*Dreams*
Imam al-Baqir (a) said:
*"When people sleep, their spirits go out into the heaven. Whatever the spirit sees while in the heaven is true, and whatever it sees in the air (between earth and the heavens) is just muddled dreams.
*
Amali - al-Sadooq, p.209, n.232
Imam al-Saqid (a) said:
"There are three types of dreams: glad tidings from Allah for the believer, ominous dreams from Satan, and muddled dreams"
al-kafi, v.8, p.90, n.61
Glad Tidings in Dreams
1– The Prophet (saw) with regard to Allah's verse in the Qur'an "for them are glad tidings" [Qur'an 10:64], said,
'This is in reference to the good dream which a believer has and which gives him good news in this world.
’[al-Kafi, v. 8, p. 90, no. 60]
2– The Prophet (SAWA) said,
'No remnants of prophecy remain today [in people's lives] except glad tidings.’ When asked what glad tidings were, he replied, 'True dreams.’
[Bihar al-Anwar, v. 61, p. 177, no. 39]
3– Imam al-Rida (as) said,
'When the Prophet (SAWA) used to wake up in the morning, he used to first ask his companions, 'Are there any good news?' meaning any good dreams.’
[al-Kafi, v. 8, p. 90, no. 58]

4– Imam al-Baqir (as) said, 'When people sleep, their spirits go out into the sky. Whatever the spirit sees while in the sky is true, and whatever it sees on the way in the wind are just muddled dreams.’
[Amali al-Saduq, p. 125, no. 16]
. 5– Imam al-Sadiq (as) said,

6– The Prophet (SAWA) said, 'When any of you sees a good dream, then go ahead and interpret it and inform others of it, and if you see a bad dream, then neither interpret it, nor inform others of it.’
[Kanz al-`Ummal, no. 41392]

Exploring the vibrant worlds of the Gujarati, Bhojpuri, and Marathi film industries.
Tumblr media
Among the oldest and biggest cinema industries around the globe is found in India. A public screening of an Indian movie occurred at the beginning of 1913. It was called Raja Harischandra. Finding someone to play female characters at the time was quite difficult. It has only recently been questioned whether the middle and lower classes still associate acting with a decline in virtue, female chastity, and credibility.
Gujarati Film Industry
Among the important regional and popular film industries in Indian cinema is Gujarati Cinema. The business has reached its best point over the past ten years thanks to sane and competent directors who have won the audiences' high praise. The movies have original stories, excellent acting, beautiful music, and a wide range of genres, including Family, Tragedy, Comedy, Mystery, Sports, Sci-Fi, Historical Drama, Action, and Relationship.
At the 64th National Film Awards, the movie "Wrong Side Raju" won the National Film Award for Best Motion Picture in Gujarati. The next film, "Reva," took up the 66th National Film Award for Best Motion Picture in Gujarati.
The Gujarati film industry's most admirable quality is that it consistently embraces Bollywood stars who are not Gujarati (Bollywood). Amitabh Bachchan, a Bollywood celebrity, and Jaya Bachchan both had cameo appearances in "Carry On Kesar."
The Gujarati film sector has produced numerous films filmed outside of India, demonstrating the sector's rapid expansion. The industry supports artistic filmmaking and its promotion across various media.
More than 8 crore Gujaratis and a global audience have been reached by Gujarati cinema thanks to innovation and art over the years. Gujaratis are wealthy, and the Gujarati movie business will soon reach new heights of development. There are several Gujarati actors in Bollywood as well.
Bhojpuri Film Industry
In recent years, Bhojpuri cinema has seen a significant evolution. This has enticed numerous prominent Bollywood actors to join the Bhojpuri film industry.
Bhojpuri film was fighting for its life and was on the verge of extinction until lately. However, the collaborative effort of the Bhojpuri film industry's creators, directors, and producers brought the sector back to life by turning it profitable once more.
Bhojpuri cinema has established a niche today, and its popularity on the international market has skyrocketed. There is a worldwide audience for Bhojpuri films, not just in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. The Indian diaspora living in Brazil, Fiji, South Africa, Guyana, Suriname, Mozambique, and Trinidad & Tobago enjoys watching Bhojpuri films. To know more about this in detail you can log into our Bhojpuri film industry app.
Marathi Film Industry
The Marathi film industry has continuously produced works of art. The business has developed a reputation for being content-centric and important thanks to movies like Fandry, Court, and Kaasav. A few years ago, the phenomenal box office success of Marathi films like Sairat, Natsamrat, and Lai Bhaari gave the impression that the industry was prosperous. But, the reality of Marathi cinema's box office performance could be better. 2019 witnessed 11 weeks where three or more Marathi films were released on the same day, which is unusual in an industry where even a solo movie struggles to maintain at the box office. This gives these movies no chance at the box office.
The Marathi movie business has its work cut out for it as the pandemic effect on the box office fades over time, and the box office throughout languages starts to rebound. It must address some fundamental structural issues for more sustained success at the box office. To know more about this in detail, you can log into our Marathi film industry app.
Bollywood is acknowledged as having the biggest global film production sector. In all, 2961 films were made in India, including 1602 features in 2012. India offers some of the lowest prices in the planet for movie tickets.

