my current meow generation is living in brindleton bay and now with the new baby and the need to move into a new house, i decided to do my usual list of favourites nocc lots for brindleton bay.

i always imagine brindleton as a bucolic coastal world. well, less bucolic than henford, but still pretty much linked to the farming style of living. so all my choices follow that premise.

|Catscratch Cottage, Brindleton Bay|

Catscratch Cottage is located in Brindleton Bay. The house is a cat hangout location. There was one Bedroom and two baths in the original design of the house. I kept that the same, along with the location of the kitchen and the living room. I decided to use neutral tones (white and black) and green to update the color scheme of this house. The original color scheme of the house focused on blue, red, and orange.

Above are pictures of the interior. The pictures include a hallway, one of the bathrooms, the master bedroom, the living room, and the kitchen. Below is the Birds Eye View of the the before and after of the house.

Below are pictures of the exterior of Catscratch Cottage and the small backyard which includes gardening tools for the owner of the house and Cat Tree Tower.

Catscratch Cottage - Brindleton Bay

this is a very nice house, close to the port, perfect for a family. And cats!

on the ground floor there is the kitchen, dining room, living room, and a small study where your sim can work, and the children do their homework or play together

on the second floor there are the bedrooms: master, and 2 separate bedrooms for the children.

to complete this cute house, there is a little garden where nothing is missing!

Nobody lives here.

quick lot remodel

i thought it was weird that brindleton bay doesn't have a library (i play brindleton bay and windenburg a lot, slowly turning them both fully occult).

"Catscratch Cottage" seemed more like it should have been a public lot, so I turned it into a sorta cat cyber cafe thing. i really like cats.

Don’t trip over cat toys at Catscratch Cottage

1 bedroom/ 1.5 bathroom seaside cottage and plenty of scratching posts for those of the feline persuasion.

Catarina loves her life. She works as a caterer and comes home to warm welcomes from her four fur babies: Doc, Josie, Cleo, and the newest member Bartholomew A. Bittlebun, Jr. She appreciates a well-crafted espresso in the mornings and spends her evenings knitting to the playful mews of her cats. She’s known as the neighborhood cat lady, but she wondered if they really knew the true freedom that comes with it. She gets to spend her time with others who understand the appeal of a good meal and a nice lay in the sun.
