ojedinělým případem" A Sdružení obcí a měst Porýní-Falc varovalo: „Neadekvátní financování obcí ohrožuje demokracii. Nelibost neroste jen mezi občany. Freisbach nezůstane ojedinělým případem." Právě k tomu vyzval nestraník Peter Gauweiler z města s 1100 obyvateli, když v úterý po 19 letech rezignoval na svůj čestný post: „Víc než tisíc obcí jen v Porýní-Falcku má stejný problém jako my. Doufám, že mnoho dalších bude následovat náš příklad a ukáže, že i malá vesnice může něco změnit.“ "Obce mají zavřený kohoutek" Sklidil bouřlivý potlesk ve stoje od lidí z Freisbachu, kteří se v hojném počtu sešli do místní sportovní haly, aby byli svědky historického kroku. Gauweilerův zástupce Jochen Ricklefs zdůvodnil úplnou rezignaci tím, že „cíle úspor by mě donutily zdvojnásobit a ztrojnásobit vaše daně, aniž bych pro vás udělal něco víc. Obce jako my jsou stále více vypínány a vzduch je přiškrcený“. V pozadí je stále více povinných úkolů federální a zemské vlády, které musí obce plnit. K tomu se v Porýní-Falcku přidala nová pravidla finančního vyrovnání a požadavek na vyrovnaný rozpočet. Z 1,2 milionu €uro daňových příjmů zbývá Freisbachu pouze 120 000 €uro. Jen akutně potřebná nová školka však stojí 380 000 €uro. Předsedkyně vlády Porýní-Falc Malu Dreyer (SPD) se zatím k hromadné rezignaci v obci ani k finančním problémům obcí ve svém státě nevyjádřila.
