HABIT FOR
SUCCESS

Well , as you all know, I finally manifested my dream life (success story coming soon) , i finally have all of my desires but even if my blog is about loa, its also about SELF IMPROVEMENT.
So here is the habits of a master manifestor and a successful student /person/ect.
WAKE UP AT 7:00 or before
Even if you are tired. This will help you naturally develop a good sleeping schedule because you will be tired earlier. and sleep earlier. Thanks to this you are also gonna finish all of your assignment earlier and have more time for yourself.
SLEEPING EARLY
Whats up ? You're dumb? Sleep early. It helps w weight loss/maintenance. Makes you prettier. Make you look fresher . Makes you smarter w a better memory. And so much more. Sleeping early=sleeping more = pure benefits.
WORKING OUT
No. Working out isn't just for a perfect /skinny body. Working out helps with mental and physical health. So please, at least stretch. ( workout ideas for beginners; a simple warm up in the morning is perfect . If you want something more intense and you wanna burn calories I recommend to you a cardio/ HIT workout before taking your shower. Any 5 minutes workout or less is good but try to add more and more minutes everytime!)
MAKE TIME to affirm/meditate/spirituality
Give yourself every morning and night at least 20 minutes to affirm and visualize your desire or whatever you are manifesting in your 4d . Also meditate about you already having it ( no need to guided manifestation. Just slowly breathe till you feel calm/sleepy and think about the desire you already have).
DRINK water
Drinking water have MANY benefits such as : weight loss, reduce fatigue and increase energy, flush out toxins, improve skin complexion and more! Make hydrating fun with tea or lemon water.
EAT well
Not eating can kill you and eating too much too. Eat enough food ( till you feel satisfied but not full, it's not healthy) and try to eat healthy food (at least half of the plate should be vegetables. Also try to reduce processed food , cook & eat at home) .
DO things that put you in a good mood
Start your day by doing something you like , something that put you in a good mood for the day. Its really good for mental health, realising stress & being more positive through the day & what could happen in it.
READ a lot
It helps with a better vocabulary, developing imagination, better grammar & honestly just a very good habit.
LEARN something new everyday
Honestly anything even if its just a random fun fact or a weird diy but never go to sleep without learning something new. Even if it is something small or that you don't consider " useful ".

I reworked my Jaggi gunner set from a coupla weeks ago (old on left). I think I like the new one better - if I'm going to get my proportions wrong, I should at least have some fun with it!

Hi Guys! It’s been a long time since I’ve uploaded here on tumbler and recently I feel like coming back and sharing a few tips about improving your life. I know I used to talk mainly about manifestation but I honestly think that mental health and keeping yourself physically healthy can make such a big difference in your manifesting journey. That’s why I would like to focus on improving your daily life and definitely talk about it more.

