有关更多信息,请访问carl-f.bucherer.com。

 Rambo Last Blood-2019
Carl F. Bucherer Patravi ScubaTec Special Edition for Rambo V
youtube
¡y me equivoqué!

Carl F. Bucherer Patravi Scubatec Makes Its Debut In Los Ang...
Like a huge water albatross, it amazingly moves through the ocean in sluggish movement, following a winding flight course that's relatively untouched by its environments or those in it. And that hypnotic impression was just the outcome of seeing the marvelous, expressionless animal through a screen, on a looping video forecasted on the side of the fashionable Smogshoppe at September's star-studded Carl F. Bucherer launch occasion in West Hollywood. The visitor of honor at the occasion wasn't the mantas in concern however rather Carl F. Bucherer's most recent addition to its long-running Patravi Scubatec dive watch collection: the Black Manta, a 44mm titanium-cased scuba diver ended up with a sneaky DLC finish and a set of manta ray shapes on its horizontal dial "shutters," paying tribute to the animals that influenced its name. Fitted to the watch is a soft rubber strap whose surface area has actually been enhanced with a rugged recycled nylon made from plastic bottles pulled from the Mediterranean Sea. As seen up on the cinema, huge mantas are certainly huge animals-- and, as we gained from the Manta Trust group in presence, due to the fact that of their and movement throughout the reef environment, they not surprisingly require a lot more area than many animals. By proxy, securing the mantas from bycatch (a typical side result of overfishing in specific parts of the world) likewise equates to security of the surrounding communities they call house-- making this two-for-one preservation effort an extremely crucial one. Carl F. Bucherer has actually happily supported the Manta Trust company for the much better part of the last years, however has just recently (considering that 2017) provided special-edition dive watches in the collection to commemorate the collaboration, making it possible for collectors to get straight included through the purchase of these limited-edition pieces. One especially distinct aspect of the collaboration that continues the brand-new Black Manta edition is the capability for its owner to register their brand-new Scubatec on watchmymanta.com, where the special inscription on the back of the watch is matched to the tummy markings on a real-life animal, making it possible for the brand-new "moms and dad" to call their manta and track its goings and comings, as kept an eye on by Manta Trust groups in the field. And though the Black Manta may have maybe been the star of the night, there were great deals of other CFB watches in presence to delight in, consisting of other members of the Patravi Scubatec collection and the super-bold Patravi Traveltec, a recommendation preferred by brand name CEO Sascha Moeri for its fast time-changing abilities. Among the brand name's modern-day signatures in presence was a little bit more subtle, though: a separated CFB A2050 quality motion, which is Carl F. Bucherer's stunning internal made automated motion that is identified by its advanced peripheral winding rotor and special shock absorber that more effectively safeguards the regulator and balance spring from effects. If there's something that ends up being clear about seeing the complete series of Carl F. Bucherer sees in the context of essential collaborations like Manta Trust, it's that the brand name's happy self-reliance is, maybe, its greatest calling card. It makes it possible for the manufacture higher style imagination and the flexibility to discover ingenious methods to partner with the companies it discovers the most engaging-- in this case, the Manta Trust. You can discover more info on the Manta Trust right here, however to discover a Carl F. Bucherer merchant or discover more about the brand name's participation with the UK-based charity, head over to www.carl-f-bucherer.com. The Best Dive Watches
These Dive Watches Can Go Deep In the Ocean—And Help Save It, Too
(Bloomberg) — Wristwatches have been worn for diving, sailing, and other maritime activities, at least since the first waterproof watch case, the Rolex Oyster, made its debut in 1926. In more recent times, some of the most renowned purveyors of nautical-inspired timepieces have partnered with environmental charities focused on water-related causes to produce special editions, often with proceeds benefiting said charities.
This year, watch brands have taken the eco-trend to the next level, incorporating sustainable materials into several of these timepieces, as well as devoting funds from their sales.
Breitling Superocean Heritage Ocean Conservancy Limited Edition
Image: BREITLING
The original version of this Breitling diver’s watch was launched in 1957. The Superocean Heritage Limited Edition watch here, which was developed in partnership with the Ocean Conservancy, was launched in Bali, Indonesia, in 2019 as part of a massive, brand-sponsored beach cleanup initiative.
