Hot take but exercise shouldn't feel like suffering, pain you got from exercising isn't necessarily good pain, and if you feel like you're going to throw up or pass out you need to take a break

So I've been sleeping in a different room so as not to wake tiny tot at night with my coughing. Last night I slept in the room again.

Two hours. He nursed for over two hours and then threw a fit when I finally just made him stop because I was tired and wanted sleep. After half an hour of him throwing a tantrum I just handed him to my husband and went to sleep in the other room again.

More tantrums were thrown about the lack of milk again this morning.

It's going to be a long day of him finding out that yes, weaning is permanent. End discussion.

Snacks, water, cow milk, and toys were all offered and refused. If he's hungry he's being picky enough that he's not honestly that hungry. It's only 9am, so it's not nap time yet either.

It's going to be a really long day. And it's cold and raining, no going outside.