Let’s start with the basics. In the last few weeks (honestly since summer) I had the biggest problems with my sleep schedule. It was really so hard for me to fall asleep at normal time and it was the cause of me not being able to wake up on time and being late to classes everyday. It got to a point that I felt so physically unmotivated in the mornings I didn’t know what to do. Gladly now it’s over because of my morning and evening routines that I’ve created to feel better and do better. It honestly works wonders.
Let’s just assume that your whole day will go according to your morning. Even if u don’t believe that to be true, just imagine what if everything you do right after you wake up had the biggest impact on your day. How would your mornings look then? What would you do to have the best day ever? How would you manage your time? What things would you use to make waking up and getting ready the most pleasurable thing? Just try that for a few days and you will see the difference in your mood.
If your a heavy sleeper like me and it’s hard for you to get up in the morning, you should pay attention to your evening habits as well. I think one of the biggest part of ideal morning routines is a well constructed evening routine and sleep schedule. It makes your morning more enjoyable, since you don’t have to clean your room, pick your outfit or pack your bags. It’s a game changer as it makes your morning less stressful and more easygoing. So it’s good to remember that morning and evening routine go hand in hand and are not two separate things as you may think. They complete each other and work together.
Making morning/evening schedules:
I think you should make your to do lists as much aesthetically pleasing as you can. It will make you look at them a lot more and actually enjoy the process of making it. One of the best app to use for that kind of planning is Notion. It’s not only very easy to use but at the same time it has so many free features that you can easily use as you want. If your more of a lazy person and you’re not into spending your precious time on doing such lists you can download ready planners from the internet and just fill them out according to your needs. Go on Pinterest and search some examples of notion pages - I kid you not it’s so fun to make them and personalize them your gonna love it.
So what to actually put into your morning to do list? Here are some examples of my favorite things to do right after I wake up. But first you need to figure out how much time do you have before leaving your house. This way it will be less problematic to come up with how much time you can spend for example on skin care or doing your make up. There are also some essentials that I think you must allocate your time into such us making your bed (it subconsciously makes you believe that you already started doing your daily tasks and it will be much easier for you to go on with them) and other basic routine things as keeping your hygiene up as it will make you feel already good in the morning.
So one of the most important things in the morning routine are:
skin care and other basic hygiene needs
picking outfit according to the weather
packing my bag (I hate doing it the day before)
praying and setting intentions for the day
repeating some of my favorite affirmations
making myself breakfast and something to drink
When I’m done with all of those things I should be good to go. But there are actually some other things that you could do if you have more time. Sometimes if I have classes starting later than usual and I still want to wake up at the same time to keep my waking up hours streak I can do some of additional things listed below:
meditation
journaling
planning whole day ahead
deeper cleaning of my room
reading a book
taking a refreshing shower
You might also give yourself more sleep time. I don’t think it’s a bad thing although it can become that when you do it too often. So be responsible and don’t do it every morning.

I'm still just thinking about "in the meantime, you will of course cease to threaten our Radchaai" LIKE
ok in the book it says citizens and then follows up with "that sounded very odd in Radchaai, but there wasn't much to be done about it" and I'm just. ANN LECKIE THATS A REALLY FUNNY JOKE
and ALSO it's a really pointed thing that I never expected to come back like this! Over and over in the books, Breq addresses people as "citizen" (Radchaai) and then notes that these are the same word. It reminds me of the claim my Latin teacher made that the word "barbarian" is because the people speaking (Gauls I believe?) sounded like they were saying "bar bar bar" when they spoke. Anyway in this language to be civilized, to be a citizen is to be Radchaai and tHEN Breq says this twisty turny sentence. You, definition of Radchaai culture and humabity, you, Anaander- you will stop threatening our Radchaai. Our civilized people. Our part of your nation.

september is the month of new beginnings. the cooler weather, the warm light, the leaves slowly changing colors, hot coffee in the morning and homemade dinners in the evening, the comfort of our bedrooms, perfectly curated spotify playlists, shopping for school or college supplies, scented candles and the first batch of homemade cookies.
the doorway to the seasons that awakens my soul
september is comforting yet sharp. it's organization, meticulous planning, and coziness at the same time. it's a fresh start.
this month allows me to walk away from summer while preparing for fall. it encourages me to become the best version of myself.
getting a new haircut
discovering and reading more books
cable knits and chasmeres
ludicrous capacious bags
car drives
apple pie
trying out new spices
the wind billowing in the trees
doing checkups before life gets hectic
twilight soundtrack
finding a new hobby (journaling, crotcheting, painting etc.)

See, the thing is, you made that plan/schedule/ strategy to help you be a bit more structured and make it easier for you to be able to achieve your goals without them feeling overwhelming.
And now maybe you're berating yourself for "messing it up" because now "it's all wrong and not how it was supposed to be" but listen. Stuff happens, it always will. Things affect us, they always will. We mess up sometimes, we always will. But don't you let that be the end.
The purpose of that plan/strategy was to help you, right? And you could not have anticipated the things that led you off-course when you were making that plan. But now you do know better. So maybe instead of only blaming yourself (which does nothing to improve your situation btw) and getting stuck in a cycle, what you need to do is acknowledge the things that happened, take accountability for where you fell short but also forgive yourself for that and try to make better plans with the information you do have now.
So go, gather up the pieces of your life, again. And try to find new and better ways to put it together, again. And again and again and again. Until you ultimately have something that resembles something you can be content with. Because that, is the actual end goal.
You are worth the time and effort it takes for you to find a more content you.