It has a 44mm stainless steel case, is water-resistant to 200 meters, and has a rotating dive-scale bezel in ocean blue to match the details on the three-register silvered dial. The blue tones are echoed on the watch’s main eco-friendly talking point, its NATO-style strap woven from ECONYL yarn, a material produced from recycled ocean waste such as discarded nylon fishing nets.
The material is used for the clothing produced by Outerknown, a “sustainable” clothing brand co-founded by surfing champion and Breitling ambassador Kelly Slater. Limited edition of 1,000 pieces; $6,250.
Oris Ocean Trilogy
Affordable-luxury watchmaker Oris kicked off its so-called Ocean Project in 2019 with the release of three limited-edition timepieces with marine blue dials from its Aquis dive watch series. Portions of the sales for each will go to a different ocean-conservation charity.
The Great Barrier Reef Limited Edition III, with its unconventional analog date indicator scale and off-center small seconds subdial, is limited to 2,000 pieces. Proceeds will support the Reef Restoration Foundation, whose mission is to regenerate damaged coral reefs. Also limited to 2,000 pieces is the Clean Ocean Limited Edition, a three-handed diver’s watch with a colorful caseback medallion made from recycled PET (polyethylene terephthalate) plastic, whose sales help fund the Pacific Garbage Screening Initiative.
That organization develops technologies to catch plastic waste before it enters the oceans. Rounding out the Ocean Trilogy is the rarest, most complicated piece, the Blue Whale chronograph, which features a new dial configuration for the Aquis family and boosts the Whale and Dolphin Conservation, a group devoted to protecting these endangered sea mammals. Limited to just 200 pieces compared to the others’ 2,000, the Blue Whale is available only in a special gift set featuring all three watches in a presentation box made from recycled PET plastic. Limited edition box set, 200 pieces, $10,500
Carl F. Bucherer Patravi Scubatec Black Manta Special Edition
Lucerne, Switzerland-based Carl F. Bucherer joined forces with the Manta Trust, a U.K.-based charity dedicated to preserving the ocean habitats of manta rays, to create this latest version of its Patravi Scubatec divers’ watch, the first one to feature a lightweight titanium case treated with black DLC (diamond-like carbon), a nanocomposite coating that combines high hardness with low corrosion.
Contrasting with the black case and dial are bronze-colored details designed to evoke the look of old divers’ tools, including the first 15-minute segment on the rotating diver’s bezel, which is made of titanium and ceramic. Also bronze-colored are the two manta ray silhouettes in the dial’s center and the stitching on the black textile strap, which is woven from a special material composed mostly of recycled PET plastic.
Inside the 500-meter, water resistant case is a chronometer-certified movement, the self-winding Caliber CFB 1950.1. Proceeds from sales of the Black Manta watch will help fund a research project into the behavior patterns of its aquatic namesake off the Yucatan Peninsula. $7,200
Panerai Submersible Mike Horn Edition
“Extreme” explorer Mike Horn has been a Panerai ambassador for more than 15 years, and the first watch to bear his name, from the newly rebranded Submersible collection, is suitably eco-aware in its use of materials.
In addition to yet another strap constructed from recycled PET material, the timepiece boasts a 300-meter, water-resistant case made from Panerai’s EcoTitanium. Composed entirely of recycled titanium, the material is used for the case middle, the turning bezel, the telltale patented crown protector device, and the caseback, distinguished by a special engraving of Horn’s signature, along with silhouetted images of sea life.
The in-house-made movement, Caliber P.9010 with a three-day power reserve, comes from the Panerai manufacture in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, a facility operating to strict environmental standards and whose production, says Panerai, is designed to emit net zero carbon emissions. Limited edition of 19 pieces, $41,000

Following the wave the Black Manta Special Edition made in summer, the Patravi ScubaTec family will be welcoming a new member. Carl F. Bucherer’s latest diver’s watch is a true action hero: striking, powerful, resilient – and dressed in deep black. With water-resistance to 50 bar (500 m) and certified chronometer precision, it is ready for any adventure – above or underwater, during outdoor action, and in everyday life. The successful Black Manta Special Edition inspired the striking design of the new Carl F. Bucherer Patravi ScubaTec Black, which will be available starting in April 2020.
