James: “This is bad enough without mentioning ducks,” said James. He had never fancied ducks since one had bitten him in Hyde Park as a small child.

Stephen: “You sure there’s not some kind of rune to keep these foul beasts away?” Stephen Herondale said as a thunderous flutter of wings descended. He ducked, whacked blindly at his feathered foe.

Jace: “Ducks?” she said again. A smile tugged the edge of his mouth. “I hate ducks. Don’t know why. I just always have.”

Kit: Since then chickens seem to be avoiding Kit, so maybe it will work on demons too? (Though can you really tell when a chicken is avoiding someone as opposed to just being a chicken?)

listen im gonna talk about a boy so if u don’t care or dont wanna read then scroll but if u care and love me then please read this really cute story about this boy and harry

okay so basically at camp last summer i met this boy names james from NZ and we like got to be really good friends over the course of the summer he writes his own songs and plays the guitar lol and hes really tall and funny and sweet (and I don’t have feeling for him) and so anyway i literally introduced him to harry over the summer like on a weekend we had off we went to ann arbor and i got to be in control of the music so guess who i played :))) and james was like ‘omg who is this’ and i was like ‘just this guy named harry’ and i pulled up his (harrys) instagram to show him and then texted james that if he gave me shit for liking harry then i would be really upset lmao but like guys.... he literally fell in love with harry and that day no joke bought the full album on itunes without even listening to it. okay so at camp we have this thing called on camp mail where you can basically send ppl that are at camp mail and its like really cool and special and anyway james literally wrote like reviews of each of harrys songs, complete with his fav lyrics from each song and like a full album review and sent it to me and i kid you not i cried about it lmao 

so anyway at the end of the summer we said bye to each other and it was sad but like i guess i just forgot to tell him that i was seeing harry in sept so like when my show happened james like flips his shit and like facetimes me like ‘i cant belive you would keep this from me’ and like literally so upset about it lol and lmao we talked about the show and i sent him all the vids and after that he made me a promise that no matter what we are gonna see harry together and meet him and ugh he is just so sweet so like he keeps messaging me like harrys insta posts (like ive already seen and liked them but just like) like with really cheesy messages like “this could be us but we broke” and guys i just cant describe the feeling of having a friend that cares about something you care and love about so much and equally loves it too and supports you and GOD i just love this boy (platonically) so much
