A new SAVE FILE!

Hooray!

Hi everyone! I am glad to introduce you my sims savefile.

I've been working on it for at least a year, and now it's finished! I had so much fun building and furnishing, I absolutely love every single lot in the game, so I decided to share it with you and opened this tumblr to illustrate this new world.

Without going too far, I summarize the main points:

♡ you can download the save file HERE.

♡ I used all the packs, kits and expansions, updated to 3 january 2023. NO CC or MODS used.

♡ I modified all worlds except Baatu.

♡ no new Sim households have been added, but I changed them a bit and downloaded some from the gallery, special thanks to ObsidianLilith and Simyim, because they make incredibly beautiful sims! I invite you to follow them and see their fantastic creations.

♡ I furnished and built almost all of the lots. Some were so beautiful that I have included them, but there are very few. In this tumblr I will show you all the lots, and I will definitely tell you which ones are not mine (for example the Willow Creek museum).

♡ I always put a sugar skull in my creations. will you be able to find it?

♡ last but not least: every house has an umbrella stand and an air conditioner! it's very important to me LOL

♡ once you have inserted the file in your saves folder, you will have to click on Izzy Fabulous and his sister, as you will see in the image:

WHAT IS A SAVE FILE?

"A save file in Sims 4 is essentially a backup file of your playtime in the game. It contains everything that you’ve played up to that point. One save file can be uploaded on the internet and shared among all players. You can also download a save file from someone else and load the game from their save point.

Your Sims 4 save file is located in Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Saves, or a similar mods directory, depending on where you’ve installed the game. But generally, you can find your save file in your Saves folder. And if you’re using Mac, you could find it via the finder application that you have installed. Just keep in mind that if you are searching for mods or custom content, you can find them in the Sims 4/Mods directory, however the rooms, the characters, and lots you’ve created can be found in the tray folder.

When you download a save file from the internet, you should paste it into your Saves folder too. Keep in mind that you can have multiple save files in this folder. The important part is to select the save you want to load when you launch the game via the main menu." (source snootysims.com)

Flamingo Home

Why is this home called "Flamingo"? Its peculiarity is that the lot is full of pink flamingos.

This home is built on one size lot 40x30 and Its price is $ 53,908.

If you want your sims to come and live here, there are a few things you need to know:

The house has a large green area and is located on a hill. To reach the inside of the house you have to go up several flights of stairs.

At the edge of the lake there is a small portion of empty land (not surprisingly) ideal for growing plants.

Oasis Springs Mall

Its been a long time coming and its finally done :) This lot is HUGE and has 4 gigs of cc so if you don't have a gaming PC, expect lag. There is tons of shops to explore and food stalls and a buffet in the food court. I hope you have fun with this one! A huge thank you to all the cc creators, especially Bill for his mall signs pack!

CKS Stove Backless Mesh Edit  from simsza

Time for part 2 of my 1500 followers gift. I made a quick little edit of the cool kitchen stove to not have the back on it. I thought it looks derpy with it anyway and this way I can use it in an island counter like I always like to do. I did this a long while ago and figured I could share it with everyone!

Cute Vampire Gothic Home - Forgotten Hollow

Welcome in the scary Forgotten Hollow, home of vampires!

I usually never play this scenario, nor do I send my Sims there, but I've tried to make it somewhat playable.

the first house we come across is suitable for a family of vampires

it is uninhabited, and the style is obviously Victorian.

as you can see, you can play well with the spaces for the bedrooms.

Il nuovo centro sportivo - Windenburg

"the new sports center" is a new and state-of-the-art construction in Windenburg

you can play any type of sport, and also relax. There is space for the children outside and they certainly won't be bored while you are exercising

as soon as you enter you can already see the modern design of the structure, and you can also relax in the various training rooms

there is a room reserved for meditation

upstairs there is an area to have a snack, and the yoga area with meditation area, but not only that, there is also space to train in climbing

you can't see it in the photos but there are also two rooms dedicated to massages. In the circular structure, which is connected to the main one with an underground staircase, is the fitness centre. Below ground there are changing rooms and a sauna.

the house is called "Me and a cat", because I was thinking of letting my simself live with a kitten, but I thought it was also suitable for a couple with a cat.

Penthouse Loft - San Myshuno

I spent to much time to create this apartment, and I love it so much. It is a place where I would like to live!

It's an apt for young roommates, artists and eclectic people.

There is a nice open space with the kitchen and a livingroom with a dancefloor

at the first floor, there are 2 small but cute and cozy balcony

there is a super pastel pop bedroom and a nice music / multimedia studio:

Upstairs, there is a chill out area and a second bedroom

and the terrace could not be missing

here we are at the last lot in San Myshuno, which is part of the vulnaviasims save file: the central park

This beautiful creation is not mine, the original id is "AbyArashi", I just renovated it a little bit, very little because it is perfect and stunning.

There is a pic nic area, bar, bbq, kids zone, painting area, all immersed in a beautiful garden

there is a beautiful greenhouse, where you can celebrate weddings, and upstairs discover unusual plants!
