I'm loving the fact that Lucy won't be all alone at home... But now I kind of want to see Celina's reaction when she finds out about the history of the building. I mean, if she was already freaking out with Nolan's house, wait until she learns about all the murders... or the hole in the wall!

unpopular 6x04 opinion...?

For me personally, a big distinction that needs to be made with this episode is... Lucy isn't all alone. She may feel alone, but we absolutely do see people other than Tim surrounding her, albeit in small ways, as dictated by the circumstances. Reminder that there are protocols to be followed in this situation (there's an officer posted in her room for a reason).

Bailey telling Nolan that Lucy was "an absolute badass out there" and mentioning that they're waiting to hear news

Aaron specifically says, "I came to see if there's any news on Lucy's shooting." So while we don't see him with her, he's clearly in her corner.

Celina is paying close attention to the situation too, albeit from a distance (again, protocols)

As Watch Commander and Assistant District Attorney, Grey and Wesley are following the appropriate guidelines for the situation. But even so, we see Grey making a dude wtf face when Wesley mentions about "should he die from his injuries at a later time"

(I certainly wish we saw Angela and Nyla's involvement in the aftermath, but I'm running with the assumption that they're dealing with the case still?)

mentally i'm at

aaron getting celina a brand new laptop as an apology???? sir, sir. it is the most rich kid thing to do and top tier comedy. i'm not sure if celina was more stunned at aaron kissing her or buying her a brand new laptop. but i mean, i'll take both 🤷

emotionally i'm at

"the second you both start talking about birth charts, i'm kicking you both out of the car"

spiritually i'm at

tim being the support system lucy's always needed because this man just proved that he is her biggest supporter like despite the fact that he has his issues with lucy being a uc, it's never stopped him from believing in her ability, skill, and talent. when he said "you don't let anyone ever tell you you can't do something. not even me", he 100% meant it. he believed in her so much that he got her a #1 trophy because he was certain she'd place first and when she apologized for disappointing him he reassured her that she could never disappoint him. never disappoint him when she was raised in a household where nothing she ever did was good enough.
