Two Roads Brewing collaborates with Vermonter, Noah Kahan, to release Northern Attitude IPA.

STRATFORD, Conn. ... Craft brewing meets musical artistry with Two Roads Brewing Co.’s new collaborative brewing project with Vermont native Noah Kahan: Northern Attitude IPA. New England through and through, Northern Attitude IPA is a piney, resinous, 7% ABV IPA inspired by the music that Noah’s fans have come to know and love.

“Noah, his music, and his values embody the same Road Less Traveled mindset we take to crafting beer,” said Collin Kennedy, Director of Marketing of Two Roads. “Noah and Two Roads are both from, and of, New England, wear their regional pride on their sleeves and draw upon that region to inspire their respective crafts. So, teaming up with Noah to create a beer that pays homage to our roots and benefits an important cause in The Busyhead Project was just a natural from the start. Not to mention we have a ton of employees that are huge fans of Noah’s music!”

Two Roads and Kahan worked closely together to create Northern Attitude IPA, from taste profile to package design – all while Kahan is on tour. The beer aims to drive awareness and funds for The Busyhead Project, an organization founded by Kahan that provides resources to mental health organizations dedicated to meeting the needs of marginalized communities with both crisis care and tools for sustainable resilience.

Northern Attitude IPA will first be available at Two Roads’ Stratford, Conn. brewery on September 3rd, but fans can also get a taste at Kahan’s upcoming concert at the Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater in Bridgeport, Conn. onSeptember 5th and the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion on September 6th and 7th.   Following the concert, Northern Attitude IPA will be available in 16 oz. 4-packs at retailers within the brewery’s New England footprint, for a suggested retail price of $15.99.

Going to a concert tonight!!!!!!!

#one of my fav bands is playing at a brewery near my apartment #everywhere near me is a brewery that has live music #its wild. but great id you like beer and/or music #anyway #ive seen them perform twice at such cool concerts #one was a storyteller concert (tell the story of writing the song/the msaning behind it in between playing) #and the other was an acoustic concert. their last before taking a season off #this one is to release their new album!! im so excited #i paid for the fucking vip package. thats how much i love them #i get a tshirt. meet n greet. a pre concert. guaranteed seating. its gonna be great #ive been waiting for two months and its finally here!!!!!!! #yay!!!!!!!

Stone Brewing Company expands their taproom-exclusive American Pilsner to all of Southern California.

ESCONDIDO, CA ... Stone Brewing announces the release of its year-round Pilsner now available throughout Southern California. A 4.7% crisp and crushable beer, this is a pilsner for the people.  

Stone Pilsner is easy drinking and clean with notes of orange, pear and watermelon. It’s light bodied with a mild breadiness and sweet corn chip finish.  

First brewed at Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens – Liberty Station, Head Brewer Kris Ketcham wanted a year-round draft offering for the Bistro to satisfy the request of fans for something laid-back and light. As it turns out, the demand reached beyond the Bistro, so the team filled the big tanks too. This low ABV offering rounds out Stone’s year-round portfolio with a true Americana beer for sunny SoCal days.  

Originally brought to the U.S. by German immigrants, pilsners here have evolved through the creativity of American brewers and ingredient growers. Stone’s American Pilsner is made with North American-grown ingredients and public varietal hops. Ketcham explained, “This beer is clean and crushable, with a light touch of Cashmere and Vista hops for good measure. to clarify more on that last point. I don’t really care about most of the SDV characters very much, they’re all pretty flat, but SHANE. SHANE is outright RUDE. Penny is shy, Clint clearly wants your money, Jodi is Too Busy for you, but SHANE says “What do you want? Leave me alone” and shit like that until you’ve got a COUPLE HEARTS with him! and frankly I would not ever befriend someone like that in real life.
