actually even "rich" actors are in need of better contracts, largely because even they are being exploited, not only are working conditions horrific even for them (listen to literally any horror story from any big-name marvel actor) but studios are very much stealing their likenesses to be used in perpetuity in whatever project they wish without consent or compensation

ai threatening jobs is a cross-class issue, stop acting like it's just about annual income

Modern fandom as we know and love it would not exist without the hard work, passion and dedication of the countless incredible people who bring us the stories and characters we love. This, of course, includes the talented actors who bring our favourite characters to life. As SAG-AFTRA strike continues I wanted the opportunity to give back to those who have brought so much joy to so many of our lives, and with some encouragement from fellow fans, I made this bonfire store and created some merchandise so you can display your solidarity. In an effort to support actors through their strike, 100% of all profits will go directly to the SAG-AFTRA Foundation, a non-profit that supports SAG-AFTRA members, offering financial assistance to those members who are facing economic hardship.
