Oh dear 😔 I had a bit of a stressful moment this afternoon which led me to breaking my fast an hour early with some chocolate, not too bad. Then ate some Pringles on my home from the shop, still stressing, okay still not too bad. Had a pretty decent dinner with veggies and started my next fast only to then make a bowl of 2 packs of whole grain noodles a few hours later 🙄 Not the end of the world. Then a few more hours later and I had a pie 😑 Like I know it’s not the worst I could do, and I didn’t binge because it was all pretty calm and spaced out, and I didn’t purge which is really important, but I did the same sort of thing yesterday too, like I just wanted to keep eating into the night. . It always happens when I start a new way of eating or a diet, if I do well for a few days and lose a little weight and have success, I start sabotaging myself and then screw it up 😣 And now I’m in bed with a sore stomach and reflux from I don’t know what because I finished eating four hours ago 🤢 . Tomorrow is a new day though.
