I'm happy to see some representation for the Henry Doorly zoo! They have quite a few species of bats you can see in the Kingdom of the Night exhibit under the Desert Dome; I don't remember them all, but there are vampire bats, Egyptian flying foxes, and short-tailed fruit bats!
The Lied Jungle also has a fruit bat colony, though I'm unaware of which species it is.
Let me know if you figure it out, they don't list it on their website. I've added the species you mentioned that were missing, I appreciate you sharing that information.