Back in Black: The Design
This powerhouse doesn’t need a double for its stunts. The new Patravi ScubaTec Black features impressive resilience, excellent technology, and outstanding functionality. Its ultra-light 44.6 mm titanium case has a matte black DLC coating, as does the unidirectional rotating bezel. The bezel is also equipped with scratch-resistant ceramic, a 60-minute scale, and luminous markers. The black, finely structured dial is adorned with black indices with an ample coating of Super-LumiNova. Their luminescent blue gives the wearer the time of day even in the dark. The hour, minute, and second hands also have this tried-and-true luminous coating. They are accompanied by a date window at 3 o’clock.
#gallery-0-13 { margin: auto; } #gallery-0-13 .gallery-item { float: left; margin-top: 10px; text-align: center; width: 50%; } #gallery-0-13 img { border: 2px solid #cfcfcf; } #gallery-0-13 .gallery-caption { margin-left: 0; } /* see gallery_shortcode() in wp-includes/media.php */
The new version’s striking design is not the only thing inspired by the Black Manta Special Edition. This model also matches the Special Edition’s sustainability in every way. The ScubaTec Black Manta Special Edition is dedicated to protecting the oceans and to the brand’s partnership with the Manta Trust charitable organization. The watchmaker has been cooperating with the Manta Trust for many years to help conserve manta rays and their habitats. The idea of sustainability, which Carl F. Bucherer actively supports, is also expressed in the new version. A black rubber strap with fabric made of 100% recycled plastic bottles removed from the ocean rounds out the sporty, elegant look. The second version of this model with a striking black rubber strap is also available.
#gallery-0-14 { margin: auto; } #gallery-0-14 .gallery-item { float: left; margin-top: 10px; text-align: center; width: 50%; } #gallery-0-14 img { border: 2px solid #cfcfcf; } #gallery-0-14 .gallery-caption { margin-left: 0; } /* see gallery_shortcode() in wp-includes/media.php */
True Beauty Comes from Within: The Mechanics
This timepiece’s connection to the ocean goes far beyond its appearance. With its screw-down crown and automatic helium release valve, it is ideal for underwater adventures – as evidenced by its water-resistance to 50 bar (500 m). It is reliably powered by the CFB 1950.1 calibre automatic movement with a power reserve of 38 hours. Its extraordinary precision has been officially confirmed by the Contrôle Officiel Suisse des Chronomètres (COSC) independent Swiss chronometer testing institute. Each watch is accompanied by an individual COSC certificate.
Versatile: A Sporty Family
The new Patravi ScubaTec Black joins an impressive collection of extremely water-friendly timepieces. In addition to the 2019 Black Manta Special Edition, the collection features other men’s models in blue or black as well as a range of colourful timepieces for women. They all earn high marks for precision and maximum resilience – truly in the spirit of traditional “Made of Lucerne” watchmaking heritage.

Carl F. Bucherer Patravi ScubaTec Black Hands On
When Carl F. Bucherer unveiled the Patravi ScubaTec Black diver back in January 2020, it set itself apart at once as one of the most aggressive and masculine takes on the burgeoning black dive watch trend. With hefty proportions and an over-the-top tactical look, the Patravi ScubaTec Black has cemented itself as one of the brand’s most talked-about new releases in 2020. While its angular design and material firsts for the marque certainly captured attention on debut, where the Carl F. Bucherer Patravi ScubaTec Black truly shines is in person.
While there’s no getting around the 44.6mm diameter of the Patravi ScubaTec Black’s DLC-coated titanium case, Carl F. Bucherer uses several tricks to help keep this visual mass in proportion. The biggest, but perhaps the least obvious, of these elements is the bold angular form itself. The bezel, for example, features a raised intermittent toothed pattern and a ceramic insert with a bold oversized dive scale, but it’s this chunkiness and width that helps to minimize the dial aperture for a more compact feel on the wrist. Likewise, while the wide-set and dramatically angled lugs might serve to make the design feel more purposeful and rugged, this downward angle also helps the wrap the case around the wrist surprisingly well while making the visual profile from above as square as possible. This keeps the lugs from appearing too long while aiding wearer comfort. Even the black DLC coating of the titanium, like black clothing, is visually slimming. The result is a case that doesn’t want for wrist presence but feels less overwhelming on average wrists than the numbers might imply. With the elements that don’t directly aid in this visual compression, there’s no shortage of attention to detail.