Happy Guru Purnima! Masters' Day, Spiritual Teachers' Day - Guru Purnima Message, Satsang Podcast
On this auspicious day, Wednesday, July 13th, 2022 in India is Guru Purnima, Masters' Day, Teachers' Day. Devotees pay homage to their Spiritual Teacher (Sant Satguru) especially on this day. Today on this Sant Mat Satsang Podcast a Guru Purnima Message.
Spiritual Awakening Radio PODCAST @ Wherever You Follow Podcasts (Apple, Spotify, Google, Amazon, Audible, Stitcher, Podcast Addict, PodBean, CastBox, Overcast, etc…): https://linktr.ee/SpiritualAwakeningRadio
Thankfully, there have been honest, loving, radiant, Godly beings that have graced this planet with their enlightened compassion. They work with those who seek the Path of the Masters and successfully practice Surat Shabd Yoga (Inner Light and Sound meditation) in a way that is almost identical to the Ideal spiritual path described by Swami Ji Maharaj of Agra, Sant Tulsi Sahib of Hathras, and Sant Dariya Sahib of Bihar, with a rich mystical approach to meditation practice, travelling quite far along in their journey back to God. These initiates have very real experiences commencing with their meditation practice.
"The true gurus live a simple life and morally upright lifestyle; they stay away from the pomp and show of the display of power. For example, they do not have expensive cars and opulent ashrams. They do not show favoritism among their followers… They do not consume prohibited foods (alcohol, animal products, etc…), nor do they instruct their followers for their consumption… They do not pretend to be in Samadhi nor do they put on a public display of fasting. They do not cling to a particular caste and do not favor religious customs. They do not care about their appearance nor try to impress others through their outer appearance." (Swami Vyasanand)
"Another common misconception is that prophets, saints and mystics search for 'new' truth. Rather, what they do is to simply remove the layers of dirt -- of accumulated misinterpretations -- that have corrupted the truth. Then the living teacher will bring forth the very same truth in a new light. The original truth must repeatedly be presented to suit the current age." (Swami Santsevi Ji Maharaj)
"One wishing to reach one's home should seek the Satguru’s shelter. This will help one pursue the pathway leading to one’s true home." (Maharshi Mehi)
"Feed your heart in conversation with someone harmonious with it; seek spiritual advancement from one who is advanced. If you seek to know God, sit at the feet of the Saints." (Rumi)
"All Scriptures, Sages, Saints and Mahatmas have laid great emphasis on devotion to a Master, because without devotion all our spiritual practices take us only half-way and do not bring proper results." (Hazur Baba Sawan Singh)
"The teachings of all Saints are essentially the same. They speak of the 'Kingdom of Heaven' which is within. They show the path and impart instructions to attain it. They do not claim to teach something new or different from what other Saints have taught. Tulsi Sahab declared that he was giving the same teachings as those of Kabir Sahab, Nanak Sahab, Dadu Sahab and other Saints. Tulsi Sahab, for the first time, used the expression 'Sant Mat' or 'The Teachings of the Saints' to stress the basic unity of the teachings of all Saints." (entry for Sant Tulsi Sahib in, White Paper on the Religion of Sants and RadhaSoami Faith)
God is the Ocean of Love.
In Divine Love, Light and Sound, Radhasoami, Peace Be to You,

