7. Has a film ever given you nightmares?

Hhhrmmm. I saw a bit of Child's Play when I was around 5ish and I remember being terrified, so if anything ever did give me nightmares, it'd be that.

I also have a vague recollection of a crocodile related nightmare, possibly. Because of Peter Pan :p

okay so like relations to kiniko and when eret showed karl his eyes karl fucking stabbed him and just so many people see his eyes and are just so freaked out by them. like boomer like yesterday he was disturbed by them and then of him to put them back on. tommy running away screaming. fundy adamantly telling him to put him back one. like every time it’s always a bad reaction like half the time and jjdjdjdfj like man. and that makes me think there has to be something about erets eyes besides just having a lack of pupils. erets described them self as not having eyes at all and hhhmmmmmn. and just like the whole herobrine thing and eret not knowing who they are entirely and djbdjdbfj and the uncanny valley and maybe even like eret being not even mortal and not of this world and just i’d like to think that the eyes have a fear affect on people i’m hhhrmmm

1. What’s your personal favourite thing you wrote this year?

I’m honestly really excited to share a piece I wrote for the @gaudaprimesocialclub GPSC Zine back in September (so that counts as having written this year!), but out of my posted stuff, it’s still gotta be good old Lindor Treat.

I’ve had a lot of fun exploring weirder things I’ve not really written before, and this fandom has been so encouraging for it. I can’t wait to grow a pair and start posting the weirder stuff ngl.

I will admit I’ve also been putting entirely too much time into a side project of Morgan’s Boy stuff, so Not Even a Day gets special mention too because every time I think about this show, I die. MORGANNNNN

6. What’s your favourite piece of dialogue you wrote this year?

Damn this was hard! I don’t really think about my dialogue that much, but this bit felt particularly Avonish.

“What?” he growled, and I decided there and then that an angry Avon was probably scarier than whatever I’d heard. He turned the light on me, and for the first time I noticed the Federation gun slung over his shoulder.

“You didn’t leave Tarrant the gun?” I asked, trying to save face by distracting him from my little outburst, but I could still feel my heart beating erratically. The look he gave me told me he wasn’t impressed.

“They have the fire. It should keep away most things.”

“What if it doesn’t?”

Avon smirked, and his teeth glittering in the dark were absolutely more terrifying than anything I could have imagined would be waiting for us out there.

“I told him to scream.”

xochi’s tail is curling a little, hhhrmmm,,, does anyone have any idea what could be wrong with her? her water parameters are at 0ppm ammonia, 0ppm nitrites, 10ppm nitrates, and her tank is sitting at 19-20 celcius (around 66-68 fahrenheit) but she’s been living consistently (and eating happily) in that temperature since she was born (australian axolotls are apparently tougher in regards to temp?) But in the last week she’s gotten much pickier with eating and has curled her tail, and now i’m getting concerned. her gills look totally fine though??

U. when did you start writing fanfic? 2014, when i got into aa. not sure what exactly it was about lawyers that made me go “yes. this is what i will now dump my writing energy into,” but i’m glad for whatever it was.

Z. how to you feel about your wip compared to other works of yours? hhhrmmm this AHGL prequel is an exercise in....writing something i want to write that might not be what people widely want to read, which is a little unusual compared to my regular klapollo fics... i was extremely blessed and more than a little bit spoiled to have my very first fic endeavor be Very well received (to my continued bafflement), and unfortunately i did get accustomed to that. but despite difficulties this fic did lodge itself in my brain almost fully formed so i feel like i have to write it anyway even though it’s slow going.
