Chapter 2: Searching for the First Star

Graysia and I were looking around the various stalls

The star-shaped hair ornaments that was displayed in the accessories section of a stall caught my eye.

(It's pretty... It's like you've caught and put a shining star into the ornaments.)

Gracia: Is there something that bothered you?

Zena: "The hair ornaments at that stall are gorgeous."

Graysia: "…………"

When I pointed it to him, Graysia's eyes widened slightly when he saw the hair ornament.

After looking at me and giving me a small smile, he put the hair ornament on my head.

Zena: "Oh, thank you."

Gracia: "It's a good thing to come to see the stars in Pelter."

Gracia: "...Let's stop looking around the stalls and go see the star."

I looked up at the sky following Graysia's gaze, but I still don't see a sign that the sun is going to set.

Zena: "I think it's a little early to see the star."

Graysia: "Yeah but it didn't make any sense if another star had appeared"

(What does that mean…?)

When I tilted my head, he glanced at the hair ornament I was wearing and narrowed his eyes.

Graysia: "I'm going to search for the first star"

He said that in a slightly worried tone, then he took my hand and made his way through the crowd.

(First star......?)

I looked at him with a soft smile on my face

Sun

You look happy, don't you?

Zena: But Graysia, you look happy for some reason.

Graysia: "Well, it's not like I'm having fun at the festival."

Moon

Why the first star?

Zena: Why the first star?

Graysia: "Don't you feel bored if we can't find it?"

Zena: "I don't think so."

Normal

When I smiled at him, he looked away feeling embarrassed.

Graysia: "I've been to the Kaisei Festival before. That's why I knew where I could see the stars better."

Graysia: "You can see shower meteors from there, but it's still a little early, so please follow me."

Zena: "Yes"

I thought about the star that Graysia wanted to see.

Zena: "The first star was so beautiful that Graysia wanted to see it again, wasn't it?"

Graysia: "Well, I guess I invited Zena to the Kaiseisai because I want to see that star together."

Graysia: "So there's a reason in inviting you... anyway, I'll tell you later."

(Together......)

His words warmed my heart.

Zena: "I'm happy that Graysia wants to see the star with me."

Graysia: "You...don't make that expression in this crowded place."

Zena: "!"

Embarrassed when he pointed it out, I involuntarily bowed my head.

(I wonder what kind of expression I had..)

I couldn't see Graysia's face for a while.

But I noticed that his palm, which was tightly clenched my hand was getting warmer.

100 Sleeping Princes And The Kingdom Of Dreams Review - Anime

Ok tonight I just finished a really good anime can't say great because I love a heavy romance and this didn't have one. That being said there were sweet moments along the way that might could have been something but I wanted to mention a few of the characters along the way and my thoughts. The show in general had a good ending but I do think it could have done another season easily especially since we have no idea where that leads the princess and prince avi to go next.

Princess of Traümere

I liked her unlike some heroines she wasn't whiney or annoying and this is one of the things I cherish about her. She was also very smart and has a kind heart and trusts easily the people she cares most for. She was like most of us in the real world and yet thrown into this fantasy world with every prince wanting to hold her hand along the way.

Navi

He kind of was annoying to me even though he was cute at least and he had the best interest for the princess.

Prince Kihel

So first off he was my favorite from the start. He made me smile and laugh and he was so full of life. I felt if there had been a romance between him and the princess she would have definitely been happy. However even though I wanted it I feel Prince Avi was the better choice if that had happened. Anyways Kihel had alot of stuff he had to deal with in his life and was alone in the end to raise his kingdom I feel like he deserved a bit more than that ending. He is a genuine character with the heart of goal he just likes to keep things light and happy but when you find out his life and what happened to him its not hard to see why he wants that. Its like when he was kicked from the castle at a younger age he really never grew up its like it froze that innocents about him and kept it within him. This is what makes him I think someone who could make a great king but maybe not the best partner to the princess.

Prince Avi

Now he is your average prince that will fight for whats right as well as for the princess. Not one time was he around did she get hurt without him jumping in the way. Although Kihel was my favorite I feel like Avi would have made the best love interest for the princess however we never saw that. I loved how he let Kihel get under his skin at times yet when Kihel needed him and the princess he was right there. He is a loyal soul and a great fighter. He may lack in sense of humor but his loyalty, strength, and love will be what makes him a great king and partner one day.

Prince Cheshire Cat

After all the cute videos I saw of him with the princess I wanted to like him instead his voice was plain annoying. Then on top of it he was just as mischievous as the Cheshire cat always was so made it hard to want to see him with the princess when he always wanted Alice anyways. I feel like he was sad deep down and kept himself being mischievous to fight off the pain. All in all he is a cute character but thats about all I could get from him.

Prince Graysia

I think he was lonely and just needed to feel like his heart wasn't all cold. I think even for a little bit of time the princess warmed that heart of his. I think he is a great guy and will make a great leader one day and husband. He is very easy on the eyes as well so can not say that he wasn't cute with the princess but I knew it would never be more than what it was he needed to stay and keep his bonds of his family together it was more important.

Prince Frost

He was so serious but I loved that in the end he loved his brothers and felt he could unite his kingdom and keep them safe with them by his side. He wouldn't let anyone hurt them even if they didn't always get along. He was genuine but a bit to strict to me.

Prince Gary

It was nice to see him reunite with his brother and that you could tell he loves his brother alot. I wish we could have seen more of him and this curse he was under. He was a good fighter and kinda cool when he would freak out and eyes would turn red and he could wipe the bad guys out from there. Anyways would have been cool to see him more.

Prince Girbert

I loved him from the moment he kissed the princesses hand to danced her across the floor. Although he portrayed himself as Prince Gary for awhile you understand later on why. He had a good heart just got lost a bit without his brother by his side. I feel like his character will never stop until he can bring his brother back to the castle so they can live in peace.

Of course there were others along the way like the pirate prince and mad hatter and more. That being said they were not a huge part of the show so I felt no need to break down much about them. I tried to keep with the ones that either made a impact or were in the show the most. Anyways in the end I really liked this show it is worth seeing but if your looking for heavy in romance this is not it. However it has a good story line and some pretty hot princes along the way all wrapped with a bit of humor on the side. I wanted to make a love story video for them but I just didn't think I could do it justice since there really wasn't just one and maybe once I play the game if I can ever get a english patch to it then I can review it a bit different.

Chapter 3: Tale of the First Star

When Graysia told me that I could see the stars clearly, he took me to a place a little far from the festival venue...

Graysia: "If you go from the outside stairs there, you can enter the walled tower."

Graysia: "Most people are at the Kaiseisai square and watch the stars, and perhaps, you'll be able to see them slowly."

While being led by him, I put my foot on the stone stairs that were hidden.

Graysia: "That's why I want to see the stars with you."

Graysia : "Someone I met here told me. It's a long time ago, and it seems I've forgotten some details."

Graysia : "I don't know whether it's true or not, but once again... I brought you here because I thought it would be nice to see the stars with you this time."

Graysia: "Zena you like that topic"

Zena: "Yes"

(That's what I meant earlier when I said ‘It's meaningful to see the first star together’''...)

Sun

Lovely

Zena: "I think it's romantic and lovely."

Graysia: "You don't hesitate when you said those words don't you?"

Moon

Happy

Zena : "I'm happy to be involved in Graysia's childhood memories."

Graysia: "...When you put it into words, I'm embarrassed"

Normal

A loud bang could be heard, and a blinding light fell from the sky.