The mix of flat brushed surfaces and a prominent polished bevel along the lugs adds a feeling of quality and a hint of flash, while the prominent angular crown guards include a hex screw for an added sense of durability. The angular form of these guards is echoed at 8 o’clock, where the automatic helium escape valve sits in its own notched guard. Perhaps the most impressive bit of visual detail on the case comes courtesy of the solid caseback. Caseback engravings finished with black DLC are something of a rarity, to begin with, but the level of depth and quality shown in the pair of manta rays and the stylized backdrop sets this one ahead of its competitors. A 500-meter water resistance rating lends credence to the aggressive and capable case design with proven functionality. This is also Carl F. Bucherer’s first regular production model with a full titanium case, offering a potent mix of both durability and light weight.
If the case of the Carl F. Bucherer Patravi ScubaTec Black is all harsh and aggressive angles, the dial contrasts this with a rounder and more literally aquatic approach. This begins most clearly with the black dial surface, with a raised fish scale pattern that immediately demands attention. The indices are less obviously marine, but the streamlined and rounded applied DLC forms are vaguely reminiscent of pointed shark’s teeth. The handset, shared with the rest of the Patravi ScubaTec line, also follows this aquatic theme, with a vaguely fishlike take on semi-skeletonized Roman sword hands. The overall package feels stylish and cohesive, with the exception of the 3 o’clock date window. While a date complication is a fine and useful addition if done well, the white date wheel breaks up the visual harmony of the dial noticeably. A black date wheel would feel far less disruptive here.
While the ETA 2824-2 based CFB 1950.1 automatic movement inside the Carl F. Bucherer Patravi ScubaTec Black may not be fully in-house, the brand does make a handful of modifications to the long-running ETA workhorse. Chief among these comes in the form of heavy testing and adjustment, leading to a COSC chronometer certification for accuracy. One aspect that does remain unchanged for the CFB 1950.1, however, is the power reserve, which remains at 38 hours.
Carl F. Bucherer offers the Patravi ScubaTec Black on an all-black version of its standard signed rubber dive strap, but it also provides a more interesting and environmentally conscious alternative. At first glance, it may look like a standard black nylon or canvas strap, but the material used here is made entirely from recycled PET plastic bottles retrieved from the world’s oceans. As both an ecological conversation piece and a companion to a functional dive watch, the PET strap is a clear winner, with a thick and supple black rubber lining for added comfort and durability.
The Carl F. Bucherer Patravi ScubaTec Black may be far from the first in the current lineup of DLC-coated dive watches across the industry, but its full titanium construction is a first for the brand, and its aggressive design helps to set it well apart from the pack. The Carl F. Bucherer Patravi ScubaTec Black is available now through authorized dealers at an MSRP of $7,200. For more information, please visit the brand’s website.

LOVE: for watches, for oceans, for mantas I appreciate truly Carl F. Bucherer for their involvement in saving the mantas. Directly via the partnership with the Manta Trust Project or indirectly by selling these themed pieces. It is vital not only to support and help these initiatives but also to get involved ourselves. Why, because it is an indirect impact on our lives and future, of what we are going to eat in the future and what air we will bread. Course everything is connected in ways that we cannot comprehend. Think that that piece of plastic you are throwing irresponsible you might find it again on your plate at a later point (as an example: in the fish that you are eating). So it is mandatory to be responsible and to get involved. Carl F. Bucherer Patravi ScubaTec Black is a very interesting black-themed watch with some nice surprises. In the sun, the light games are a nice spectacle, while the low light show reveals lovely shades of blue. The wrist presence is nice and comfortable. I am used to 41mm divers (18.5mm / 7.2 “) but I found this almost 45mm wearing much smaller than expected. It is light and comfortable enough to be a reliable daily beater. I congratulate Carl F. Bucherer for the ScubaTec series and for their fight to save the oceans. Everything counts. https://www.instagram.com/p/CQEMd70LQnc/?utm_medium=tumblr