Why to Invest in Bhubaneswar?
While past trends can provide insights, they don't guarantee future performance, and all investments come with some level of risk, here I have compiled few pointers regarding why to invest in real estate market in Bhubaneswar:
Affordability: Eastern India, including states like West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, and Odisha, generally offers a more affordable cost of living compared to some other regions in India. For instance, the average property prices, transportation prices in cities like Kolkata and Bhubaneswar are lower compared to major metropolitan areas like Mumbai and Delhi.
Potential for Appreciation: Bhubaneswar has witnessed steady growth in land and house prices over the past few years. Increase in finished product like housing has seen a significant growth as compared to the land prices. In the near future there might be a market correction that will happen to the housing property but land properties will appreciate as usual.
Rental Income: Rental income is one of the areas where Bhubaneswar has not performed well as compared to its peers due to multiple reasons like Covid, but there has been a resurgence from 2023 onwards. Low rent is one of the major reasons, which makes Bhubaneswar an attractive destination for students, professionals.
Infrastructure Development: Significant infrastructure projects are underway in Bhubaneswar. For instance, has seen the initiation of the metro rail system and road improvements, which have improved connectivity and enhanced property values. At the same time, new airspace routes to global destinations like dubai, will enhance its position in global connectivity designing commercial buildings bhubaneswar.
Quality of Life: Eastern India offers a better quality of life compared to some other metropolitan areas. Bhubaneswar to be specific, offers the presence of green spaces like the nandankanan national zoo and chandaka forest area which acts as the lungs of the city. Cultural attractions in terms of its rich craftsmanship and folk songs/dances adds to the appeal of living in this region. A well-planned road network needs to be praised for minimal traffic congestion in the city. Apart from that, the presence of all kinds of brands from different sectors with all products from affordable to luxury ranges ensures the consumer's requirement.
Tumblr media
Education/Healthcare and Employment Hubs: Bhubaneswar has renowned educational institutions like IIT, AIIMs, NISER, KIIT, NIFT etc. Which caters students with different specializations. So, it is fair enough to say Bhubaneswar is one of the education hubs in the country. Presence of private hospitals like Apollo, AMRI etc and government institutions like AIIMs takes care of the health of the state and nearby states. At the same time, the presence of new footprints from various MNCs like deloitte enhanced its possibility to be the next hub in the country interior designers in bhubaneswar. This ensures a consistent demand for housing.
Lower Competition: The competition in the real estate market in the city is generally lower compared to major cities like Mumbai and Delhi. This is providing more options and better deals to the consumers and investors currently. Although implementation of various rules and regulations by the authorities has started creating an entry barrier in the market.
Tumblr media
So, considering all the points I personally feel, this is the best time to invest in Bhubaneswar real estate market, land and under construction properties being the most attractive ones.

India, Politics and Election 2024!
Social concerns and politics: Ayushman Card: Any average person would say that it benefits middle-class and BPL families. It's a fantastic effort aimed at improving citizen healthcare. Any random citizen may respond with this, but after doing some research, I discovered that the Ayushman card goes beyond that. Elderly members of middle-class households, whose health was always a concern because of money, now have access to superior medical care, and they don't hesitate to take advantage of it. The second issue, the health of women, which has always been compromised in middle-class or joint families, has taken a new turn. Women today enjoy respect and receive attention for their health.
Every rural home has a toilet: I know there is corruption in the scheme's execution, but don't you think it's important to comprehend how rural women feel? The government's move has prompted the film industry to follow the lead as well, and topics that were part of everyday life and giving women nightmares are being explored. I spoke with a number of men who work in corporate settings in Bihar in my city, and they told me about their mother's struggles. We discuss women's empowerment, but many men take it as a tradition and culture. I appreciate that the government has made an effort to alter it during the past few years.
I'm not saying that the government in power is the best; rather, I'm talking about a few topics that leaders need to be aware of in order to effectively guide others. I'd want to mention a few people, like Mrs. Maneka Gandhi and Mrs. Meenakshi Lekhi, who have not only looked into the issue but also provided excellent guidance to make it happen. None of the opposition's leaders have even taken the time to respond. Involving citizens is also crucial to establishing democracy. These days, young people have a grand time participating in rallies, getting free meals, and getting social prestige as "Party Karyakarta" in exchange for meagre advantages.
One major point I would like to discuss here is the export of live animals and non-veg. We as a nation taking a proud of being "Hindu". All political parties want to grab the attention of religious people (of course those who eat non-veg to reply Modi ji, also want Hindu vote for sure) and no one is talking about such a sensitive issue except Jain community through Ahimsa Yatra.

8, p. 90, no. 58]
Categories of Dreams
4– Imam al-Baqir (as) said, 'When people sleep, their spirits go out into the sky. Whatever the spirit sees while in the sky is true, and whatever it sees on the way in the wind are just muddled dreams.’
[Amali al-Saduq, p. 125, no. 16]
. 5– Imam al-Sadiq (as) said,
'There are three types of dreams: glad tidings from Allah for the believer, ominous dreams from Satan, and muddled dreams.’
[al-Kafi, v. 8, p. 90, no. 61]
Interpretation of Dreams
6– The Prophet (SAWA) said, 'When any of you sees a good dream, then go ahead and interpret it and inform others of it, and if you see a bad dream, then neither interpret it, nor inform others of it.’
[Kanz al-`Ummal, no. 41392]
7– The Prophet (SAWA) said, '
A dream should only ever be related to a believer who does not harbour jealousy or wrongdoing.’
[al-Kafi, v. 8, p. 336, no. 530]
