This is the first of two projects that I considered and gave up on multiple times before finally pulling through and getting at least a good solid start on pre-hiatus. ;>.< I tried using Aikea Guinea’s Wall Writing mesh (1) first, but the lighting (and therefore the color) was off, so I kept poking around until I finally ran across CatherineTCJD’s Wall Overlay sets over on MTS (2,3,4).

And they were perfect! ...Until I remembered why I hadn’t used them the first time I’d run across them; somehow among the various fixes over the years, the meshes had gotten slightly skewed, so they just didn’t perfectly match with the wall patterns they were supposed to replace.

But! Now that I have much more experience in MilkShape, I stiffened my resolve and fixed it myself. So! All 3 meshes (INside/Outside/Border decorative overlays) have been shifted slightly downward to match the underlying patterns exactly, and the lighting has been fixed on the INside and Border meshes to match the Outside mesh. The fixed meshes are included with their respective recolors. I recommend you check out Catherine’s original pages for the rest of the explanations regarding what these overlays do and do not.

So, without further ado... Each wall overlay comes in all 111 colors of the AKS Object Rainbow 3b (5). I own exactly none of them. To see what exactly all these colors are, where they are from, and who exactly the talented artists are that created them, please go here (6). (The color files are individually labeled with their original creator, palette, and name, but like usual I’ve probably mangled them beyond recognition by abbreviating everything.)

I saw this beautiful TS4 build by Gryphi yesterday and I was immediately so inspired, I had to see if I could build something like it in TS2! I was actually surprised how accurately I could replicate the rooflines - I’m so happy how this one turned out!

I made a few tweaks to accommodate TS2 build tools and also just my preferences, but it’s fairly faithful to the original. So thanks to Gryphi for such an inspiring build.

This lot comes unfurnished but with any build CC you see here attached. I highly recommend downloading the Bespoke Build and Thorpe Build sets first, as I believe both have a lot of repo’d objects and I use them heavily in this (and most) of my builds!

The driveway on this lot is also functional. This was built on a 2-step foundation (courtesy of @catherinetcjd) so make sure you have this mod so large dogs can access it.
