Hurricane Warning Issued for Cat 3 Norma
Hurricane Norma has weakened slightly to a category 3 hurricane and is located 395 miles SSE of Cabo San Lucas heading North at 6mph. Goodbye La Nina ... Hello ENSO Neutral
La Niña, EL Nino, ENSO Neutral and it may effect you this hurricane season.
How does this affect us here on the East Coast of Mexico? Well, during La Nina when the waters are cooler, we generally do not get a lot of rain and experience drought like conditions in many areas.
